Ester is a writer and publisher and lives in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, along with her husband, Jerry, two miniature horses, Pepper, and Bucky and a new puppy, Chewie. She has been writing sci-fi and paranormal adventure romances for over 30 years, writing on the edge of reality. She has four children's books out, "The Adventures of Charlie and Ellie," "Little Horses," "Across The Big Ocean," and "Affy & Milo." She recently finished book 6 in her Angel Chronicles Series, "Nephilim," and book 6 in The Vaedra Chronicles Series, "Vaedra Chronicles Companion II." This is a great book. Good story. The book was interesting, intriguing, suspenseful, a page turner. I couldn't put the book down.
I highly recommend the book and will read again.

**** SPOILER ALERT ****
In "The Quest" Lopez delivers a message of hope and faith. The author does another great job of world building. Lopez does fairly well with character development. Being visually handicapped myself, I have to say, the author dropped the ball in developing Mr. Flint's character, resorting to stereotypes of blindness and the blind. Had the author chosen to not rely on the "poor helpless blind person" stereotypes , the story would have been flawless. Despite that one flaw, the story is a good one that more people need to hear in today's oh-so-divisive world.
I strongly recommend this book.

This book is a super page turner. If I could give it a 10 I would. I love that Toby and Sara fall in love.
