Weird with a HEA. The over the top sex were basically torture for her own good?

Literally nothing but sex. HUGE Spoiler alert. Trigger warnings.
He drugs her with a very strong aphrodisiac wine, giving her more and more to break down her resistance until he's seduced her into allowing him to bring her to orgasm in a private booth. Just before he allows her release he asks her if she will come to his ship so he can take her away and mate her and literally have 15 children at a time many times. He's held off her orgasm so long she isn't listening just straining for completion and she yells yes meaning finally. Apparently it doesn't matter to his people that she had in no way agreed to mate him for life or go to his planet a yes said at that time is all that matters. In no way was she competent to answer any questions. He immediately transports her to his ship which causes her to lose consciousness. She wakes up completely confused and he's all excited about her and can't wait to train her. TRAIN HER. She doesn't even get time to use the bathroom, actually she never does which is weird, but is immediately taken to a lab to begin her training. She is strapped down on a table and then he proceeds to keep her highly drugged so she is burning with arousal so he can keep her controlled and in desperate want so he can use different devices including steadily larger dil*** to enable her to be able to accept his size so he can mate and breed her. Oh he has 2 which he has to use front and back in order to have children. Then he trains her with the help of a friend to not reach completion under excruciating arousal for the hours it will take to build him up to being able to breed.
Let's see, date rape, kidnapping, sexual abuse used to control, and finally Stockholm syndrome. Of course all through this he is sweet and loving so she is confused. He's trying to force a mental connection which despite the addiction to sex he's caused she manages to hold back. Finally he comes in all sad and gives her completion and says he'll take her back to earth because the connection is only partial. As I said control through sex with the addition of him being sweet and loving, combined with Stockholm syndrome causes her to feel bad that she's made him unhappy lowers her defences enough for the bond to snap into place. This causes feelings of love and happiness and they finally join. Then she has him explain about the pods of children comments and learns on his water world he actually lives under water and she will develop pods which will contain 6 to 15 children which after a few months will detach to be put in a specific place while he cares for and guards them until they apparently hatch. That did it, she escapes. Almost immediately because of the addiction and brain washing she needs him. He finds her and says he'll use birth control as long as she wants and other promises and they live apparently happily ever after.
Now I've read her zylan books and had issues but picked up the 4th book of this series and really enjoyed it. Read book 5 which had more sex but still enjoyable and look forward to book 6. So I went back to the beginning of the series and found this.
I know a lot of people will find this romantic but as you can tell from my word usage above I don't. She is forced into this from beginning to end and while she begs for the sex and her mind is seduced she never has the option to say yes or no. She started off objecting and he ignored her strapping her down and drugs her and forces extreme sexual arousal on her whether she wants it or not. All the while telling her how necessary it is and her life will be so much better. And maybe it will but she should have had a choice and she never did. Even her yes at the end came after all the time she was strapped down and never let up and the mind manipulation there was no way she was able to make any other decision. While that may sound like this is a lot of plot the entire book happens during sexual situations. To me this is disgusting and wrong but I do know others are into this so it's everybody's choice but I wanted to warn those who may have issues with this.

Stockholm Non Con
I can deal with a quick insta-love in order to fast forward a short story. This one contained no love whatsoever. Just a guy who wanted the girl, drugged her to get her to say the word “yes” so it would be “legal” for him to abduct her.
He abducts her, drugs her, and r-pes her repeatedly as “training”. Even though he can read her mind and knows she doesn’t want this. Why? Because he wants her and she is slightly physically attracted to him. (The physical attraction escalates due to the drugs). This is how he justifies his actions.
Shall we bring up the fact that he also brings in someone else to “train” her and ignores her when she doesn’t want him to touch her. Nope, just waits for the drugs to kick in to make her compliant. You know, because that how all great romances are. (Insert eye roll.)
Things that bothered me besides the Stockholm Non Con was the fact that this took at least a few weeks. Not once did she use the bathroom. She was kept restrained the entire time. Was only fed passion fruit and passionflower wine (drugs). So she was ingesting something, yet had no need of facilities? Non to mention cleanliness issues.
Of course, she eventually escapes, because desire their advanced technology she can hijack a voice command ship without anyone noticing or be able to track it. Then, you guessed it, she misses him because she can not reach satisfaction. Oh honey. That’s not love. You’ve been conditioned, remember the training?
And of all “heroines” that you want to whack upside the head with a two by four, she misses him so much (it’s been like a week y’all) she forgets how he treated her and everything is hunky dory now. Because his abduction and assault of her must be okay because she craves him now.
I’m not going to be reading any more of this series. Obviously all the main male characters are going to do the same. They won’t learn how their actions are wrong or change and grow from acknowledging their wrong doings. Honestly they could probably find willing Earth women that fit their criteria and would enjoy such treatment (to each their own). But instead of getting real, actual consent they prefer to abduct and abuse.

No Way
I thought this book was weirdly entertaining. I didn’t like how Nancy was basically tricked into going along with M’ike and her training was excessive but I can see how it might appeal to some people so I gave it 4stars. I gave it 4 because it was an interesting spin on an alien abduction but I just couldn’t give it 5 because she was basically given a date rape drug in my opinion.

Original, quirky, all about alien sex, well some of the story is spent on the aliens life. It was not what I expected. Did I mention explicit sex. It is a very quick read, simple plot, and suppose to continue in the next part of the anthology "Alien At Her Door" I can see that this story will appeal to a lot of women

Good fun book
I am pretty sure I own an earlier version of this on another platform. I think it’s been updated a bit, as I don’t remember the names of the planet and ship being so punny.
I was a little uncomfortable with his stretching the rules a bit to get her to the ship. Also, I think he could have explained things better.
Looking forward to next one.

Great Read!
This was a wild ride! The first of three hot alien romances and each somewhat linked either through purpose or characters. In Passionflower, we meet M'ike and Nancy and the training she undergoes after her abduction is intense! I was expecting some sort of sinister alien BDSM story but it was so far from that it isn't funny! Made for a really hot story with deep romance.

I didn't like that the human heroine had to delay her orgasm because the alien Hero took so long to come himself. Why couldn't she have multiple? I got burned out by the super long "training" that by the time the two got to the big deed, I found it to be anticlimactic. I didn't care for the second alien male training the heroine because the Hero could not control himself.

I enjoyed reading this book, it has a good storyline. There is action, intrigue, and adventure, the chemistry and interaction between the characters of is wonderful. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC to read and I voluntarily leave this review.

The book was well written. I guess I just expected more story to go with the tons of sex. If that's what you're looking for, then this might work for you. Although, it's kind of way out of the norm.
