I really enjoyed the first part of this book that relates to the Health & Wellness industry and how it has been affected by Covid as well as predictions by Rick on the future trajectory of the industry.

The rest of the book was mostly irrelevant to me due to the stage I am at in my own business.

However, if you haven't started your health and wellness business journey yet then I would definitely recommend this book as there is a lot of advice that would be relevant to anyone wanting to start a health and wellness business.

A helpful read for anyone considering starting or purchasing a wellness businesses, or for those (like myself) who have run a healthy wellness business for years and want to better understand the outlook for the industry as a whole. Published in January 2021, this book is written for the post-Covid era with insights on what the recovery could look like (author says expect a huge boom) and how the landscape may be forever changed. There are practical exercises and journaling prompts. The author also includes lessons from his own struggles in building and scaling a wellness business. Quick read with lots of relevant information.
