I loved Caroline Forans first book so I was very hopeful for this one. The Confidence Kit is a very helpful book that Caroline has researched into the psychology behind it and condenses it into helpful tips in building ones confidence. She speaks like a sympathetic friend rather than a wining know-it-all. It's easy to understand but it's a book that should not be rushed with. My recommendation is similar to Caroline's with taking one step at a time and see what approach fits you best.

Loved this book! So easy to read a chapter a day because they’re so short and accessible. Some super helpful info in there - could do with an executive summary chapter at the end or maybe even TLDRs at the end of each chapter to remind me what I’ve just read but then that’s probs just my adhd

Handy book to have, lots of useful exercises. She talks about success and failure and how to get over them and build up your confidence. Preferred the first book but this one is interesting too!

I hesitated a lot between 3 and 4 stars, but it was probably up there in the better personal development books I've read!

I have never read a book which resonated with me so much! I loved completing the exercises and know this is one that I’ll reread over and over again.
