Excellent read. I followed Mike’s 50 day program daily. This book helped me to pause, reflect and start my day moving in the right direction. Encouraging, truthful and honest. Well written and I will recommend to my friends and family.
This book has some great tips and ideas to help. It's motivating. Some stuff is common sense, some we have all heard before but if you are starting a weight loss journey this would be a good place to start.
I *might* have given this book a higher rating if it didn’t *heavily* reference other books I have already read. The book could have used a good editor as well.
