The elite leader of an Evil organization that wants to destroy humanity..seems to get a lot of days off.
On those days he obsesses about all things Panda's..even meat buns shaped as Panda's.
It's a basically one joke manga that's pretty cute

Oh, this got better actually ah. No more repetitive openings but with all the slice-of-life goodness. I'm actually so glad I discovered this because it's so heart-warming and low stakes.

The General rejecting Rooney's call on his phone over and over on his off day is so me but on all days. (But when he picked it up and had his video turned off 💀)

Only the General can be a villain but also be considerate and have a soft spot for basically everyone, it's amazing. His year-end cleaning was so relatable with him taking breaks to watch panda videos LOL. Him having a hard time eating panda shaped food ajdlsd. Him counting pandas because he couldn't sleep. That chapter with him trying to talk to a cat! Trigger, his colleague, seeing a new side of him and having a hard time hating him, heh. And how he was so proud buying panda stuffed toys (as he should be, TBH).

Oh and that cherry blossom chapter had me 🥹 So much good stuff in this volume!

Plus, the gradual reveals of more Rangers have me very curious. I loved Pink's personality, though and definitely want her to feature more ee.

Mr. Villain continues to act like a hero instead. I adore this so much. There's a little side story in this volume that made me emotional. Such a cute manga! I'm looking forward to the next volume!

Die Serie ist und bleibt einfach süß und witzig. Ich liebe Mr. Villain eiinfach.
In Band 2 kommt auch (endlich?) Trigger vor :D die beiden Generale der Bösen sind einfach nur zu geil. Es ist auch wieder super süß (und hot) gezeichnet, nur der Band 2 ist ein klein wenig dünn ... ich weiß nicht, ob Band 1 genauso dünn war. Naja..

Aber ja, für jeden der hübsche Kerle mag, Pandas, sehr einfacher süßer Humor.

"A treat.... I've been stuck in a negative thought spiral this whole time. I've never considered treating myself... maybe it is a good thing to give myself a treat for a hard day's work, even if I didn't manage to get everything done."

I love how much this volume focuses on helping others just because. We see so many situations where The General helps people out, and he doesn't necessarily get anything in return, but it's just a nice thing to do. I think it's refreshing that The General doesn't get overly rewarded or praised for being such a good, kind person -- he just is that way all of his own merit and character. That feels really real to me and so nice, and makes him such a perfectly lovable protagonist.

There's a whole bunch of amazing new characters who get introduced in this volume and they all really speak to me! I love the cherry blossom kids so much, they're so adorable. I think that they're a concept that is extremely unique to this series, even though I've seen cherry blossom fairies be touched on in other manga, never to this kind of extent. We also meet a worn-out salaryman who I hope will have more appearances if I'm lucky!! It's important to work hard and treat yourself even if your job has nothing to do with the fate of the world.

I also love, love, love Rooney from the Evil League and Pink from the Rangers so very much. Rooney has this really great design with under-eye bags and a long scarf, and he just is so moe-looking, I adore him. And Pink is one of those characters who you just absolutely adore from the bottom of your heart right away, because she would rather be a magical girl than a Power Ranger. I really love her love for cuteness and her dream of being acknowledged as a cute magical girl. You can't help but support her and cheer for her!!

We also meet Trigger from the Evil League who is more gobsmacked by The General's gap moe than charmed by it, which is hilarious. I'm looking forward to seeing more Evil League folks!

I'm kind of deciding if I want to continue buying this series (I only own volume 1 at time of writing and am reading the rest from the library) because it's just so cozy and has infinite reread value, in my opinion. The warm fuzzies are off the charts, truly!

This volume was even cuter than the first!! Absolutely loved it!

The chapters with the sakura tree did leave me feeling a little bit melancholy but they weren't bad! Just not my favorite compared to the other chapters is all. Some of my favorite moments are the ones with the cat, when the lights go off, the panda steam buns, and the beach scene. Granted, I loved all of this volume, but those moments I think were the highlight!

THE PINK RANGER!!

I LOVED HER!!

Oh my goodness I hope we see more of her because she is amazing and admire and love her wish so much!!

Since Christmas is almost here, I also liked the one Christmas chapter and thought it was very heart-warming! <3

Overall, another great volume, and can't wait until the next one!

Sigo enamorada, pero fue menos épico que el primero, jsjsjsjs. Me encantó que aparecieran otros rangers, el azul y la rosa y son todos bonitos también.
Además, tenemos una pseudo pelea entre el Villano y Rojo que se acaba porque... ¡exacto! porque terminan en el zoológico en la persecución, jsjsjsjs. Estoy re enamorada, bye.

This is literally the power rangers from the pov of the evil aliens except the head evil alien just wants steamed buns and to relax on his days off. It’s so goofy and perfect. I love it so much.

Diese Reihe ist einfach sowas von witzig und süß zugleich.Hört sich zwar komisch an, wenn man bedenkt, dass es um Bösewichte geht, aber die Liebe des Generals zu Pandas und die kurzweiligen Geschichten, die damit und mit seinen freien Tagen einher gehen, sind einfach was für die Seele. Ich liebe die Dynamik zwischen ihm und den anderen Charakteren, und finde es teils auch echt ironisch-witzig, dass er in seiner Freizeit echt einige tolle Taten macht, wie zB mit den kleinen Kindern und den Baumgeistern. Wieder ein schöner Band, wir lernen auch mehr Ranger und andere Bösewichte kennen und die Pandaliebe bliebt groß. Kurzweilig und liebevoll, sodass mich das episodische nicht stört. Freue mich auf den nächsten Band.

Ahhh this was so adorable and heartwarming, and even a little sad at times too! Mr. Villain owns my heart, I love him so much! The stories were sweet, the pandas also melted my heart, and that scene where Mr. Villain talks to the cat had me laughing so much. I also really enjoyed seeing more of the Rangers, Red is still as comical as ever, Pink seems so kind and a softie, and I can't wait to see more of Blue- he's proably the logical one of the group. Also seeing more of the Evil League was humorous, especially reading their interactions with their boss and how different he is compared to when he has a day off.

Ugh, I'm loving this manga so much!

Second volume is even better than the first. It introduces new characters and gives new insights into Mr. Villain. The stories remain short, but all are cute and show that Mr. Villain isn’t as evil as he ought to be.
