The title and the description of the book tricked me; although the subject is interesting, this is just a collection of potential exercises to be executed by somebody. Ok, fine, thanks you. When you mention that you use case studies, maybe it is worthwhile to show the results of some of these to better understand the potential (or average) outcome or how in real situation not having the complete picture made things more completed. The theoretical part of this book is extremely weak: actually, you can summarize it in one sentence: during crisis situations, watch out that the social (the whole spectrum) background of the effected people since it matters a lot. It does not get deeper than this. Pity
