Interesting Fantasy with great romance!

The WynderMyre Memoirs is set in a fantasy world named The Seventh Heaven Universe consisting of a multitude of different fantasy creatures, namely witches exist in this world among others.

The story tells us the lives of The WynderMyre family throughout the years, as we get to read stories from different character perspectives. The story also has moments set in the real world; for example Cheshire and Scotland are locations in this story, so it is very similar to the likes of Harry Potter or Twilight, where the fantasy world exists in secret, within our own reality.

The Novel focuses on giving us romantic storylines as well as developing the characters in creative and fun ways. There are a lot of characters here and almost all of them are funny and likable, the one's who aren't likable are like that on purpose as there are also a lot of villainous characters in here too, which leads to some interesting drama among the characters. The Seventh Heaven Universe is also a very interesting Sci-Fci/Fantasy world full of magic and spacecraft, The Author has mixed Sci-Fci and Fantasy here and the cocktail tastes delicious! These two genres work surprising well together in my opinion. The book is also extremely well written and easy to understand.

However, there were times where I felt like the plot dragged on a little, as there were moments where I felt like there wasn't much happening. These moments do take the time to develop the characters more, so the good comes with the bad.

In the end we have a well written book, with a lot of interesting characters, a rich fantasy world with a decent amount of Romance. I felt like it could have done with a little more action, but overall it's a nice little book that's easy going, laid back and fun to read. If you're looking for an escape from reality and into a exciting fantasy world full of romance, then The WynderMyre Memoirs is for you.

I like the story. I am 70% through, and have decided to write review as lost my kindle.

Firstly, the energy of the main character comes through, despite the miscarriages and other calamities that befall her. There are a lot of perspectives from different family members, which, at times I had trouble differentiating as the voices felt similar. Also, sometimes the story arc seemed a bit rushed, principally because the story is told, rather than shown. This is more byproduct of it being written as diary-like sections throughout the ages, but with important elements not dwelt upon or explored. I would have liked to had a feel about the witch's emotional reaction to having so many miscarriages.

The tale of witches and vampires across the ages reminded me of the film, She. The romance element is strong, and will appeal to readers who like romance. Either because I am old, or because there is so much material in YA, the book felt like a YA novel. But unlike some rubbish accounts of vampires, as in the Twilight series, these vampires in a supernatural sense, who live in multiple dimensions, had a stronger appeal.

The universe setting is bizarre, impressive, and I very much liked it. In all, a good read for teenagers and adults who enjoy the genre, who undoubtedly would award it five stars.
My rating is merely because of personal preference.

Loving the parts were Trieste has to redo her final exam and it's the one where she's been told a lot about from her parents mentioned at the dinner table. Each characters get their say of their story, giving get descriptions for each vampire and witch families. Presented as a historical account of the universe's origin as well as the experiences of the main characters, this book is a fantastic supernatural fantasy. The format and detailed descriptions of the worlds, species, and the past of the involved families gives the story a strikingly realistic and immersive feel. Had this book been placed in the hands of a person a couple centuries or so prior, I have no doubt they would greatly question just how fictional it was. I love the author's unique take on vampire and witch 'species.' The entire story is very in-depth and creative so if anyone is looking for an immersive escape, this is it.
