I cringed every time she said "daddy"

Extremely awful. Not realistic for men brought up in the Bratva and women who act that way they did as virgins. After a few days the virgins are ready to go on a mission. And everyone is head over heels in love. Really?? Yeah right.

Nonsensical
The book went in circles for almost 2/3 with the usual trope of “I’m not good enough for her”. This is supposed to be a standalone but we didn’t get a recap of what exactly happened and how they met.
There was no physical description of either of them so we couldn’t really visualize them. At the end, what was the point of Maxim going, given that he didn’t participate in the take down. It also made no sense to injure Sebastian and not kill him. If he was already trying to get one over Luka before, now it will be even worse. He will be enraged to have been injured like that. They basically put a target on their backs. Ridiculous.

Luka saved Maya from a virginity auction a few months ago. Now it is time for her to come home from recovery facility she was in. Luka can’t help how he feels about Maya but he can control if he acts on them or not. Maya is ready to move forward with her life. She would like for Luka to be involved in that but she isn’t sure if he likes her like that. Then when she finds out he does she must find a way to get him to act. Luka feels he isn’t fit to touch someone like Maya. She deserves more. She is so young compared to him and so innocent. Can he allow himself to have her. Denying her is taking away yet another of her choices but can he do it. I really enjoyed this book. I look forward to reading the book about Maya older sister and Luka’s brother. Great job Reina.

Quick and Smutty
Miss Richards described her book as a quick, smutty read. It was certainly that but it also had an underlying sweetness about it. The hero had not had sex in about 15 years so he was almost a virgin....He thought perhaps it was asexual but he really just had not found HIS person
Maya was really a virgin but had been kidnapped and was almost sold into sexual slavery.
In any event, she did not seem very virginal....in fact she was more demanding than Luka😁
I have not read the story of Maxim and Ava but I look forward to reading about Bruce.

Luca and Maya had an interesting story to say t he least. he with the help of his best friend , saves Maya from a sex trafficking ring. Maya is having some trouble adjusting to life on the outside and her feeling for the sexy casino owner. I liked this book. it was hot and steamy and Luca was all Alpha.

I love how this story started off with a slow burn and just incinerated the pages. Luka and Maya's love story is full of passion, action , suspense, thrills and enough bone melting sex to make this unforgettable love story an instant favorite. Highly recommend.

Copy paste???
Okay the plot had so much potential. I do not card for the "Dzddy" play at all. What really bothered me was how similar every thing down to the sex scenes, was to Ava's story.
