“What’s in there?” I asked, peering over the stable door. I could have no idea of what lay ahead and how this tiny brown calf staring back at me would change my life forever.I have been so blessed to be given the opportunity to go on this journey, one which has not only changed my life but changed me. And now I am blessed also for this further opportunity to share my thoughts with you, knowing that many people already recognise cows as being intelligent, but hoping that we will start to learn that they are equally loving, loyal and sensitive.I am determined to share my story, my amazing journey, experiences and above all else my thanks to these truly amazing animals whom I am so very proud to call my friends.So that next time you are driving past a field of cows – you notice them, a little smile comes on your face and you just know.
