And I have a new favourite!! Who wouldn't love MacLicky!! He is extremely adorable with a heart of gold!!
Did I say that Wolf Killer was the shortest book in this series? Nope! This book is! At 171 pages short. It was therefore a very short read. Short and sweet!
In Wolf Pack I gumbled mightily that the fate of Bruno Catalano was left up to the readers to fill in the blank. I am happy to say that, that question has been answered in this book! Kudos to the series!! A slight plot mis-alignment there, but it can be forgiven.
Still a violent read, not recommended for young readers.

Story has become trite
I still read on because I'm a completionist. It was harder to get through the grammatical errors and typos a novice editor could have helped. While this works for the whole "death faced Chuck Norris and lost" mentality, it is starting to take the story and make it boring. The fast action is now as impressive as watching my old pug snore. 3 more books to go. What's next? Brenner kills God and the devil then takes on all alien oncoming monsters. Damon my need to finish things.

The end of this battle
Still not sure how I feel about this series but something keeps me reading.I love ded and the old man.but there is something about ded that makes me think he is thickal it's clear he cares for shadow and her him but I'm always wondering and when he is checking out pretty women? Maybe that is just the male writer but it comes across cold.

I DNF'ed at 64%.
Short version: If you like the sound of a werewolf drifting from small town to small town, fighting for the weak and punishing the bad guys, definitely read books 1-4. After that it's basically a different series.
When the series fit the description of being like the high plains drifter's of old it was really good and fun. But as the scope and scale has increased it's become less so. Brenner has become the definition of insanity - trying the same thing again and again expecting a different result - which worked as a lone wolf (pun intended) but not at this point. The story beats are kind of the same pattern as well, especially the combat sections.
I'll likely come back to finish at a later date, but for now I'm parting ways.

Absolutely FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC 😁
If you Love a series that will keep you turning pages long into the night unable to put it down, then start with book one 😃. I've become addicted to this series and despite trying to read something different in between, I end up reaching for the next book in this series 😊. Thanks again Craig, I'm truly hooked on your story and can't wait to read the next one 🤓.

Great Read, Great Series
Ded Brenner Is uniting the shifter clans and gathering a strike force to go against the vampires. Suki continues to try to get Solomon away from the mind control of the boss Vampire. Brenner continues to try to invoke his Dark Angel form. I like the action and humor. I look forward to the next book.

What A Ending
Brenner is challenged to take out the vampires. To do it he has to unite the were clans. He also wants to protect those close to him. This book was action packed, and a great read!

On so good
I really love this series each book just keeps getting better than the one before, I would highly e if you love a fast paced rollercoaster of a ride story this is the book /series for you.

Well here is my final stop in this wagon, I loved what the author did with the werewolf’s here, is interesting the paranormal world he is building as well, but the story suffers a lot from plot holes, to inconsistency. The character although fun at times lack any decisive depth to them, the author is more focused in shocking and awe the reader that actually telling a story. It could definitely be better.

Good series, liked the ending
Good action flow. Loved the great weapon! So cuddly 😁 and sweet, bark. Great wolf learned alot about friends and working together.
