JoJo carga con una gran deuda con su tía, lo que la obliga a trabajar mucho e intentar no incomodar a su prima para poder vivir en paz. Aun así, busca el cariño de esa persona especial que le da esperanza.

En este tomo, JoJo y Sun-Oh comienzan una relación… aunque, sinceramente, no termina de convencerme. Aquí también se revelan importantes secretos sobre JoJo y lo que sucedió en la isla de Jeju.

Paralelamente, vemos más sobre la relación de Sun-Oh y su mejor amigo, marcada por tensiones y sentimientos no resueltos. Y una vez más, se aborda un tema controversial: el acoso, y el hecho de que no podemos controlar a quién le hace sonar nuestro Love Alarm. Porque, al final, no se puede elegir de quién nos enamoramos.

Things are progressing in the main character's relationship. But the girl's cousin is jealous and doing her best to ruin things. Meanwhile the love alarm app is outing some gay students (or they are using it to out themselves, perhaps) leading to bullying and questions among teachers on how to stop it. It's interesting to see how the author is handling these sort of sensitive issues, which are issues in real life even without a magical dating app.

These volumes are quite short. We learn a bit more about Jojo’s backstory and Sun-ho’s. Their relationship is interesting and I wonder how the show is.
