Did you ever wonder what happened when the fairytale ended? This anthology, written by five incredibly talented women, challenges the reader to imagine the “what ifs” of a few favorites. Wicked Spawns: A Legacy of Evil, is a really imaginative continuation of the familiar tales. There were two happily ever afters, an unfinished ending, definitely not a happily ever after and, my favorite, an ending that was the most powerful of any story I have ever read. I truly enjoyed all these stories with my favorite being that of Aim Ruivivar. Her exquisite imagination and gift of storytelling made this one a stand-out. I highly recommend this anthology for anyone who loves the fantasy of fairytales.
