This book has useful information if you're thinking about buying a home soon using a VA loan. My main complaint with the book is the presentation of math, charts, and formulas. Any time an example loan was used for calculations, I found the presentation of it convoluted. Sometimes charts and bar graphs seemed to appear out of nowhere without a clear explanation.

Must read for any service member or any first time home buyer. Great explanation of the full home buying process, and great explanation of how any home loan (traditional or VA) can lead to lifetime passive income.
