A long time ago, I was one of them. Now I’m back, and they hate me for it.
Plucked out of the harsh life I was living and thrust into a world of unimaginable wealth, power, and privilege, all I want to do is keep my head down and survive until graduation.
But they have other plans—Mason, Finn, Elijah, and Cole.
Everyone at my new school calls them the Princes, and that’s exactly what they act like. They always get what they want… and who they want.
And they want me.
I’m not sure why, since they all seem to hate me.
The Princes are gorgeous, flawless, and cruel. They own this town, and they’re determined to own me too.
To break me.
What they don’t know is that I’ve already been broken once.
I won’t let it happen again.
***AUTHOR’S NOTE: The Boys of Oak Park Prep series is a reverse harem high school bully romance, where the heroine will end up with more than one love interest. It contains cursing, sexual situations, and dark subject matter. But if you're willing to brave the darkness, there is light at the end.
Callie Rose is a bestselling author who loves to write books that will grab you by the feels and not let go till the very last page. She loves twisty plots, tortured bad boys, strong FMCs, and redemption stories where that shit is *earned*.
Jesus, what a ride. I was honestly skeptical at first. I’m gonna be honest and say I didn’t enjoy the first book very much. The extent to which the Princes’ went to push Tal out was ruthless. She basically let them walk all over her and I found myself cringing a good bit at how embarrassed I was for her. The end of book one leaves you with so many questions and feeling so unfulfilled... but stay with me here; I did give it 5 stars at the end of the day.. Book 2 was better, but halfway through I still had no idea where this story was going.. which I guess could be considered a good thing I.e. unpredictable, but I’m so used to having a solid grasp on the story line by at least the end of the first book in a series that I was a bit concerned. Book 2 ended up having pretty insane twists and turns. You get comfortable and then the rug gets pulled and we’re back to square 1. Book 3.... 🤯... book 3... wow. It was really great in a lot of ways. The character building from the first two books just completely slays in book 3. You’ve become so intwined in how these characters operate and think that it’s impossible not to feel what they feel. —- I think it’s really important to point out how difficult it is to accomplish the above statement when a book that has 5 main characters is written solely from one characters point of view... insane skills—-
I loved the letters to Charlotte bones read, but would REALLY REALLY love to have had a longer, closer look at how they all maneuvered college.
I guess that’s how you know it’s a good series... always left wanting more.
Ok, so I didn’t know this was going to be a reverse harem book when I read the caption. If I had known I never would have read it. That being said I did like the mystery of the story. A lot of the bullying parts had been taken a little too far though. And the fact that all the adults turned a blind eye to these shenanigans is appalling! I totally get why Talia was attracted to all 4 boys, but I really thought she was going to choose just one to be with (Mason for the most part since he was the meanest from the start). I also frowned upon the fact that these guys were just barely 17 and sleeping around and being ok with sharing the same girl! These guys weren’t even out of high school! I’m no prude, most teenagers are having sex, but usually it’s not with 4 boys sharing one girl! At least it didn’t have sex scenes with them tag teaming her at the same time, like in another book I read once, one that I didn’t like because it was way too unbelievable. If you are in to RH then this is a good read, if not then stay away from this one!
This bully/reverse harem series is everything!! Poor Talia, plucked from poverty and obscurity and thrust into a life of wealth, excess and hatred. Her grandparents are cold and her school is a nightmare. Thanks mainly to “the Princes.” In book 1, Finn, Mason, Cole and Elias make it their mission to take Talia down. Make her leave. Break her. In book 2, our princess seeks her vengeance. And it’s so good, I needed a cigarette after the fact. In book 3, we, along with the gang, need to unravel a mystery. I love a good mystery. I love being right about whodunnit. I was wrong on this one. Author Callie Rose kept me on my toes and guessing throughout. I love this series. I love the HEA. I love these characters.
I won’t deny the ending of this series seems a bit abrupt, some questions you have well.. your not truly given any real answers so you left hanging. This really needed another Epilogue or should’ve been expanded.
The writing style and wordings/descriptions to a bit to get used too, sometimes the male characters despite being Main Character, are described...’distantly(?)’. Just found it odd describing someone like you’ve never met them before.
“This place would be paradise if it weren’t for all the fucking people.” 〰️ “There’s was a hate story, ours in a love story.” 〰️ “A lost princess and four beautiful, damaged princes.” 〰️ This series was about Talia, a strong girl who was forced to leave the life she’s only known and forced into a world of privilege, wealth, power and secrets. She plans to do what she can to make it through but little does she know 4 princes have a different fate for her. We watch as secrets become unveiled, feelings grow, and how choices unmade by them play a huge role in where they are today. 〰️ I LOVED this series! Everything about it kept me captivated and Im so glad they all got their happy ending! Its no shock how much I LOVE reverse harems so this was right up my alley. Talia AKA Legs is one strong girl. She was dealt a pretty shitty hand in life and found the strength within herself to overcome it all. I love all the boys as well. Each of them so different but so alike at the same time. I love that we see just how intertwined all of their lives are and how they come out on top. This series was AMAZING and I can’t wait to read more of Callie Rose’s work.
It was a relief and a burden with her father died. But there is nothing that could prepare Talia for what came next. Moving from a small poor town in Idaho to a very rich neighborhood in California had her wondering how she never knew her grandparents were so wealthy. She was put immediately in a prep school and moved to campus. Where she became the ridicule of the princes. The richest of the rich boys on campus. This book has a lot going on it in. And a lot of behind the scenes. Eventually the truth comes out. And it is even more twisted an imagined. I enjoyed this book. Actually couldn't put it down and read the whole box set in one day.
If you have been on the fence about picking this up then jump off and freaking read it already!!!!! Holy Taledo Batman...the guys in this...WOW. It is getting a little harder to read the high school ages though, it's making me feel a bit creepy when I start crushing and having sexy thoughts about guys that arent 18....it might be getting time to move away from it just a bit. BUT Mason, Finn, Elijah and Cole are sexy as sin and the things they do *shivers*...just yum. I enjoy the fact that Talua isnt a weak person either, she amazed me with the way sh ed acted and did things. Soooooo good!! I wish there were more full novels about them!!
I'm so excited to see this series put together in a box set for the people that are getting to read this now you have no clue how amazing it is to have all of the books available. Callie definitely knows how to tell a story and this one is no different. This started off with book 1 where we got to know who Talia was and what kind of life she was living. Unfortunate things happen to Talia where she is forced to move in with grandparents that she doesn't even really know and A Whole New World full money, power and jerks. Talia is tormented and bullied throughout most of book one by the school Kings and their followers. But she is a strong girl and takes it all and comes up with her own plan of Revenge because she will not take the bullying sitting down. We get more into that into book 2 and everything that happens is one crazy ride. Then things start to switch and the Kings start acting differently towards Talia. By the end of book 2 the story has taken a turn once again and it seems like it's going in the right direction until the twist at the end with the cliffhanger that'll have you saying WTF. Now onto book 3 we see the journey Talia takes on to get back to where she needs to and the Kings are right there. I don't want to give away too much more but I will say this is definitely a serious that you do not want to miss out on I loved everything about it and I can't wait to see what Callie has in store for us next because I know I won't be disappointed with anyting she comes writes for us next.
Holy crap.....I want to kick Mason in the ass. What a gut punch for Talia. I'm not sure I could have come back from that without true malice in my heart. I'm glad to have read this as a box set to keep the story flowing. I couldn't put it down. I did get the Letters for Charlotte but wish I could have read another book in the series on how their relationship developed post H.S. pre-Charlotte. It was a big jump with little background and lots of missing fun with Finn, Mason, Cole and Elijah.
What an awesome series. My first read by this author and I certainly was not disappointed. This is a RH enemies-to-lovers series that will suck you and keep you glued to pages. The books are well written, the main and secondary characters are amazing and there are enough twists and turns to this series to keep you interested and intrigued.
I highly recommend this series for anyone looking for a RH high school bully series.
Almost identical to another dark bully high school series. I spent the first 30 min trying to figure out if I'd read it before...However, that said, I liked the characters, and I always like reverse harem (The more the merrier, IMO!) Just wish the steam part of it didn't progress like she was going through a checklist.
Basically, if you don't expect anything new (unless this is your first high school bully romance), it works.
Glad I waited for the box set so I could read the entire thing at once. It was a great read. I loved the characters and the story. I haven’t read many RH books but I liked that this one was different then the others that I’ve read. Not a lot sex..just one scene per guy. I liked that each of the times were special to them. No group scenes. I do wish there was an extended epilogue.
I read this series and I did see some similarities to some other books. But the plot the characters was done perfectly. This series was so crazy good! After the first book this series took off into a wonderful heartbreaking roller-coaster ride. Well done. And with all the Bully genres out there some many stories have similar endings or starts. Boys of oak park prep for the win. I was sad to see it pulled. Good luck Callie Rose. Your writing is genius 👏
Loved this series. Talia is the strong princess who won’t let anyone bring her down. I love the princes’ and especially love the bond Cole shares with his sister Penny. The last few chapters were gripping and did not see that coming at all. The 2 years later epilogue was a nice ending to the story. Another great read!
Normally I am not a huge fan of bully romances. But I’d heard a lot of really good things about this one. But the story line and character development and the how entire thing was so wonderfully written and put together really amazing. You really go on a journey and really get into your feelings. I am so glad I read these books, and you will be too!
❤❤❤❤❤ I loved the people in this story. They grabbed a piece of my heart and won't let go. It's one of those stories that you don't want to end.
I don't want to give any details away in this review. Read it for yourself so that you can experience all the ups and downs and mysteries of Oak Park Prep.
This book does contain cursing, sexual scenes, and violence.
This boxset consists of 3 books in one about a girl named talia moving with her grandparents to a new school just to be tormented by princes but not everything is Always what it seems. You will have drama chaos but you will love this boxset so much!
This series was amazing. One of those reads that have you staying up late and sneaking off during the day to read it. Now I'm sad that it has ended. Can't wait to read more by this author!
Read it 3 times over. Seriously can not put it down.
This book will have you heart ripped out and mended several times over. Suprised and enjoyed the ending. Not what i was expecting and made me love it that much more.
I loved this book so much as it's gripping and keeps you wanting more . It's a brilliant read with amazing characters and fantastic storyline. Also I fell in love with all for boys .
Callie Rose is literally one of my favorite authors. Callie knows how to bring forth characters that you both love and hate at the same time. Prepare yourself for an amazing story.
I honestly could not put this book down it was sooo good!! There was surprises at every turn which kept things very interesting and shocking. The characters are superb and the whole series is fantastic! Go read this now!!
Holy Shit!! This is the first book/series I’ve read from this author and I was so addicted to this book! I can’t get over how much this book pulls you in! I highly recommend this book!
This was such a great story, so much it kept me on the edge of my seat. Read all 3 in 24 hrs!!! I would have loved to read some of the guys perspectives.
This series was amazing. The princes were so very broken in their own unique ways. They way they always had each others beaks was beautiful. This is a most read series.
One of my few 5 star reads this year! This series deserves all the love and attention that "other" bully series named after a fashion brand received, you're only going to read on, READ THIS ONE!
Filled with hate, revenge, betrayal, love, scandal and mystery wrapped up in a beautifully told story that keep you up late turning pages – plan accordingly.
As to be expected with a bully romance, steamy moments leave you satisfied yet wanting more more more. The Truth or Dare scene cannot be beat (have you heard me mention that before?) – I cannot say that enough!
Once you've finished binge reading this, do yourself a favor and read the rest of her work!
