Secrets and lies torture me…
I never saw Adam Bryson coming.
Then he hit me like a nightmare and a dream rolled into one.

Secrets; Legends of the Vampires by Emma Night is sucah an amazing story that I have read. I loved reading this story cause it has witches and vampires in it. I can not wait to see what this amazing author will write about next. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about witches, vampires, fantasy and paranormal romances.

Willow Caudalie went all out to look superb, even though she was sure she would get this senior partnership promotion for certain. Her experience surpassed that of everyone there and was obvious since she was given all of the more difficult cases. The firm handled all kinds of legal issues, but the best thing about it was that the personnel were all witches from the Coven of The Hallowed, her birth coven, and she was even an original descendant unlike many of the others. When Bruce called her into his office, however, he had bad news. One of the rules they had was that if a family member wanted a job in their family-owned firm, they had precedence over everyone else. His nephew had returned from Europe and would be taking the partnership position.
Adam Bryson came through a portal and into the office right then. He stole Willow’s breath away with his good looks. Bruce wanted her to work with Adam, but she promptly told him she wouldn’t. When Adam said she was afraid of competition, quick to jump ship, obviously not cut out for the work here, looked like she ought to work in a beauty salon and not this law firm, she was infuriated and ready to breathe fire! Bruce again offered her a large raise and asked her to reconsider leaving. But she had no purpose here anymore.
Adam was going to love the task he was sent for. He was of the Hallowed witches who went rogue centuries ago and swore their allegiance to the demon Bassoth. In return for completing the demon’s task, he would be given immortality! Bruce knew what he was there for and reminded him that he was only required to get close to her to get access to the book but did not have to do anything else. He didn’t want Willow to be hurt. But Adam was far more powerful since they had last seen each other, and he would do what he wanted. He was arrogant and confident, and he would show no mercy to the little witch.
This was a well-written, intriguing story with Willow wanting a “normal” life balanced with her witchcraft, and Adam being evil and working for a demon, seeing her as a challenge he would win. Is Willow ready to take on the powerful male? Or is she in deep trouble, as she begins to suspect?

Beguiling
This was slightly outside of the norm for me, but I found Willow and Adam to be intriguing from the beginning of this original story. The plot was full of twists I didn't see coming, and they had me turning pages relentlessly. The chemistry between Willow and Adam goes from arctic frost to equatorial heat through some delightful events that amp this story up from a frenemy read to a romantic romp of steamy proportions. The best part is seeing the growth in Adam as he realizes he may not have had the best perspective when he first met Willow. Sometimes a new romance provides new insight.
I found this novel to be well written with a cast of diverse and rich characters. The romantic tension was electric, powerful, and (dare I say it?) magic. Basically, a wonderful read.

I’m a big fan of Emma Night’s I love her vampire stories and Secrets is no exception but this one had to do more with witches than vampires but I still enjoyed it immensely. A very entertaining story I was hooked from the very first page, sorry guys I’m not going to give any spoilers so read the blurb and that will give you the gist to this story. It’s very well written and easy to understand it doesn’t take awhile to get into this story and you will enjoy it right off the bat and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Secrets: Legend of the Vampires by Emma Night is an amazing read. This read grabs you from the first page and keeps you reading as fast as you can turn pages. Adam and Willow make an interesting pair that sizzle on the pages of this read (Mature Readers Only Please). I love Emma Night reads because she definitely delivers what she promises... sexy, enthralling reads with characters you want to get to know! Be prepared... once you start you won't want to put it down.

A well written story that grabbed my interest right from the start and did not let go until I finished reading. Adam Bryson and Willow Caudalie's story has suspense, drama, danger, evil, a Dark Lord, magic, a woman who does not believe in herself, and romance. I enjoyed reading this story. I thought this book was excellent. It was well written and the characters and stories were well developed. I loved the individual personalities and the character dynamics that developed through the book. The story was action packed and full of suspense, hot chemistry, intrigue, emotion and romance. I’d highly recommend this book and look forward to future books by this author!!

I really enjoyed reading this paranormal romance it was filled with so much suspense that it had me intrigued and hooked from the first to the last page of the book.

A unique twist on paranormal romance, witches, and vampires.
I liked the unique twist in this story that involved supernatural beings, demons and a nefarious dark plot to control time and a powerful spell book. Toss in the steamy, slow build romance and I was hooked. Supporting characters added to the book and would love to read their stories. Well-written and a great escape. Will definitely read more from this author.

Very enjoyable and entertaining read. Plenty of intrigue, suspense, twist and turn, and of course steamy romance to keep you hook from beginning to end. Overall a enjoyable and entertaining read. Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Willow thought she was going to get a promotion at work. Adam was given the job he also needs to get close to Willow. The boss wanted Willow and Adam to work together.

What an amazing conception! The twists and turns kept me enthralled and the cast of characters was enticing. While there wasn't too much to do with vampires and more to do with magic it was a great story.

Great read! I was trapped from the beginning and read it in one shot. The characters are all well written and easy to relate to. Chemistry was amazing. The is one steamy romance. A must for all lovers of PNR.

It had me flipping pages right quick! There was heat and passion that jumped from the pages. I was caught up in the twisting and turning that was this story. Willow and Adam were just great!!
