The Judgement didn't quite live up to what I'd gotten out of The Execution. Not a lot happens in this book beyond Zela interacting with the guys a bit and I honestly didn't like Zela a lot of the time for how she conducted herself.
There's also something that must be discussed involving Zela and Derek.
I'm presuming if you're reading this review, you've probably read the previous book and are aware of the reveals, since those are paramount to what I want to talk about now.
The big contention is that this book introduces a short of weird incestuous romance angle to the story. I'll discuss everything under a spoiler cut. Warning for serious reveals about major plot points in both this book and the previous.
Besides this being a major focus, Zela grated on me because she turned into like a cutesy sex pot? It's a weird shift. She's suddenly just super horny all the time, constantly wanting to fool around with everyone and skip class to get off, even going so far as to think of ways to coerce Micheal into sex when he states he wants to take things slow ("no" doesn't mean "convince me", Zela). I personally am not a fan of heroines who suddenly become hyper fixated on sex--they always lose their brains and do dumb things for an orgasm, which is degrading to keep seeing as a woman. It kind of took away from the romance if one minute she's having a romantic date with Landon and the next is giving Cole blow jobs in the shower despite them having established almost nothing about these two together. The author ought to have dedicated more time to Cole and Micheal so I could feel more for the RH. So far, only Landon and Derek have any real development.
Zela's irrational jealousy about the boys not being able to date other girls but she gets to hook up as she pleases with a guy and his two friends isn't super healthy and she struggles to communicate things with each new partner. While Zela and Landon, for example, agree to not be exclusive, there was never any talk about Zela potentially being with multiple partners in a serious, committed relationship capacity, which I think is really important. You have to establish the barriers and expectations of any relationship, it's basic decency.
I also feel like the guys just had a sort of unrealistic tolerance for Zela's nonsense. Like, they just constantly assure her that her sleeping with the three of them is fine. They all just accept that asking about Derek is off limits without any further explanation, even though it should, at this point, be something she could openly confide in them about. They never express any jealousy or envy or anything beyond looking annoyed when Zela is with Derek over them. Without much rhyme or reason, the three of them settle into this weird state of the perfect harem, and that's boring. I want to see the emotional journey to get to a place of security and comfort while being part of a foursome.
The writing itself is nice and I'm still enjoying the story but, this is very much a middle book, so it suffers from not having a clear goal. We only get a sudden drop of plot development to being us into the next and final book in the series. The rest of the book is mostly cutesy kissing and fooling about and then Zela pouting about Derek and his pesky doubts about the legitimacy of the unproven claim that his father is also Zela's father.
I hope the finale brings something more satisfying.
I also hope the author puts more time in Zela having enough time to erase multiple years of thinking Derek was her brother, since we know for a fact he's part of the harem now too, so it would make sense for the sibling angle to be more deeply explored to make Zela's change in feelings realistic and to try to tamp down on the incest vibes as much as possible.

What's the point at this point?!
The answer: there is no point!
This book seemed to be merely about Zela getting her groove on, aka hooking up with the uninteresting threesome (i.e., Landon the horny, Michael the shy guy, and Cole the grumpy one that tries to insert some drama into the relationship, but it, like everything else, falls flat). This pointless instalment of the increasingly pointless Breakbattle series was really mostly about Zela's sexlife and her constant need to either kiss or share handjobs with the guys. I mean, does anyone actually care about the Breakbattle battle-system anymore? Or about the Network? Or about the boy/girl divide at the academy and Zela's mother's book? Or about any of the actual plotlines that have nothing to do with Zela's nether regions or people's relationships in general? Apart from the pointless cliffhanger, which, to be honest, felt so glued on that it didn't shock or surprise me, nothing actually happens in this book.

Oh, and don't even get me started on Derek. Here's my rant as a spoiler:

- Zela/Zeke is a selfish, and now boring and annoying, horny little girl. She basically forces herself on some of the guys who, rightly so, actually want to take things slowly and get to know her.

- The Breakbattle system, or whatever drama attached to it, doesn't develop or move forward in any significant way. Or it just repeats the things we already know.
- The cliffhanger attempts to bring back the drama to the sex-fest, but meh.. Who cares?
- There is no point to this series anymore.
And as always, this is just my opinion. If you liked the book, I'm glad you enjoyed reading it.

Ughhhhh why is this series ending so soon lol??? And why did I get smacked in the face even harder at the end here than the last book and the one before. This author sure knows how to pack a punch and this is exactly why I only read completed series. The stress and anxiety are hard to handle and as soon as I’m done with this review I’ll be knee deep in the next one.
I’m hooked on this series like a bad addiction and I’m already feeling the symptoms of withdrawal. Sometimes bully romances are just done damn well and I’m really enjoying this wild ride even if I’m dreading the final end. Great intense read.

The Judgement ended on a weird note for me. I mean nothing really made sense for me and I am really wondering how this was all planned - ya know? Other than that, it was a bit frustrating to get through. It doesn't help that all the characters were just making one annoying decision after the other throughout the entire book.
That being said, I ate it all up. Slowly, but surely, devoured the entire thing. I can easily look past all the frustrating moments in this book. I'm also hoping that the next, and final, book will give me the peace that I'm looking for.
Other than that, I just want these guys to either be a harem.. or continue this weird ass dance they are doing around one another. Then I want to know if this horrible system will move to public schools or if what Zeke/Zela said to that lady will be a deciding factor to stop it. Heck, this whole school needs to be fixed on it's own because these kids are little shits.
In the end, I seriously need to dive into the next book because I'm dying to see how this is all going to end.

And honestly she was a bit crazy in this book.
I was not a fan of this installment, if I’m being honest.
I HAVE to remind myself though, that these are teenagers.

The transition from Zela thinking Derek is her brother to Zela thinking Derek is hers as in hers was kinda gross btw. I mean I get it, Derek never embraced the idea that he was her brother but she sure as shit did and the minute she found out she was wrong she very quickly sidled up to him I mean... BLEH.

The Judgement was for me, the most frustrating book of this entire series. When we find out at the end of book 2 that two characters who had some major chemistry and sexual tension that they might actually be related, it's kind of a cold shower but with words. So obviously, I wanted them to do a DNA test to be sure. But of course, they didn't seem to know these things existed because for the majority of the book, the two characters avoided each other or were pissed at each other since one believed it was true and the other didn't. Like I said, it was frustrating. But it's not the only reason. In this book the author seemed to enjoy teasing the reader and then cutting the scene short - over and over and over. There's teasing and then there's this book. It annoyed me to no end.
Other than that, I was pretty much addicted to the story and characters even though it was a bit ridiculous at times but that's fine. The ending left us on another dramatic cliffhanger

Um say what? Where did that cliffhanger come from. I liked the relationships. Zee is pretty unhinged when it comes to Derek. Out of the guys my favourite is Michael. Landon is pretty much just sex and Cole is closed off. Michael is a sweetheart and probably the most emotionally connected other than Derek. I liked the friendship between Zee and Adam, the touchy feely stuff was a bit weird though. Curious what’s gonna happen next.

So, I’m conflicted guys. Why am I conflicted you may ask? Because these relationships are kinda not what I expected in this series. And not in a good way either.
Zela/Zeke is kinda all over the place for her reasoning behind having these relationships. She says one thing and does another with them. It makes her an unreliable character with her relationships. I was kinda annoyed with all the back and forth with her and these boys around her.
The authors attempt at creating this poly relationship, reverse harem style, isn’t the best I’ve seen. I’m getting annoyed because it’s the same thing over and over again. I just hope this next book will resolve my hesitations.
The plot is not thickening.
What was said throughout this book is becoming already guessed by me. It started last book and I think it’s extending to this one as well. I was surprised by the ending, but I think that was a ploy to keep the series going for the last book to be honest. I even think the plan that Zela/Zeke is having throughout the series makes sense. But now I’m starting to get a little annoyed because there is no climax to the plan/plot and no true satisfaction from myself in learning the outcome of the big “plan.” It’s just a means to an end.
Even with all of these negative ideas throughout the book, I am still invested and I’m still semi satisfied with these characters. It’s a quick read for me, so I might as well finish the series.

I thought this book would ramp up the romance and the drama, but I felt like it scaled back a bit. Zela was still with Landon and had some dates and things with Michael and Cole, but I hoped the harem would fully form. There's only one book left so I'm sure things will really escalate, but I just thought there would be more.
The battles were almost non existent. Zela doesn't battle anyone now that she's an elite and she coaches a couple people but that's about it. Cameron is barely in this too and I was sad to see the storyline dropped. It mostly focused on Zela trying to get close to Jonathan and Derek trying to convince her they aren't related. I need more action!
Looking forward to the final book and seeing Zela and her guys finally form a solid relationship.

Zela is unhinged, obsessive, unreasonable, slightly selfish, and a very well written character. Yes, she has positive traits, too. It's interesting reading a highly intelligent and cunning character on the cusp of being villainous. Some of the unreasonable characteristics got on my nerves, but I can't argue that they make sense for her character. She's very smart and logical, so of course, once she's set her mind to something and certain of the outcome, she'll have problems with opposition.
It ends on the perfect cliffhanger and leaves me with more questions than answers. I am looking forward to the next book.

Seriously Vincent, if I could give an award for every time a writer made it impossible to put a book down at the end of it, it'd go to you.
The story
The story is about Zela, but this time around it doesn't focus on her school life as much as it focuses on her relationships with the boys. Besides that, trouble is brewing at the school, everything is slowly unraveling.
I for one really enjoyed it, I needed to see her relationships with each of her boys evolve more. Besides that, there was of course the huge bombshell that was dropped in the last one, so I couldn't wait to pick it up. I thought it was a bit weird however, Again, the book ended in a huge cliffhanger and I wanted to scream, because I couldn't pick up the next book yet. Safe to say that the battle system is slowly crumbling, and chaos is erupting.
The characters
I don't have a lot of new things to say, but I fall more in love with every one of them each passing day. Derek still has my whole heart, so I was scared of where things would go with him in this book, seeing how things left off in the last one. I'm I'm super glad about that, because I was quite scared that we would barely see him in this one! And I must say I agreed with him, Zela wasn't as strong of a lead character as in the last ones, but maybe that's because she was a drooling mess for like 90% of this book. I'm glad she at least fought back in some ways, with her being the Battle Doctor etc. The way she jumped
Besides Derek and Adam, I really started to love Cole. I am a sucker for 'bad boys', and then he had his lip pierced?!? I was actually screaming, before I realised they're all basically kids and I can't crush on a kid like some pervert lol. But Cole, come find me when it's legal
All kidding aside, I still don't like Landon. I still don't feel like he got any payback from the lockerroom scenario, so it just makes it hard for me to like him. Cole and Michael are great, Landon is just not. Sorry. Besides that, I'm also not a fan of Jordan and Adam, mainly because I love Adam and secretly want him to be with Zela. I just don't really care for Jordan, sorry. I still think Cameron and Zela had some potential, their interactions (at least what little we got) were quite funny to me.

Undecided between 3.5/4 stars
Some spoilers below:
Holy fuck that twist with Derek and Johnathan! I’m so pleased with the outcome. However, Zela’s reaction after finding out the truth was a bit inconsistent and her feelings changed from platonic to non-platonic at the drop of a hat. The almost incest vibe felt wrong but it didn’t bother me as much as it probably should’ve.
Speaking of wrongness Zela and Adam’s friendship is odd. It comes across as not strictly platonic. There’s a sexual undertone in how they act with each other they flat out flirt with each other which is a bit messed up considering he’s dating her cousin. It rubs me up the wrong way.
Also... What’s with all the forehead kisses?! No guy and girl best friends do that.. Let alone two supposed guy ‘friends’ it’s freaking weird and overly tactile for friendship.
The progression of this story has reeled me right in and I’m loving the twists and turns. The angst, tension and suspense are everything! I’m intrigued to see how the story wraps up in the final instalment.
The only thing I strongly disliked is Landon hooking up with another girl while on holiday even though he claimed to love Zela. I prefer the guys to he strictly monogamous in RH novels. But I suppose in this case Zela should’ve also been more forthcoming with who she was hooking up with.

Holy fuck that twist with Derek and Johnathan! I’m so pleased with the outcome. However, Zela’s reaction after finding out the truth was a bit inconsistent and her feelings changed from platonic to non-platonic at the drop of a hat. The almost incest vibe felt wrong but it didn’t bother me as much as it probably should’ve.
Speaking of wrongness Zela and Adam’s friendship is odd. It comes across as not strictly platonic. There’s a sexual undertone in how they act with each other they flat out flirt with each other which is a bit messed up considering he’s dating her cousin. It rubs me up the wrong way.
Also... What’s with all the forehead kisses?! No guy and girl best friends do that.. Let alone two supposed guy ‘friends’ it’s freaking weird and overly tactile for friendship.

Some Spoilers ahead and if you haven't read the first three books it is highly recommended.
Zela/Zeke and Adam have made it into the Elites! Also at the end of the last book Derek announced his love for Zela and she blurted out that she was his sister! Yes so now we have Derek not talking to Zela, Landon and Zela on the brink of S#x, but also Michael and Cole "hooking up" with Zela. Basically it's a love square. Also Zela and Derek have this whole push/pull thing the whole time because Derek refuses to believe Zela is his sister because he is in love with her and she knows that his father is her father.
On top of all the love going around the school is still searching for for all who is still making trouble, Zela and Adam are helping the lower classes to win battles to help stop Breakbattle from expanding and the Elites are not happy. As with the other books this one ends on one hell of a cliff hanger! For the most part it was semi slow reading until the end and then your just hit with a few curve balls.

Dans ce 4e tome, les choses se corsent de manière drastique pour Zeke/Zela qui marche sur des œufs. Celui qui se fait appeler Pour Tous/For All et qui sabotent la classe Élite du mieux qu'il peut est la priorité de Zeka et ses ami.e.s. D'autant que beaucoup pensent encore que notre héroïne n'y est pas pour rien.
Zeke essaie aussi, enfin, de connaitre son vrai père même si son identité reste moins sûre. Zeke en veut à sa mère de lui cacher son identité.
Le harem inversé avance bien ici et Zeke/Zela forme enfin des couples avec Landon, Cole et Michael. J'aime bien leur dynamique qui change des autres HI que j'ai pu lire. Niveau smut, on est sur du très soft et du bien fait. Nos héros sont jeunes.

By the third book, this is littered with makeout scenes and juggling between all the boys. It got a little dull here and there, but when the story progressed it definitely redeemed it. As always the author goes crazy in the last bit of the book so I have to jump into the next one.

3. Not much to say about this book. Some smut is attempted. It isn’t very good, feel very juvenile. Dislike like dynamic between her and the boys. Happy about the ending with Derek, but the other ending is again frustrating. But as always a quick and easy read.

I liked this series sometimes... but I don't think I would read it again. The romance stories between FMC Zela and her harem of 4 dudes left a lot to be desired. In the beginning of Orientation, they're all kind of friends. Then they are "forced" to turn on her because she went against the wishes of the main Elite / Network leader, Cameron... They battle her constantly, and when they win, they take away her stuff. Zela is pretending to be a guy at this school, so the other guys don't feel bad about being ruthlessly competitive.
Zela does her best to show them up. She gets better at sports, she studies to improve on her weakest subject (U.S. History), etc. But then there's some faceless prankster "For All" who is targeting the Elite guys. He gets their sporting events cancelled, he places them in dangerous situations, and he makes it seem like it's Zela behind everything. Of course it's Cameron setting her up to turn everyone against her. When the Elite guys believe Zela is For All, they gang up on her in the pool area and beat her up and strip her down, intending to take pictures of "Zeke's" penis as revenge for For All sending around naked pictures of Zachary. Once they figure out she's a girl, they stop and freak out.
Cole, Michael, and Landon don't apologize right away or anything. They just leave. Zachary never really seems remorseful and he always acts like a dick to Zela forever.
Zela plans her revenge on the 4 guys.
For Cole the ridiculously competitive swimmer, she decides to take his place as captain of the math club and the FBLA, and she ties him for best GPA. He hates losing but that's not really much of a revenge plot if you ask me..
For Michael, the genuinely sweet but quiet runner, she actually asks him to lose his next races on purpose to prove he's sorry... and he does it! Wtf. He loses like 3. But he wants to be an Olympian someday? That does not compute.
For Landon, the flirty bisexual and always fashionable wrestler, she teases him relentlessly and makes him jealous by pretending she's got something going w Adam. Then she dates Landon with the plan to dump him once he really cares for her. But she ditches that plan when she really falls for him.
Each romance story feels kind of abrupt and not complete... like Zela doesnt have real feelings for them, but more like she finds them attractive and wants to sleep w them. Then the spice is very brief and basic. Until the very last book, then it gets a little more detailed.
The only love story that I really cared about was Zela and Derek. I liked Michael too but he was barely around most of the time. It was all Landon and Cole 🙄 and honestly it didn't feel like those were real, mature relationships, like at all. They were annoying. Especially Landon.
But back to Derek. Zela is obsessed with him because she thinks he's her secret half-brother. She doesn't tell him that until like book three I think. He has already fallen for her by then so he gets freaked out, but then he realizes it's probably not actually true, and so he keeps trying to convince Zela they're not related. The truth comes out that Derek's dad is not Zela's dad. Cue the happy ending.
The mystery of who For All is, is not a great one if you ask me. Maybe bc I've read some of this author's other works & I know what to expect now..idk. but I figured out all the "mysteries" pretty early on.
Cameron dying was a random twist. But that ended up being just like side fluff. Zela finds out that Cam was her actual half-brother, but he's already dead, so she decides to solve his murder.. I guess as a way to learn more about him, since she only ever saw his evil streak at school..
In the end, the breakbattle system is disbanded. Zela remains in a committed relationship to the 4 guys, with a big house split up into 4 sections essentially, so each of the 4 guys and his & Zela's kids can have their own space.

This book was a fast-paced read full of teen drama and emotional against. It wasn’t as intense or anxiety-inducing as the last few but I still loved it all the same! How could I not when so many juicy things happen throughout this instalment??
Zeke acts like a total stalker creep trying to get Derek to talk to her and when they finally do get the chance, it’s explosive and oh, so emotional.
Derek refuses to believe that he is her brother and makes that clear to Zela. He’s adamant that they will find her true father, while Zela thinks Derek is the one who can’t come to terms with this new relationship development (even though she doesn’t have proof).
ALAS,
We find out that Derek is indeed NOT her brother; directly after daddy Grayson blows a gasket, in light of Zela’s mother showing up at their house demanding for her DAUGHTER.
Shit really hits the fan y’all.
Derek and Zela both get news that they don’t really want to hear but it does bode well for their future relationship at least.
Derek crouched on the floor. He pressed his forehead to mine. “I’m here for you, Zela. When... you’re forced to accept the truth and it threatens to rip you apart. When pain leaks into every part of you and you can’t breathe for it.”
When they kissed at the end I was happy because I want a Derek in the harem but.. it did strike me as odd how quickly her mind went from “strictly platonic” to “I love you and want to eat your face off”???
I’m just going to blame it on the SHOCK and move along.
I’m thrilled either way, because that means we get some real intimate moments with Derek in the future; he’s been my favourite from the start, so I’m really looking forward to that.
Land takes her V card and it’s absolutely beautiful.
I loved how we thought it would happen in his room and then his mother barged in on them;
Fucking GOLD.
Things with Michael are getting more serious but Zelas slow-burn relationship with Cole is holding him back. I’m eager to see this resolved in the last book (wouldn’t mind a little group action to help them along).
I’m a sucker for a good sexy group-scene.
Totally shipping Adam and Jordan, while I’m kinda over Melody to be honest she’s being a sketch and was super weird to Zeke towards the end there.
I really want to know what will happen with that recording of Zela made by Cameron at the end of the last year..
considering he is now DEAD????
Zela is framed for his murder and arrested at the end of the book (Ruby does Cliffies like no other).
I have a feeling that his father is heavily involved and I wouldn’t be surprised if Zela’s speech to the board of education is part of the reason why..
I’m still trying to figure out who For All is now, they have stepped up their game and are gunning for real change to the Breakbattle system. I have no doubt they will be back to fuck shit up in the last book and to reveal themselves, one way or another.
I’m actually kinda scared to see how Andronika reacts when she gets her hands on Zela, especially after her and Derek bolted out to the Grayson manner leaving their parents in the dust.
Well, she has to get her daughter off murder charges first, so that will be interesting.
I’m devouring this series, as it’s making my entire life bearable right now. I would gladly not move all day and get lost in this captivating story.

While this series has been enjoyable to binge read, this book fell a little flat for me in the midst of it all. It very much felt like a lot of filler, trying to better establish relationships, but like I felt in book 2, not everyone gets equal time or development.
I found Zela incredibly naive in this one. She’s trying so hard to get Derek back as her brother, she doesn’t question anything or even question how her dropping that news on him affects him. She rushes at the chance to talk to her father, and I just don’t get why. Why is she so stuck in her head about having to know her father? Does she think that it’ll fix her trauma? I just wish she had been smarter about it, or that she would’ve asked Derek for DNA. For someone who is apparently that smart, she came off as a complete idiot.
When we find out the truth in this regard, she becomes even more of an idiot to me. I would feel betrayed by my mom too, but also, sit down and have a conversation. Obviously your mom must have a good reason, and maybe one of those reasons is that she didn’t want you to feel rejected!
Derek was always my favorite. He’s the one that’s always been there for her. He deserved better from her in this book, but I also almost wish he would’ve taken it upon himself to get DNA evidence lol. She was so mean to him though, when he was searching through her mom’s past (TO TRY AND HELP HER!!!) that he gave up. Damn it, Zela.
Michael and Cole felt like add ons to me. I really couldn’t stand how horny she was all the time, and that when Michael said he wanted to go slow, she takes a little to actually accept it. It’s just an annoying thing to have in a character.
It felt like Adam wasn’t mentioned that much in this one anymore, which kind of sucks since he’s her best friend. His whole relationship with Melody/Jordan was kind of strange to me. Idk why it feels better when it’s RH. But, Jordan felt like a second choice almost.
The For All plot is interesting, and the Network I couldn’t really care much for. The twists at the end were interesting, and left us on a cliffhanger.

Okay I was definitely feeling like this book was moving slower in terms of the time because by the end of the book the school year hasn’t ended yet. But it was still soo good. So much happened.
So first Zela’s relationships with Landon, Michael, and Cole are developing nicely and by the end their relationships are pretty solid. Cole is probably the only one really holding back from taking things to relationship status with Zela.
Things with Derek have gone from oh snap she believes he’s her brother to finding they absolutely cannot be siblings what so ever. So you have Drek on one hand who took all of the summer to work through his feelings about hearing that Zela was his sister. And I would say he processed it well. He came to terms with that fact that Zela thought that but he absolutely didn’t think that. He was angry first thinking Zela used him to only have a relationship with her father. I’m reality Zela wanted a relationship with him above all and with Johnathan second. Once Derek learned that he set out to prove Zela wrong while also allowing her to get to know Johnathan, his father. But he knew, deep down his father wasn’t her father. And we find out in the end Johnathan isn’t his father either 🤯. Which was a crazy twist.
And can I just say that I now do not like Naomi because she had an affair once figuring out that Johnathan could not have kids. I know with that there is just so much to unpack. But Johnathan and Naomi’s entire situation became messy once it was confirmed he was sterile. It’s was also crazy to find out that Johnathan did in fact have his own affair, once he figured out Naomi was cheating, with Zela’s mother. I know Derek’s whole world is rocked after this
But this wasn’t even the biggest bomb 💣💣💣💣
Over the weekend freaking Cameron Dupre was murdered. And not only that Zeke Manning is now the prime suspect and being arrested. 🤯 Like what in all the world is happening with now. How did everything go so wrong? And the school year isn’t even over.

Spectacular Ruby Vincent does it again
This book was simply spectacular. Each book in the series has been spectacular that said I do feel as if it's getting better and better as it builds on the story that came before but each entry has been an absolute pleasure to read. Ruby Vincent really knows how to write characters. She's created such a compelling fmc and mcs different unique personalities and set them in this interesting school. On top of that she gave it to Adam and the Evergreen crew in an insight into their future which is always just amazing to get to read about. So you have a best friend you really care about you have a great main character and her story with multiple different people all-in-one book The Derek storyline has been really fantastic I love all the twists and turns that it has taken I love that even though I thought somebody spoiled it for me it turns out that there was way more to the story and it wasn't at all spoiled in fact maybe if I didn't read that I wouldn't have been so convinced of one thing that when the other thing became a possibility it surprised me happily which I love. Book 4 has just been so excellent and the ending wow definitely makes going into book 5 show you that it's really waiting to all come to a head things are going to change we're going to get to explore every aspect. Ruby Vincent just knows how to write stories that have characters that you're interested in and stories that keep you on the edge of your seat well also being comforting like reading about friends you want to hang out with. She's able to blend fantastic storytelling and plot with fantastic characters in moments with characters that are realistic and grounded into these amazing books and series and all I can say is I hope she gives the Break battle crew College Series as well one day and keeps writing in this genre because my goodness even with one book left in the series the Evergreen University series I Can't Get Enough

Previously, Derek told Zela that he loves her (OMG!!!!) and Zela revealed to Derek that he is her brother, they are half siblings and his dad is her dad. Derek doesn't believe it and Zela insists, and this torned their relationship. Will they recover? Well no doubt in mind, they eventually do (thank to the god of romance, because Derek is literally my fav. He is like a teddy bear, and I want to hug him so badly, I need a Derek in my life).
At the same time, Michael, Landon and Cole are building up their relationships with Zela, going out to dates, making out, and doing it as the RH concept is rising and building, which I am absolutely on it.
Now in Breakbattle, ALL IN is still active against the battle system and many fuss on it. There is also Cameron who threatened Zela and a-hole Zach and their friends going against Zela, but the badass that she is, Her boys and her fights against them and continues to help the lower ranks to battle the upper ranks.
Also Adam is such a #bestfriend goal. I literally need a BFF like Adam and his family is just heart warming and nice. Honestly so are all the parents and family of the boys, they are so kind and nice and I'm low-key jealous lol. Adam is now with Jordan and honestly, shel be lucky, and I mean Jordan is also a really good friend too.
Then towards the end, OMG, Derek and Zela in the warehouse made me emotional and there chemistry and relationship is just everything...
“Say it,” I said softly. “Please.”
“I love you, Zela.”
The pain retreated further still.
“I love you too, Derek. I—”
like I literally can't. Derek is just so perfect and I literally loved him since book 1 😭. While my guess on how Derek's father is also Zela's which is how it ended in #2, I am so glad and happy they are not :)
Lastly the ending/plot twist though, didn't expect that. lol
