The drive to protect a mate is stronger than magic
He woke up in a diner parking lot with no idea where he was, no memory, and no name. The only thing on his mind? To find his mate.
Selina did not become the Werepanther she thought she would be. Normally the Night World run carnival she grew up in would be the perfect place to hide. But some secrets are even too big to share with family. Now she is in a tightknit community, holding on even tighter to she secret.
Will this stranger she meets in the woods be the only one Selina can trust with her secret? Will her attraction to him put Selina and those she cares about in danger? Will he be able to save his mate without knowing why she is in danger?

I absolutely love this world and find myself getting lost in it whenever I read another installment. It’s got some wonderful characters and some antagonists I just love to hate on.
Selina’s the main event in this one and she’s lovable. It takes place around a traveling carnival which is super fun and brings the reader a close knit community.
The author addresses discrimination and does it well. Continuity is great, in itself and in relation to the other books in this world. I’m very much hoping Sin gets her own book someday; the author has done a good job of making me grow attached to some of her characters.
