I decided to read the manga because again, everyone's been talking about it such as Trash Taste, Moist Critical and many other Youtubers. The art is a lot better like the faces, the visuals and the actions scenes were pretty decent. I think the artist Shinya KOMI does deserve recognition for his work on the series like I really wish he could've involved more on the anime. I'm honestly shocked that they weren't asked!
However I really didn't get into the characters as much as I'd like because they were pretty much bland personality wise with a sprinkle of fanservice that didn't need to be there in the first place. Story wise it seemed pretty ok like I wouldn't go overboard with it because it does look it's been done so many times. But hey, if you like action, cute girls and decent art without a serious plot then this one's for y'all!
Très curieux. J'y vois des thèmes très queer, même si ce n'est pas explicite. Cela m'a rappelé Ghost in the Shell et The end of Evangelion, dans une version différente et entièrement inédite.
A high-school technophobe is awkwardly making his way through everyday life —when he suddenly finds himself face-to-face with an oncoming bus that means certain death.
When he wakes, Akira discovers that he has awoken to some distant future —surrounded by advanced technology and government-sanctioned police robots. Worst of all, is Akiras own physical condition when it’s finally made known to him:
Akira’s body is nowhere to be seen. Akira is now a brain, inside a suitcase —with unexplainable technology keeping him conscious. He is the EX-ARM 001. Artificial Intelligence, Transhumanism, Espionage. Plus the kindling of a few relationships along the way. The first installment of a very underrated series, of which I hope gets more readers and people discussing it.
