Great book about wholesaling. The author explain in details about the process of wholesaling, how to find deals, what to do with them, how to negotiate it and how to find buyers and much more! To be a good wholesaler is more then just find a property and a buyer for it, the author explain how to do it right and how you can build a profitable and scalable business from it.
