I liked the idea of making the habit part of your identity, such as "I am a fit person" instead of "I want to lose weight." There were other helpful tips, such as using a visual aid, having an accountability partner, and making it flow with your daily routine. However, I have tried many of these strategies with limited success so I didn't feel like the book offered any mind blowing new information or recommendations.

Thank you!!

A very well written primer on building good habits. There are a few grammatical errors and that's why the four stars. For all those starved of time, this is perfect.
