An useful book if you just want to get started and have an idea what your workshop should help you find out. The book is a practical guideline without any theory.

Love this is a "quick start" guide to design thinking. This is perfect if you want to jump in and don't want to get bogged down by too much theory. Useful, practical, well organized. Would recommend.
