They say fate is a real thing, but I never believed it until now.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I absolutely loved Falcon and Faith's story. I was really waiting for his story after Nora's book! I loved that Falcon was loyal and not the manwhore he was painted. He was so goof to Faith, If only he would take care of himself! I wanted to shake him at times! Faith was so strong. I loved that in her especially after what she has been through. Together they are explosive!! Great read!!

Falcon is the third book in Emma Nichole's Own the Skies series, and I believe to be the best one yet! It had everything I look for in a good romance book: a little drama, women who overcome and become stronger, a man who looks at a woman and knows that she makes him better, and most of all- I love something that is emotional.

Falcon is an MMA fighter who has been told that it is time for him to retire. To escape, he goes to visit his sister in Savannah, where he meets Faith. Faith suffered an assault a few years ago, and has done a good job to overcome that event. When these two meet, there is an instant attraction. They decide that they will spend the time Falcon is in Savannah to get to know each other, but they aren't ready to let go at the end.

I absolutely loved these characters! I could feel their struggle with the choices that they had to make- Falcon on whether he was ready to retire or not, Faith on taking a chance and whether she could accept that Falcon may not retire. I pulled so hard for them to get together!

Falcon was a success for me- I look forward to more from Emma Nichole, and hopefully more in the Own the Skies series!!

Falcon’s total focus has always been his sister and fighting. He has made no room in his life or heart for more; that is until he meets Faith. After overcoming a violent episode in her past, Faith is rebuilding herself to a stronger, more confident woman. When Falcon shows up on her doorstep, she feels immediately drawn to him. Although she has reservations, her newly more confident self is willing to step outside of her current routine to explore where these new feelings may lead.

This is an amazing love story that will draw out all your deepest emotions. You can’t help but empathize with both Falcon and Faith and their feelings for each other and the conflict Falcon is facing. It’s an emotional tale that will tug at your heartstrings, sometimes bringing you to tears, and keep you enthralled from beginning to end. The series has been an incredible journey, and Falcon’s story is a wonderful addition. I highly recommend both!!

Falcon loves two things in his life and that is his career as a MMA fighter and his sister. When his career is in jeopardy he heads to his sister’s as just being around her will give him the clarity he needs. What he didn’t expect that meeting her neighbor Faith would give him a new direction in his life.

Faith has endured a traumatic experience that no one should have to and all she wants is to put some distance between her and her past. When she meets Falcon, experience has shown her mind that she should keep her distance but her heart as it tells her he can be trusted.

I really enjoyed these two characters as Faith is so much stronger and resilient than even she realizes while Falcon is patient and understanding. They both realize that there is so much more to each other than first appears and that is what makes their relationship so special.

Falcon is the story of Faith and Falcon. Falcon is a pro-fighter and Faith is his sister's neighbor. When Falcon comes to visit his sister he meets Faith and instantly wants to be around her all the time.
This story is so real. You can relate and imagine this story happening. I loved it from the beginning to the end!

I got an ARC copy of this book, and this book is hands down a top read of 2020! The story between Falcon and Faith was beyond powerful. The story contains some uncomfortable subject matter but the way it was written, you feel the pain and understand the characters and are given a closer connection. Falcon and Faith are a story that you won’t be able to forgot once you finish this story!

3.5 stars.

I liked this book. I liked it more than I liked Phoenix. This one wasn’t all about Marco and Faith’s pasts, but rather their futures.
Faith is strong and sassy. I liked how she stood up for herself.
Marco was a little more one dimensional for me. I would’ve liked to have seen more vulnerability from him, more questioning. That seemed to get lost once he met faith.
Again though, I don’t think this writing style is for me. It’s slightly stronger here, but still flowery and a little overly descriptive. Still, I know it’ll suit other people.
Overall, a solid book, but not one of my favourites.

4.5 stars!

This was my most anticipated book in this series because of how Marco (or Falcon) had been teased in the previous two books as this protective MMA fighter, but he was so much more than that and I loved every page.

Falcon is fresh off the back of another concussion, one which his team and doctors are worried will cause long lasting damage. Falcon has known nothing else but fighting, he started so he could help provide for his sister Nora when they were growing up and he doesn't know who he would be if he lost the identity of Falcon. He refuses to think about retirement, so takes some time off to visit Nora and her fiance Case in Savannah, promising to his team he will return for the three fights he already has booked. However when he arrives in Georgia, his GPS sends him to the wrong house and he meets Nora's neighbour and Case's colleague, Faith. The sparks fly between them, although due to Faith's past she is guarded to begin with and doesn't want to let someone into her heart after what she has been through.

However, once they start spending time together, they see that they both have deeper feelings than they initially thought and open up to one another about the traumatic events in their pasts. I loved how there was no pressure from either side, they just felt so comfortable with one another it came naturally. Their relationship continues to blossom, but there is the impeding date of when Falcon must return home and complete the final three fights in his diary. Will this couple have what it takes for Falcon to face his his fear of the future after fighting and his health problems and come out the other side stronger than ever?

I really loved this story, I thought Marco and Faith were perfect for each other, as they truly balanced one another out. Although Faith had begun to move on from that horrific night five years ago, with the help of her BFF Rose, Case and Nora, I don't believe she truly saw how amazing she had done. Falcon encouraged Faith to really see her accomplishments and be proud of who she has become and not let that night define her life. Faith proved to Marco that he would have a life after fighting and showed him he did know how to love someone and let someone other than his sister truly in. My favourite parts were when Falcon was teaching Faith self-defense, it was such an important thing for her and the way he was so patient and truly coached her was so sweet.

The side characters sibling/sibling-like relationships were also so sweet in this book. I loved how protective Marco was over Nora and how he really gave Case the true big brother treatment. But I also found it amazing how in turn, Case gave it right back with how he protected Faith. It was amazing how Case was the one who gave Marco the answers which made him see sense, Case fought hard for Faith and I loved it!

There are some sensitive subject matters in Falcon which are warned about at the start, and I think that Emma wrote about them in such an amazing and real way, not lessening them but making the reader clearly feel both Faith and Marco's emotions during the parts where it was spoken about. I was impressed with how it was addressed and spoken about without trying to hide the utter turmoil it left the characters in.

Without trying to give anything away, but I was so happy with the ending, I was amazed with Faith's strength to do the right thing for her. So many heroines follow through with what the hero wants at the end and I fully expected Falcon to go down a similar route, but Faith had the strength to put herself first and give Marco the kick he needed.

Overall, Falcon was an amazing read and I can't wait for more from this series!

This third novel in the series finally brings us Falcon (Marco) Madsen’s story and I was so crazy excited to read this one! After getting some bad news about the state of his body from years of being a professional fighter, Falcon decides to head to Savannah to visit with his sister Nora. Luckily for him, when he arrives, he peeps into the wrong windows and knocks on the wrong door, finding Nora’s neighbor, Faith Morgan. Faith moved to Savannah several years back to escape a nightmare that occurred while she was in college in Tennessee. She’s content with her life and even thinks she’s happy until Falcon shows up at her door. Then, everything changes.

Although starting with Sparrow and Phoenix in the series will help you understand everything going on in Falcon, this book could easily be read as a standalone. Falcon appeared in Nora and Case’s story (Phoenix), but he didn’t really stand out, being that he was a secondary character. But good Lord, he is now my absolute favorite alpha-male in this series! Handsome, sexy, athletic, protective, caring, intelligent… Did I mention sexy??? Take away his ridiculous stubbornness, and Falcon is the complete and total package. As far as Faith, I’m sure she made an appearance in one of the earlier books in the series, but I honestly don’t remember. Like Falcon’s character, Faith is beautiful, caring, sexy, athletic, funny, and like so many of us “real women,” loves to eat (we’re talking barbecue, fried chicken, and so on. With these two main characters, what else could I do but cheer them on from beginning to end?

This third book in the series has proven, once again, the amazing talent that is Emma Nichole. Her characters are relatable, approachable, and feel like someone you would be friends with in real life. She knows how to create an original and unique storyline and splash in the perfect amount of humor, sexy moments, angst, and emotion. This book had me hooked from the very first page and I did not put it down until I had read the very last word. There are references to sexual assault in this novel, so please be aware of a possible trigger, however, I found it relevant, appropriate, and handled wonderfully. The story probably wouldn’t have worked the same without it, so don’t worry that it’s something that is just tossed in for extra conflict.

If you have not yet discovered this talented author, I highly recommend checking out Falcon and the rest of the Own the Skies series. As stated earlier, you certainly don’t need to read the previous installments in the series to enjoy Falcon, but why not get the back story on the secondary characters? I am now a huge fan of Emma Nichole and can’t wait to read more from her in the future!

*Thanks to GMB for providing this review copy in exchange for my honest opinion.

I have been wanting Falcon's book since reading Phoenix (book 2) and loving Nora's relationship with her older brother. Falcon is a MMA fighter, it's the only thing he has ever known how to do apart from be everything his younger sister has needed him to be after he raised her. When he is faced with some tough choices about his life, health and career, Falcon decides to go to the only place he knows for some down time - Savannah to his Sister Nora.

Faith is the heroine of the story, a newish resident to Savannah running from her own tumultuous past, she has made a home for herself and when her friend and next door neighbour Nora's brother turns up on her doorstep by mistake their chemistry is clear from the start.

I adored this story! Falcon in the flesh is every bit of the man I hoped he would be. A man who has a mask for the public when needed for his MMA persona and a real down to earth gentleman through and through. The way Emma wrote the relationship between Nora and Falcon was perfection, their teasing ways, their crazy strong familial bond and their stubbornness when they refuse to bend to each others way of thinking was very true to life.

Faith and Falcon's relationship was easy to read, they just worked. Faith realising she is stronger than she thinks and Falcon realising there is so much more to him outside of the cage. The romance builds and the chemistry shines throughout the novel. I loved that Falcon brought out the free spirited side to Faith and allowed her to let go and have fun for the first time in a long time. When it comes down to the deal breaker in the relationship Falcon's stubbornness begins to drive a wedge between him and the people he cares about and Faith shows so much strength in this moment, I loved her for it.

Emma's writing flowed wonderfully, the characters are likeable, with a small town feel. Another bonus was seeing Amelia, Grayson, Case and Nora all together again serving as a little insight to their lives after the events of Sparrow and Phoenix

Kudos to Emma Nichole for delivering a fighter story so different than I imagined it would be. After meeting Falcon in his sister's book, Phoenix, I expected a cocky, self-assured badass, but he is so much more. While there are times Falcon displays those qualities, it is his fighter persona not the real man. Marco "Falcon" Masen, the man, believes he is fighting for his future and rectifying the past. Though he is sexy and strong, there is a vulnerability he rarely shares, except on rare occasions with his sister, Nora, or with Faith.
Faith's had a traumatic past and to heal her soul she moved to Savannah. After meeting her neighbor, Case, she inherited an adopted big brother and in the process a friend in his woman, Nora. Faith has risen from her past and is determined to overcome it and move on to a full, rich life.
From Falcon's first accidental meeting with Faith, he is smitten. While Falcon is an alpha through and through, he is one of the most swoon worthy book boyfriends I have ever read. In Faith he sees a vulnerability he can relate to and that she is still fighting demons from her past. The chemistry and pull between Faith and Marco is magical to watch blossom and grow. I love when an author creates perfectly broken characters and puts them together to mend those pieces into a completely new entity through love.
Ms. Nichole has grown as a writer throughout her Own the Skies series and Falcon is an amazing book. I urge you to pick up Falcon and follow Marco and Faith's journey, you will be glad you did.

Falcon is a fighter who cares about his sister & his career, and nothing else really mattered. When he's told that it's time to hang it up, he decides to go visit his sister, when fate stepped in to add to his life. Faith is a woman who had something traumatic happen to her, and now she needs to take a breather to try to find some peace to build herself back up, when fate steps in. These two lost souls end up in the same area, and chemistry is instant, but they don't just go on that, nope, they become friends first as they get to know each other, but that chemistry is there waiting in the wings. Falcon was a beautiful, touching story which really hit me in the feels, as my eyes tried to lead more than once, and I never wanted it to end. Emma Nichole is absolutely BRILLIANT when weaving a story that instantly transports me into the hero/heroine's story, so when I found myself back in my house, well let's just say, I could have actually cried like a baby. The conflict is handled perfectly, though it's not quick, nope, it's quite realistic in the telling, and I'm so ready to go & devour EVERY last book this author has released! So how does it all pan out?! Hit that one click button to find out, as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Falcon is book three in the Own the Skies series and while each can be read as a standalone, I preferred to read them in order as you got to see sides of the secondary character prior to their story. This is Marco's story (Falcon) and you will see him in the prior book (Phoenix #2) as his sister is Nora. They have a close bond even when far apart and you will laugh at what occurs when landing in GA at Nora's door is all I will say. I love how brotherly and sisterly these two are and how Case (Nora's man) interacts with Falcon. You will love how his big brother bond to Faith. Speaking of Faith, her last name fits her to a T. She is strong alright and brave. Falcon's fighting career is taking a turn that he is hoping to put off for as long as possible. This story will tug at your heart and then you see Faith's story. You will love how Falcon handles Faith and how the friendship progresses on her terms. This story deals with some sensitive topics, but are eye opening. If you love strong women, MMA and standalone series books this one is for you. I hope we see more on the Own the Skies series as there are so many more birds to choose from. HaHa

Faith and Falcon

This was a good read but the first 2 books in this series are still my favorites. I liked Faith. She was a strong heroine that really gave Falcon a run for his money. I didn’t hate Falcon but his playboy attitude kept me from really falling in love with him. When he first meets Faith on her front porch she’s just getting out of the shower and is wearing a towel. She gets embarrassed and tries to hide behind the door. He basically tells her to relax, that she’s not the first woman he’s seen in a towel and she won’t be the last either. He makes a couple of other comments like this later that are just off putting for me. He truly is a good guy but his past playboy ways are hard to forget when he makes comments that remind you of it.

I did like how you really see these two talk about their fears and their pasts and help each other move forward stronger. The ending was also satisfying. I only wished we’d had an Epilogue that was further out to see where these two were a few years down the road.

This author is very talented and the things I could’ve done without were minor. I would still recommend this and the others in this series!

I started and finished this book in one day. It’s that amazing!

So we meet falcon and faith in this book.
Falcon is Nora’s big brother and a big time MMA fighter, after been told by his doctors that anymore fighting could cause him serious injury, he jumps on his bike and rides, right to his sister, but in a mix up of addresses he ends up in the door step of Faith.
Faith moves across the the country to escape the past, starting a new life full of routine and not letting men too close, she feels safe around Falcon.
They begin seeing each other, knowing that falcon is going to go against his doctors decision and will be returning to fight the 3 fights he has already agreed to.
This couple have my heart from the start! The relationship falcon holds with his sister is amazing, but the relationship he develops with faith is perfect!
He is so close to been perfect, I mean he doesn’t dance to macarena so he loses points.

But overall it’s a great read, I wasn’t able to put my kindle down once I started reading, purely because emma has you wanting to know what’s happening without making it too angsty to read.

I loved seeing the characters from her previous books too! Grayson and Amelia and of course Nora and Case.

Falcon (aka Marco) is a MMA fighter and just had some pretty rough news delivered to him. After deciding to take a break and go visit his little sister in Savannah (which is AMAZING if you have never been), he meets the girl next door who is a fiesty little thing but also has a few skeletons in her closest. Faith is freaking awesome, I adored the girl that has been through so much but still has a positive outlook on things, good for you girl!

This story has a few different emotional themes and it will kick you right in the heart. These characters both have had loss, but man seeing their story is pretty awesome. If you are in the mood for a bit of an emotional read, with some SUPER hot moments (like really hot) I recommend checking this book out! 4.5 outta 5 from me!

PS: Thank you to Emma Nichole and Give Me Books PR for allowing me an advanced copy of the book to read and review honestly!

Falcon is book three in the Own the Skies series. It's can be read as a standalone. I read the first one (Sparrow) but skipped the second (Phoenix). After reading this one, I'm going to most likely go back and read Phoenix. Falcon (Marco) is a MMA fighter. He hasn't had the best past and to take care of his sister he turned to fighting and then fighting became his life. He's looking at career ending injuries that might have a lasting effect in his life. He's visiting his sister for a bit and he meets Faith. Faith has had a bad past and has high walls up. She's gone through a lot and I can just image Falcon being this big intimidating guy. If I was Faith, I probably would have run the other way but she feels safe with Falcon. I liked to see a softer side on Falcon. He sweet and nice and protects what's his. I also loved the interact he has with his sister. Both Falcon and Faith have their own issues to deal with. I was rooting for these two.

This is the third book in the Own the Skies series by Emma Nichole and it has become my favorite!!

This is the story of the brother of Nora from Pheonix, the second book in the series. The adventure starts when Nora's brother, an MMA fighter known as Falcon, comes to Savanah to visit. He meets Nora's neighbor, Faith, when he accidently knocks on her door instead of his sister's. Faith answers the door in a towel because she had just gotten out of the shower. He puts on the charm and she shuts him totally down.

Faith is a Nashville girl that has moved to Savanah in effort to help heal herself from trauma. She works at the police station with Nora's man, Case. He also thinks of himself as Faith's big brother and all around protector.

Falcon is struggling with dealing with the possible end of his career in MMA. Throughout the book, he and Faith learn to trust each other. He begins to see that maybe there is a life after the Octagon.

This book was incredible,
I thoroughly enjoyed and relished every single word.
It is such a captivating love story between Falcon and Faith.
Visiting his sister Falcon meets Faith her neighbor by mistake,a mistake that seems like fate as they find themselves enchanted by one another...Although faith has her doubts after something in her past that haunts her ,she is strong enough to know she wants to try with Falcon.
Falcon is a fighter and has never really let anyone in his heart before but finds himself wanting to spend time with Faith.
Their Romance engrossed me from the very beginning, I loved these characters and through Emmas exceptional writing I could feel everything that they felt and their emotional, spellbinding journey, which was not an easy ride at times ,but was worth every single tear.
An Excellent read that I highly recommend.

I finished Falcon a few days ago and I am still bowled over by how beautiful this story was. This is the kind of book I fell in love with years ago when I first started reading romance. Two people finding each other and discovering that this is the person for them. That they can handle anything, face any battle as long as they have each other. Falcon is a MMA fighter, facing retirement due to so many previous injuries. He comes to visit his sister at her new home in Savannah and meets the neighbor Faith. Faith is so strong, just the person Falcon needs and vice versa. Falcon is a fighter but he doesn't shy away from expressing his feelings, making himself vulnerable. I have been a fan of Ms Nichole from the moment she published her first book. She is so very talented and I will be anxiously awaiting her next book!

Sweet love

When MMA fighter Falcon visits his sister Nora, he doesn’t expect to be attracted to her next door neighbor, Faith. Quickly shutting him down before he can work his charm on her, Falcon is more intrigued than ever to find out more about the guarded girl next door. Faith is doing her best to leave her traumatic past behind her while trying to ignore Nora’s brother’s attempts to talk to her. When she lets her walls down she never intended to fall hard for Falcon. But with his visit only temporary, will their romance end before it can start?

This was a good read about two people dealing with personal issues & realizing that they need each other to heal and move on. It was fun to see the other characters from the previous books in the series. Looking forward to reading the next one!

Hot alpha MMA fighter + a woman who’s sassy, sweet and strong + tight knit family and friends=COME TO MAMA! Falcon is a fantastic read full of sexy sweetness that will keep you flying through the pages. I throughly enjoyed Falcon (aka Marco) and Faith’s story. There’s just something about a big strong alpha falling hard and fast for a good woman that is just irresistible to me.
Faith has faced some of life’s hardest moments and come out the other side with her head held high. While maybe not in the physical sense, she’s just as much a fighter as Falcon in her own right. These two were perfectly paired. While Falcon May have played the part of arrogant MMA champ well, he also had a softer side (especially with Faith) that had me falling for him quite easily.

This is the first time in reading this author with coming across this one it caught my eye. It also caught my eye that the characters end up in Savannah one of my favorite places to visit. This one will center around Falcon and Faith with it also I guess being in a series. Falcon is a fighter which on occasion I adore reading about being I have already read of lot of them out there. Faith gets help from friends and also gets a stranger that will become more than a stranger that is at the door. Instant chemistry with it also touching us the reader so much so we are now integrated with this one. They also seem to be the balm they both need. As this unravels you are so sucked in there is no way out. by the time this is finished I would try another.

Falcon Masen isn’t ready to give up his MMA career despite consistent pressure from his family and his team. He’s going to visit his sister Nora (Phoenix) to reset and find his solace, but what he doesn’t expect to find is Faith Morgan. Faith is running from her own demons and seeking her own solace.

This story comes complete with some emotional scars/baggage, sexual tension, making life changing decisions, finding love in unexpected places and finding the person you didn’t know you needed. Emma Nichole’s Own the Skies series has been a fantastic edition to my kindle library. Highly recommend!

I loved this book! It was detailed in all the right places, awesome character interactions, a great plot, heartbreaking pasts and a romance that made me swoon. Faith was strong and sweet, Falcon was alpha and very swoonworthy. Some things were very predictable but it was a laid back easy read that kept me engrossed from start to finish. I hope there is more to come in this series. Faiths best friend Rose needs a story! 4 stars #2OCCJD

Excellent third book

My heart broke for Faith and Falcon.

Two souls who want to be with one another but their stubbornness stands in the way of their happiness.

I loved that the story was hopeful and I loved that we saw our couples from the previous books. Nora played a big part in this book as she is Falcons sister and you could feel the sibling care and concern.

I highly suggest this book. The cover is gorgeous and the words within are amazing!

I'm so freaking happy Emma Nichole took us back to Savannah!! I LOVE me some sexy MMA fighter, and Falcon is so much more than that. I couldn't resist falling in love with him. Ms. Nichole did a wonderful job writing some very sensitive subject matter the way she showed Faith's strength and resiliency. I absolutely loved Marco and Faith's story. It's an emotional, sexy, amazing journey that leads to love. Emma Nichole is quite the story teller.

Love TKO

Books one and two were both amazing, but this one by far is my favorite. These two are the definition of determination and strength. Faith with her demons that Falcon helps her overcome and Falcon with his reality she helps him come to terms with. They are the perfect pairing for one another and it’s showcased in the most beautiful and well written way. Definitely enjoyed binge reading this series.
