Jaldabaoth's Plan Revealed
Sometimes with Ainz Ooal Gown originally being human and being idolized by his servants I forget how monstrous they can be and how easily he goes with their plans so long as his long term goals are met. With the the assaults upon the city not only are treasures gathered but so are various humans for experimentations at the Great Tomb of Nazarick. Still this just cements the fact that regardless of acting like a hero the world he finds himself in has truly made him a monster capable of who knows what potential evils. At least he is able to ask those that have not done him wrong o be put out of their miseries before being used as fodder for whatever awaits the others. Now with Demiurge's plan complete Ain's (Now in the role of the dark hero Momonga) receives the thanks of those who survived the demonic assault and takes his leave of the people to return to his home (though it is not where they think it is.)
With said story arc completed we see some of life in Nararick as Albedo discovers why her Bicorn is unable to be rode correctly, Lord Ainz offers his own thanks to those loyal to him before only just avoiding Albedo's amorous response, and a little bit of downtime as Ainz invites the floor guardians to a little soaking in the bath after all their hard work. So basically this volume had some action and a bit of humor now and then to break the serious moments before they can become too serious. To bad the humans don't get these moments. Especially considering the potentially dangerous side of the princess holding so much power even though she seems all to sweet. :)

To say I've been waiting for this release for an age would be an understatement, honestly it got to a point I thought it had stopped being published!
There still isn't anything new really as it's all been in the anime in some way or another but yet I still loved every minute of reading this volume, I really hope the next volume doesn't take as long as this one to be released!

The final climax of Nazarik's performance in E-rantel as Momon challenges Jaldabaoth. But of course, there's more to this than meets the eye and as the curtain closes, we see the true aim of the Tomb of Nazarik.

The Men in the Kingdom Arc
I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish in this arc, like it went nowhere. Aside from Sabas being a total badass and getting a wife. Honestly if that was it and nothing else happened I would have loved it and given it a solid 5 stars.
However that wasn't it we had some weedy kid who wanted to be a knight and was being manipulated by an evil queen, unbeknown to all. A group of killer assassins and the overlord team coming out of nowhere to come in and kill them for no reason at all. Then at the end play it as if they were the evil enemies from the beginning, I'm sorry what? It was just very incoherent throughout without much of a narrative, easily the weakest arc we've had so far.
