Looking toward the future means confronting the pain of the past. Amy is learning about the people she left behind and the heartache that she never wanted to endure. Saving Amy is a new beginning for a woman who doesn't quite know how to be happy. Verde takes up residence in your head in order to get in touch with your heart. Amy is at a loss when it comes to facing her emotions. Maybe Nevada can help her find the strength to risk her heart. Emotion at it's highest is storytelling at it's finest.

Amy and Nevada are basically thrown together in very sad circumstances. I so appreciate romances that are centered on the Lord. A sweet, clean, romantic book about learning to forgive and return to those you love.

I enjoyed this book with its rugged cowboy ranch life. Nevada, the hero of the story, takes on extra responsibilities as ranch foreman when his boss Anthony is injured and unconscious in the hospital. 1 added responsibility is caring for Anthony's daughter Amy, a gal who escaped the ranch to the big city. But Amy's guilt brings her back home, hoping for restoration and peace with her father. Will that happen? And what about Amy's and Nevada's developing feelings for each other? Amy has a hard time trusting him, and Nevada has been hurt before. Love takes time, especially with the boss/employee relationship they share. But will it work? And what will happen when/if Amy returns to her job in the big city? If Anthony doesn't survive his injuries, will Amy sell the ranch? And where will that leave the workers? Lots of questions & situations to be worked out. But, as Ms. Verde points out through the book's theme, "Faith is a walk, not some sprint or hundred-meter dash" [All the characters need to do is] "Trust the process."
I recommend Saving Amy Jayden. Can't wait to see how Mel and Angel do in this series! Looking forward to the next book.

When Anthony Jayden was injured, rhe foreman on his ranch, Nevada, was forced to call his daughter Amy. Nevada has never met Amy, but he doesn’t think very highly of her because she chose to lose contact with her father. Anthony is like the father that Nevada never got. But, when Nevada and Amy see each otherFor the first time, that’s when the magic begins.
However, life is not smooth sailing and their love story isn’t smooth either. This book is full of ups and downs and deals with the multitude of tough emotions that we all feel eventually, but offering the light of hope at the end. If you like inspirational Christian drama, this is the book for you!
I received this book is an ARC and I’m giving a voluntary review.

Rose has written a wonderful story of misunderstandings and redeeming love. A clean cowboy romance that grabs your heart I recommend this book.

In Anthony, Nevada found the father and home he never had. When he finds his friend gravely injured he seeks out his daughter Amy who hasn’t been to the ranch in years. Now a big city girl she’s distanced herself from the life she left; the same one that took her mother.

Amy wants nothing more than to sell the ranch and hightail it back to the city but circumstances have other plans. In his newfound faith Nevada wants to help Amy but also sees in her desire to sell, the end of his dreams.

Will they overcome their differences and find love? Or will hurt separate them forever?

I liked that the author instantly pulled me into the story wanting to find out more. Out of tragedy comes a story of finding oneself, finding love, and healing from loss. The characters have so many layers to them that it was fun to discover what lay beneath, especially Amy Jayden. I also enjoyed the twists and turns that happened between Nevada and Amy and I especially liked that this was a Christian romance which really added to the story and what was happening. The epilogue was great and I am so glad there are more books to come in this new series. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Interesting Characters and a Sweet Romance

What I liked about this book...the frequent prayers of the hero; that the MCs both had some trauma to overcome; the well-written setting; and the interesting plot.

What I didn't like...some of the grammar (vocabulary) seemed either incorrect or odd; quite a few inconsistent details (the hero isn't much of a talker but he actually talks a lot and with some odd lingo for a cowboy); and a lot of back and forth between the MCs.

If you enjoy sweet, faith-filled romance and none of the cons I mentioned will bother you, then do check it out!

Saving Amy Jaden is a book that grabbed my heart and didn’t let go! It’s such a thrill when you fall in love with ALL of the characters in the book and realize that you don’t have to say ‘Good-bye’ because it’s a series! Amy and Nevada were delightful as they took me on the adventure of falling in love with each other, but also watching Amy fall back to loving her Savior. This is an encouraging and inspiring story of forgiveness, grace, faith and love. It’s definitely a book to read and reread (I may have already done that! LOL!)

I loved this story so much that I devoured it in a few hours! The main characters were developed. They had hurts to overcome. With God's help, Nevada had already turned his life around but was still afraid to love. When Amy's mother died on the ranch Amy blamed her father and fled to LA. There are several twists in the well developed plot. Saving Amy Jayden is a sweet, clean, Christian romance that will linger in your heart.

Tough when you fight with your parent/s and you do t go home or talk much. Guilt hits when something happens to them and you have to find a way to get rid of the guilt. Evades helped Amy by being a witness to his faith. God loves us and if we would just believe in Him and take all of of wants/hurts/problems to Him our loves would be better.

Very Bad Book

This book was obviously dictated into a program. There are so many errors it’s near impossible to read. I wasn’t able to reach the end of chapter 3 before I gave up. If an author plans to use these programs, they need a good editor.

Engaging

This story kept me totally engaged, I can't imagine all that these people went through just to get to this point. I cried with them, hoped and dreamed, even prayed. That's some awesome writing.

This is a well written, clean romance with strong Christian themes (without being pushy) that is really good reading and hard to put down. Nevada was a hard worker and loved his boss like a Dad. Amy was the boss's daughter who hadn't been home in 5 years as she blamed her Dad for her mum's death at the ranch. When her Dad dies from an accident without regaining consciousness, Amy was full of regrets and guilt and just wanted to sell the ranch so she can forget the bad memories. I appreciated how Amy came to love the ranch again (and Nevada) and how Nevada overcame his feelings of not being good enough for Amy with his background as a street kid and past rejection by his ex-girlfriend. The characters felt real as they lived their faith (praying, hanging on to God's promises in the bible, encouraging one another when struggling with doubts) yet none of them were perfect and had to keep working at communicating (and saying sorry when they stuffed up). Another great book by Rose Verde and I look forward to more. I received an ARC and this is my voluntary and honest review.

This was another winner by This author. A sweet, clean romance peppered with lots of faith and love of God, without being preachy. This series is situated in the Lost River Ranch. Nevada is the foreman of this ranch and Amy Jayden is the daughter of the owner. Amy returns home after an accident places her father in a drug induced coma following an accident on the ranch. This is her first trip home since the death of her mother. Both Amy and Nevada have feelings for each other when they first meet, but both decide to completely ignore these feelings. Rose Verde has written scenes that draw you into the story and feel all the emotions described. Great characters that I fell in love with and other characters that promise more books in the future. I would recommend this author and this book with its sweet HEA.

I received an ARC copy of this book. This is my voluntary and honest review with my own personal opinions.

Saving Amy Jayden is written by Rose Verde. I received an ARC advance readers copy] several months ago . At the time, this was the first book that I had read written by this author. I enjoyed the book immensely. First, I was angry with Amy, then I felt sorry for her. After several pages, I was crying. So, I guess that the main thing about Saving Amy Jayden is that it grabs the reader from the first few pages and brings you into the story. It evokes a multitude of emotions and has you cheering for a HEA ending. Rose Verde writes Christian fiction, so Saving Amy Jayden is a Christian Romance. In no way is the book "preachy" or does it push religion at you. It is just a good story. I think that anyone who enjoys a good a romance should put Saving Amy Jayden on their TBR list. I liked it so much that I bought the book, even though I had an ARC, because I wanted a permanent copy.

Amy gets home as soon as she is told about her father’s accident. She regrets not having talked to her father for years.
Nevada is sad because his friend passed away after the accident. The ranch is his life and he has worked really hard to improve its income. He is afraid of losing it now.
The storyline is nice with all the elements for a good story. The only but I have is the recurrent praying and Bible passages. I don’t mind reading some in a book, but I think there are too many in this book. Three stars and a half.
I received a copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

I liked this story with Amy having to get over her guilt of not communicating with her father for many years. Nevada is a good strong character that helps her. There are many scripture references appropriate to the struggles they experience. Well worth buying & reading. I received an ARC. This is my honest, voluntary opinion.
