Seraphina Nova Glass is a two-time EDGAR AWARD nominated author. Hew novel, On A Quiet Street, was a New York Times Summer Read, a #1 Amazon Bestseller, and Editor’s Pick. It was also featured in the Boston Globe and Bustle.
Publisher’s Weekly has named her “a writer to watch.” She’s also an award-winning playwright and holds an MFA degree in Dramatic Writing from Smith College, and a second MFA in Directing from the University of Idaho in Directing (theatre.)
She is a proud dog mom to Boston Terrier Spaghetti, and loves to travel the world with her husband, Mark. She resides in Dallas, TX.
Self-help guru, Faith Finley, has suffered a lot of personal trauma in her life. Fortunately, she has been able to spin those negative events into positive outlets; using them for a greater good.
Those horrifying first-hand experiences help her to relate more easily with the individuals she counsels and to make her advice more credible.
Just when her career is starting to take off, with a successful book published and regular radio and television spots, a sex scandal hits the news waves and her reputation is instantly shattered.
A past patient has come forward and made some pretty damning allegations against her. Since her main area of interest is abusive or toxic relationships, this patient's claim seems particularly ironic.
She can't believe it. She had such a good relationship with him. Why would he do this to her?
Faith doesn't take the scrutiny well, relying on pills and drink to get her through.
Her loving husband, Liam, claims to believe her, but before too long, their relationship is feeling strained as well.
After a mysterious accident, Liam disappears. Faith is desperate to find him, or at least find out what happened to him.
Is it a case of a man fleeing an unhappy marriage or did something more sinister happen? When Faith ends up a suspect in his disappearance, she becomes even more determined to find out the truth.
With her own mental health spiraling, it's hard to determine how much Faith actually knows.
Y'all know, I love a unreliable narrator and Faith Finley fits that description to a T. In addition to the fantastic use of an unreliable narrator trope, you also have Faith working a bit as an amateur sleuth in order to determine what happened to Liam.
Having two of my favorite tropes, it is no surprise that I really enjoyed Someone's Listening.
I found it easy to become completely immersed within the story. Faith has a lot of flaws, but I think they are flaws that many readers will be able to relate to.
She's not claiming to be perfect and I think after everything she has gone through, you can't help but root for her to finally get some peace.
There are so many twists and turns and exciting leads that Faith follows during her investigation. Red herrings are plentiful and really well executed, in my opinion.
The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that, for some reason, I thought there was going to be a radio show involved in the story and there's not.
Admittedly, that's my own fault, but I just wish we could have got a little more of her in action in her career, but that isn't a part of it at all.
Overall, I think this is a fun, fast Domestic Suspense novel that a lot of Readers will enjoy!
Thank you so much to the publisher, Graydon House, for providing me with a copy of this to read and review, and for including me in the Blog Tour for the book release.
I definitely hope to read more from Seraphina Nova Glass in the future!
Dr. Faith Finley is a loving wife, a psychologist, host of a popular radio show and author of a bestselling self-help novel. Her life is thrown upside down when one of her teenage patients publicly accuses her of having a sexual relationship with him. Faith’s husband, Liam, supports Faith throughout her public demise until he goes missing from the scene of a car crash where Faith was driving.
If you enjoy snarky, sarcastic inner thoughts and dialogue, you will LOVE Dr. Faith Finley! I adored her character and found her inner snark so extremely entertaining and hilarious. I was giggling to myself at several points throughout this story. The entire novel unfolds through her perspective so connecting with her is a must in order to enjoy this book.
The writing was excellent! The pace was perfect and the plot flowed seamlessly between a Now and Then timeline in the first portion of the novel. I felt for Faith but also had my suspicions about her and didn’t know who to trust. I had my suspicions about who the culprit was but that was only because I suspected pretty much every character at one point or another. My curiosity was piqued from the first to last page and I enjoyed every twist this story held. A fantastic page-turner that I highly recommend!
Thank you to NetGalley for my review copy! This was a Traveling Sister read with Brenda.
I enjoyed the character of Dr. Faith Finley. She has a lot going for her. After all she is a talented psychologist, hosts a popular radio program and is a best selling author. It is all about to go down the drain when a client, Will, accuses her of inappropriate behavior.
Faith is also self destructive, painfully so at that. She is dependent on anxiety easing drugs and numbs herself with alcohol way too much. Yes, that trope again. I liked her sense of humor though and she did make me laugh out loud more than once giving the story a lift.
Although it doesn't offer anything new, a little suspense and plenty of red herrings along with some chuckles made it an entertaining listen, not sure if I'd have enjoyed reading as much.
Someone's Listening had some bright, shining moments...and some which were not-so-great. It's a solid 3.5 star read.
Let's start with the positive:
-The story was compelling. I was always excited to pick this one up and read. -The red herrings were very well done. I 'kind of' thought I knew who the antagonist was, then changed my mind, finally realizing my first guess was right all along. Still, it's great that I was so conflicted...definitely subterfuge done right.
As for the negatives...
-I wasn't a fan of Faith. In no way did she behave like a professional psychologist. She was sneaky, crass, a raging alcoholic pill-popper, and not at all likable. Although I'm sure many of her choices could be chalked up to grief, I was so sick of her counting to four over and over again (as a calming technique). She came across as a self-indulged, self-pitying narcissist. It got old quickly. -There was at least one unfinished story line...an explanation was never given that I saw.
Final thoughts:
-I recommend this book for the red herrings alone...they really were on point.

**Huge thanks to Edelweiss and the publisher for my review copy.
Dr. Faith Finley has achieved the level of success she’s always dreamed of. Not only does she host a radio spot dispensing advice, she’s also penned a self-help novel, all but guaranteed to launch her career even further.
So what happens when a former client accuses her of the unthinkable? Will all she’s accomplished go down in flames? Who’s willing to chance standing by her side? Her publisher? The radio station bigwigs? How about her husband?
Not enough problems for poor Dr. Finley? Okay, maybe just one more little issue to deal with… her husband has suddenly vanished.
This was a very clever, well developed thriller that held me right to the end. Filled with lots of surprises and twists, this book will keep you on your toes!
Looking forward to more from this author.
Thank you to NetGalley and Harlequin Trade Publishing - Graydon House.
Well, that took me twice as long as it usually takes me to read a book! 🤦🏻♀️
I was curious enough to want to finish, and learn the answers, but the pace was SLOW and the writing just wasn’t keeping me engaged. I was easily distracted by anything and everything else going on around me!
PING! Better check that email! 👩🏻💻 Barking dog-better see what is going on out there? 🐶

Faith Finley is a happily married woman with a flourishing private practice as a psychologist, a popular call in radio show-Someone’s Listening, with Dr. Faith Finley, and a new book deal.
She is planning her book signing event, with her husband, Liam when her whole World comes crashing down.
An underage patient has accused her of inappropriate sexual conduct.
Then, she and Liam are involved in an accident on the way home from the event and he has gone missing.
The police don’t believe that he was in the car with her. In fact, in light of recent events, she lacks any credibility.
Then the notes arrive, ripped from the pages of her own book, “Starting Over After Abuse” with advice for her... Secure your new home Consider new window and door locks and an alarm system Stay off social networking websites
Suggesting that perhaps Liam was only the first Victim and she is next?
So, HOW did such an intriguing premise become a bit of a MISS with me?
For starters, Faith spent too much time drowning her sorrows in alcohol- That is when she wasn’t blatantly ignoring all the advice given to her so she could play amateur detective.
I didn’t feel FEAR.
And, somehow, despite all that she lost, I didn’t like her or feel sympathetic towards her.
I felt COLD toward her and her plight.
So, while not a BAD book, it is not one that I will be suggesting to all of my friends, either.
I have been having a tough time with thrillers lately and have lost my groove with them. Well, Seraphina Nova Glass had me grooving to the pace here with this entertaining story.
The mystery here is suspenseful and interesting with well-developed characters. The story is layered with well done red herrings, twists and turns that that kept me on my toes going back and forth with who I shouldn't be trusting. I had my eye on a few characters here and suspected most of them.
I had mixed feelings here with our main character Faith, and at times I found her entertaining with her snarky inner voice, and at other times, I found her a bit annoying. I liked her, and I disliked her, and at times, I questioned her actions. I like her vulnerable side, but not so much her flaws. Her pill-popping and drinking weighed on me at times, and I wish we would have been shown more there rather than told every time she popped one.
Some things I saw coming and some things took me by surprise. What I didn't see coming were well layered and paced. Things get tense, and that final climax had me gripping my kindle and clicking the pages as fast as I could. I like how everything wrapped up, and I was left satisfied after finishing this one! I recommend it!
I received a copy from the publisher on NetGalley for a blog tour.
I had a lot of fun reading it, but I was so impressed by a quiet street that this didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The suspense is there, but I care less about the characters than in the book I mentioned. The twists were good though and there was a lot of suspects which made it interesting. And I loved how the main character got out of a dangerous situation. That girl had some strength! Overall I’m satisfied, but it won’t stick in my mind like glue.
Someone’s Listening by Seraphina Nova Glass is a thriller read. The story in this thriller is one that is told by alternating the timelines between a now and then with the chapters marked as to which timeline.
At one point in her life Faith Finley really thought that she had it all. Faith was a successful psychologist that had become a bestselling author and was hosting her own radio program and was happily married. Faith’s husband, Liam Finley, was a food critic and the perfect man for her.
One night however things went completely wrong for Faith when she was involved in an automobile accident. Faith had been driving and wakes in the hospital wondering about her husband. However, Faith is told that she was alone in the car. As time goes by Liam is still missing and the police have had no luck. But then the notes begin to arrive for Faith.
In my opinion Someone’s Listening by Seraphina Nova Glass was an engaging thriller with a decent pace to it. The main character, Faith, of course is the unreliable narrator type and I found her to be not necessarily likable but not unlikable either. The story in this one though was compelling to follow and I couldn’t wait to figure out how the husband ended up disappearing or whether he was really in the car or not. When finished I would definitely read this author again in the future.
I received an advance copy from the publisher via NetGalley.
When you’ve been dedicated to helping people, what happens when you need help? Check out Seraphina Nova Glass' new thriller, Someone's Listening, for perspectives on that question.
Faith Finley is a psychologist who has helped many patients, and now she’s translated that success into books and a popular radio show, “Someone’s Listening.” She’s happily married to Liam, a renowned food writer and restaurant critic, and life is good.
And then one night, everything falls apart. (Doesn't it always?) Suddenly Liam is missing and the police are convinced that Faith knows something, despite all she says. Would he just walk away from their lives, or did someone hurt him? Faith is determined to find the truth even if no one believes her innocence.
Yet as she tries to figure things out, she starts suspecting everyone, and wonders if Liam was hiding something from her. And when someone starts anonymously sending Faith excerpts from her book—pages talking about how to escape your abuser—she realizes that every step she takes toward the truth puts her in more danger. And whom should she trust?
This was a quick read, full of action and drama, and it definitely kept me wondering what was going to happen. I suspect everyone in thrillers so I ultimately wasn’t surprised by the way things tied up, but I wasn’t disappointed. (Literally, a character appears in the book and I'm thinking, "Okay, did you do it?") There definitely were some twists, though!
I’m grateful to be part of the blog tour for this book. NetGalley and Graydon House provided me an advance copy of the book in exchange for an unbiased review. Thanks for making it available!!
This book ticks off lots of items on the thriller checklist:
Unreliable narrator, preferably drunk or drug addled or both Missing spouse who may be missing of his own volition Police who don’t believe the substance abusing spouse Seriously impaired main character who does very dumb things Hinky accusations from other unreliable characters Family dysfunction, alienation and abuse Next door neighbor with a single white female vibe
Not necessarily formulaic, but not really adding anything new to the genre. And I found it rather dull for almost the first half, lots of exposition (and lots of Klonopin). I am giving it three stars, however, because the red herrings were plentiful.
Others have loved and been wowed, it’s likely that I’ve become disenchanted with this genre and I need to move on.
I heard one of the women complain about her kids, and then say something like “but what is a home without children?” And uninvited, I answered, “quiet.”
He made a joke about how people with toddlers refer to them in months, and stated that if they’re over a year old, you can just say “a year,” not fifteen months. They’re not aged cheese.
I think of the Barbie graveyard we had in the garden where we’d buried fourteen Barbie dolls, in all, after Biff Larson’s dog next door chewed up their heads. Each doll had its own name and gravestone, and each had a proper funeral with personalized eulogies.
But it’s all the postmortem depression, that’s what the doctors say. Well, not a doctor, but her cousin Angie who want to be a nurse. It’s real shit though. I looked it up. After chicks have babies and stuff.
My Review:
I struggled with this one and waffled in how to rate this perplexing and engrossing tale. I marveled at the clever plot, the sustained and steadily ratcheting level of tension, the intrigue, peril, twists and turns, witty snark, and unexpectedly amusing observations. But damn, I had trouble even halfway liking the main character of Faith. I felt so badly for her struggle, but I wasn’t drawn to Faith as I found her to be annoyingly self-involved and making extremely poor decisions and idiotically abusing substances, all of which didn’t jive with her training and experience as a popular and highly successful psychologist.
Faith was impulsive, causing calamity, and making a mess of everything she touched. I surprised she didn’t have alcohol poisoning with the vast amounts she was tossing down. I had nearly lost all patience with her once she had begun spiraling out of control and losing touch with reality, but the compounding and confounding intrigue were just too good to give up. I was hopelessly ensnared, on the hook, deeply invested, and grinding my teeth for fear parts of this elaborate and multi-layered mystery would never be solved.
It was ingeniously clever, maddeningly paced, and tantalized me with misdirections, red herrings, and false assumptions. Everyone seemed to be suspect at one time or another and I would never have come up with this ending. Sigh, I’ll need a spa day, a crate of Moscato, and a stack of rom/coms to recover from this one. Seraphina Nova Glass (love that name) is a wily minx.
3.5 stars Solidly good, fast-paced psychological thriller. Keeps you guessing until the end, and even if you figure out who the "bad guy" is, knowing the reasons and motive behind it all will definitely be a surprise. I wasn't a big fan of Faith, I thought that she self-medicated way too much for my comfort, it got a little old to read about the drugs and the drinking and the drugs...etc. You'd think if your life was as messed up as hers and you needed to try to prove your innocence you'd try to hold it together a bit better. She doesn't even try. Overall though, there are suspects galore and red herrings galore, so the way the author puts the puzzle together for the reader is creative and intriguing. Good choice for a suspense novel for the summer.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book, all opinions are my own.
This is a hard one to review. While I enjoyed the mystery (what happened to Liam, who was sending threatening messages to Faith), I really didn’t like Faith as a character. Between her constant disregard for safety and listening to the police and her lawyer’s advice, how she acted with Carter and that situation, and her excessive drinking and self-medicating (especially as a therapist), I wanted to shake her and tell her to make better choices. However, I did go back and forth between who could be behind it all and that was a lot of fun.
I received an advanced copy through Netgalley in return for an honest review.
Someone's Listening by Seraphina Nova Glass was a twisted and mind-boggling read, which featured a complex cast of characters and had me guessing throughout most of the story.
This was my first experience with the author, and I have to say she impressed me.
The story introduces Faith, a happily married psychologist, author and radio host. However, beneath all the success lingers remnants of an abusive childhood. All appears to be going well until she’s accused of an unspeakable crime; from that moment her life began spiralling out of control. Her husband went missing under mysterious circumstances. Her friends abandoned her, and she has resorted to drinking and self-medication. The police refused to listen to her concerns regarding her missing husband. Besides, why would they believe the utterances of drunken and drugged up woman. Then she began receiving notes taken from directly from the book she authored. Does this have anything to do with her husband’s disappearance? She takes it upon herself, despite numerous warnings from her lawyer and the police, to to investigate who was behind the notes and to determine if and how they tie in with her husband’s disappearance.
Faith proved to be the most unreliable character. I could not trust her judgement because of her love affair with alcohol and drugs. Even with the mysterious notes, I still wasn’t sure if I could trust her. The fact the story was told solely from her POV added to the complexities of uncovering the truth.
I found the secondary characters, who aided in driving this intense story interesting. I could consider all of them except for the police suspects. I didn’t know whom to trust.
I found the story to be well written. It had me turning the pages. I needed to know the outcome. I thought I knew the route the story would take, but I was sorely mistaken. It wasn’t until near the end I had it all figured out. Wow! Talk about shocking, I never saw it coming until it was too late.
Whoa!! Talk about a sleight of the hand, and it is author Seraphina Nova Glass who came to my forebrain. The subtle clues and blind alleys all spoke of a socked mind which could think of such a plot.
A psychologist with a best seller book on how to escape the predator, Faith soon found her life turned upside down. A wrongful charge, missing husband, suspicious cops, and threatening notes tightened the noose around her neck. A race against time to save herself, she had to find the starting point which was the end too.
My first book by this talented author, I loved being led down a merry path. The writing turned darker with each chapter, suspense coating the words. Faith was absolutely unreliable, I couldn't trust her. How would the cops?
I did don my Detective's hat to get to the perp who was playing games, but Ms. Glass played me well. I was left dithering over my choices, then realized the best way to be right was to suspect everyone.
I love it when the plotlines and red herrings keep me stuck to my kindle despite a narcissistic heroine. Certain subplots could have been polished more. But that didn't distract me much from the story.
Complexed nuances of other characters were etched well with their secrets hidden. The story read fast in the latter half where the suspense was at a high cusp. Wanting to know the identity of the perp kept me glued to my kindle.
Overall an entertaining read, I enjoyed it before my afternoon siesta. Off to bed, now.
3 1/4 Stars This is a fast paced, suspenseful debut by Seraphina Nova Glass. The clever plot is engrossing and definitely hooks you from page one. Despite being filled with intriguing twists and turns and numerous red herrings, I grappled with how to rate this. Was it an exciting read? Yes. Did it have you question the motive of every single character as a suspect? Yes. The story switches between Then and Now, both involving the main protagonist, who is a Psychologist, best selling author and radio personality. One moment she’s on top of the world, the next, everything comes tumbling down, fast and furiously, domino after domino. It was hard not to root for the main character, how could you not? But her implausible actions and decisions, even in crisis mode, did not seem fitting for someone with her intellect and training as a Psychologist. My other main issue with the book was the tremendous misuse of mixing prescription drugs, in this case Klonopin, and combining it with obscene, excessive amounts of alcohol. In fact Klonopin was mentioned so often, it could have had its own chapter! I understand this was a very frightening time, that just got more intense with each page...but I really thought she might just die of an overdose before any one of the suspects got to her! With all that being said, I’m impressed with Someone’s Listening as a debut novel, and will definitely look forward to reading other books by Seraphina Nova Glass.
I was a big fan of Seraphina Nova Glass' 2022 release, On a Quiet Street, but unfortunately Someone's Listening didn't live up to my expectations. It has your typical "unreliable female narrator with a substance abuse problem" trope, which wasn't horrible, but I'm kind of sick of reading virtually the same thriller over and over again. In classic SNG fashion, the writing was great, but the book moved way too slowly and I was anticipating more tension-building. The plot was a bit lackluster and felt a bit all over the place for me.
I did love the last 25%, but I feel like the plot didn't actually go anywhere until 50% of the way in. This book needed a lot of editing.
Despite a horrifying childhood, Faith Finley is a successful author, psychologist and host of a popular radio program. What is more Faith is a happy wife. However, one night after returning home from a book signing, she wakes up after being in a car wreck. Not only does she not know how long she was unconscious, she cannot find her husband Liam. One moment she was on an icy road. The next she wakes up in a hospital. Still no Liam. What's more, no one believes that he was in the car with her. Something is dreadfully wrong.
Time passes. A lot of time. Again, still no Liam. Gone without a trace. No one, especially the police, will listen to Faith's concerns. Amidst Faith's fear and worries, she begins receiving notes. These notes actually come out of the book she had written, ones that begin to appear like threats. Faith is determined to tie these notes to Liam's disappearance, but must act quickly because her very life is soon to be on the line.
As this book continues, Faith becomes more and more like an unreliable narrator. She self-medicates to deal with the pain of her past and I couldn't help but wonder if I was siding with the police when it came to the fact that they did not believe her. Was Faith hiding something, and was her use of medication and alcohol a way to keep secrets buried? But then the threatening notes coming into play further complicated things. Yes, this book takes the reader on a wild ride of truth and lies.
Someone's Listening is a well-written book that was impossible to put down. It was a one-sitting read for me as the story hit the ground running, had some wicked twists and turns which kept me guessing from the very start and managed to leave me reeling after a jaw-dropping conclusion.
Many thanks to Graydon House and to NetGalley for this ARC for review. This is my honest opinion.
Welllllll, I really wanted to like this one but this wasn't the right read for me. However, there are a ton of amazing reviews for this so definitely go take a look at those. I seem to definitely be in the minority on this one. Now let me explain why.
As someone who reads a ton of thrillers, I think I may just be over the woman who is grieving her husband's disappearance, then drinks a lot and takes pills and everyone is a suspect and then the reveal comes and by the time that happens, my interest is pretty much gone. Faith isn't an easy character to like and despite her profession, makes a slew of rash and terrible decisions to try and clear her from the suspect pool. There were also a couple of loose ends that I would've liked answers to and felt the pacing was a just a bit too slow for my particular taste.
I do appreciate the concept of this read. Faith's history into why she went into her business. The spiral downward as things escalate as the villain is driving her a bit crazy. Being in the public eye which makes things even harder when dealing with personal issues (but also increasingly frustrating to see the actions she was taking because of this as well).
I don't know, readers. This isn't a bad thriller by any means and may be better suited for those who don't read a ton of thrillers that are similar. Take a read and then let's discuss as I'd love to talk about this and see different perspectives.
Someone’s Listening is a suspenseful and twisty story with a very enticing beginning. I was hooked from the very first page, though somewhere in the middle I started to lose my interest, and the main protagonist was turning into a less than likable character. However, the author quickly redeemed herself with a fast-paced, edge of my seat ending, and even though I quickly figured out who the perpetrator was, there were few moments where I doubted myself.
In the end, Someone’s Listening is a solid 4 stars suspense/thriller book, and I recommend it to anyone that enjoys this kind of stories.
Thank you NetGalley, Graydon House and the author for providing me with an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion
I didn't really care for the MC Faith, she just kept doing stupid sh*t! I was totally down for how complex all the other characters were and how much shade was thrown around though. Everyone had secrets and it made the book addictive. Thanks goes to NetGalley & HARLEQUIN – Trade Publishing for my DRC.
Finally successful and happy, but then Faith’s life fell apart.
One of her teenage clients accused her of sexual assault, her husband disappears, but then is found dead with a gunshot to the head.
She knows she is a suspect because she was the last one to see him alive.
But...what about all the things Liam did like taking out a large sum of cash, taking his passport, and leaving a cryptic email that was to go to no one in particular but could have been for any number of people.
Many things happen that have Faith questioning what really happened and how it happened.
Then one day Faith opened her mailbox and found something unexpected - actually shocking. It was a page torn out of the book she wrote giving advice about safety.
These pages keep showing up in random places. Just what is going on?
The only good thing is that the things that are happening should take the focus off of Faith as a suspect in her husband’s death.
SOMEONE'S LISTENING is filled with twists and pretty much unlikable characters that have bad habits.
You will be confused about everything happening just like the main character, but that is what makes SOMEONE'S LISTENING a good read.
The book has a slow buildup, but an edge-of-your-seat ending as it all comes together and the stalker/murderer gets his plan to completion. 4/5
This book was given to me by the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
Faith Finley is a psychologist with a flourishing career, the author of a bestselling book on how to leave your abusive partner and the host of a popular local radio program called Someone's Listening with Dr. Faith Finley. She's married to her perfect man, Liam Finley, a respected food critic. Faith and Liam are involved in a car accident following which he disappears without a trace.
Although I liked the book it didn't grip me as much as I thought it would. A little too much introspection for my liking and I was beginning to wonder how Faith managed to function day-to-day with all her pill popping and drinking. The writing was solid and the story itself was good but I found it slow going. 3.5 Stars rounded down.
I think this is the author's debut novel, purchased by me back in 2020, probably from The Book Depository.
I was definitely hooked throughout, listening as I winterized the yard. It made the entire time, not even seem like a chore. I enjoyed the story, while predictable and done before, it was still decent.
"The thing is, how can I blame the world for believing him? We need to believe victims."

Faith seems to have it all. She is a psychologist with a great career, a best selling author and hosts a radio program, Someone's Listening. Her husband, Liam is a food critic. Then one night everything goes wrong and her life is shattered. Faith and Liam are driving back from a book party and get into an accident. Faith wakes up and asks about her husband. The police say he wasn't with her. She says yes he was. Where is he? She is not believed and Liam is missing. Then she starts getting notes that are things from her book. I have never read anything by this author before but I am looking forward to more of her books. Thank you to NetGalley and Harlequin for the ARC to review.
Not my favorite book. I didn't like the characters at all. And, not sure if I'm having an off day, but I was listening to this and fell asleep twice! I had to rewind it both times and then, it's a good thing I had a copy of the book too because I had to reread parts because I just wasn't comprehending anything.
This book was recommended to me and I'm not sure if I'll read anything else by this author.
