I don’t think I can take diet advice from a book that tells me not to use the “kitchen phone” and refers to Asian restaurants as “Oriental”. Lol

It's been a while since I borrowed this book from someone to read when I was participating in the Rice Diet. I remember enjoying reading about the RD from a different perspective, especially since it changed a bit over the years.
