Really good book.

Even if this is part of a series, I don't feel like I was missing anything background-wise so I definitely think this could be read as a stand-alone. I'm definitely diving back into read the series since I really liked this one.

The writing and the pace were consistent and I really enjoyed reading this book because of the h and the H, but more the h because we spent the most time in her head. She's a little bit hare-brained (like me) for the most part so I felt like I could relate to her even though we're in different places in life.

Their relationship progress to me was believable considering their respective histories h has abandonment issues because her father left her and her mother when she was little and her mother is a recovering alcoholic who used to abandon her at a young age and come in and come out of her life as well. H is the typical, Russian billionaire who has mistresses and arrangements so he's not used to engaging himself emotionally with his paramours but obviously falls ass-first for the h and changes his way of thinking with her, I just wish we could've known more about his background the way we know about the h's and they could've known each other a little bit better.

The book was hilarious with the recurring theme of the h leaving the H's bed before he could wake up and make love to her and talk to her (I assume that she also did this because of her abandonment issues [she left him before he could leave her]) but it was quite funny to see him get a taste of his own medicine and make him Work For It especially because of his tendency for high-handedness.
I only wish that maybe they would've omitted the surprise pregnancy part because for the most part it didn't play out to be a huge part of the story, at least in a way that I would've wanted it to. She did find out she was pregnant semi-early in the book and it was hanging over her head to tell him but she literally didn't tell him like 10 pages before the book ended and they had revealed their feelings to each other. But that's just my preference, I feel like it would've maximized the drama/shock factor for me.

I might give more of a detailed review later.

This is an ARC book by Elizabeth Lennox.
Pierce Danilov and NAYA Banks met in a bar, had dinner and ended the night in his suite, but when Naya woke up to realize where was, she got dress, ran home, through her clothes away and was guilty and ashamed for having a one night stand with a complete stranger. Several weeks later, working hard to forget the huge, gorgeous man, when rumors flying around the company, that it's has been sold, but at the same time Naya fines herself pregnant with a strangers baby. For two months of trying to find Naya with no luck, Pierce sees her in the lobby of the company he just acquired and immediately sends for her. That when she also realizes he's her employer, and the chemistry between them, is always off the charts and they always find themselves back in bed, with Naya running away again, which anger Pierce everytime. Until one day Pierce finally fines out the real reason for her always running from.

When Ms Lennox started the Burling School series, I knew it was going to be a hit. And, I stand by that view. As the title suggests, Naya meets a super sexy Russian tycoon - Pierce - who literally sweeps her off her feet. After a red-hot one night stand, she very soon realizes two things: her new boss is her sexy Russian, and she's pregnant with his baby. What follows is how she finally ends up with her happily ever after.

What I really liked is how she wove Naya's past and her experiences into her present, that paved the way to her story. As all her heroes, her Pierce is also swoon worthy and is definitely a book boyfriend every woman would want. I enjoyed the flow and the pace of the book, the lighthearted feeling I experienced as a reader even if the author touches upon some sensitive/emotional issues.

I don't really have a con. Overall, a great read once again!

Pregnant with the Tycoon’s Heir is the next book in this Ladies of the Burling School series. Naya Banks and Pierce Danilov are great characters that have good chemistry. Naya is careful and has trust issues. Pierce while alpha wasn’t looking for forever. Watching them navigate their relationship was worth it. One of the things that I wished was if both groups of girls were more connected. Even though the series has one name it’s two story lines. I’m hoping that they connect somewhere down the line.
Overall I really enjoyed this story.
If this is your first book by Elizabeth Lennox I encourage you to read some of the other books too.

Pregnant With The Tycoons Heir continues the journey of the girls from the Burling School. Naya Banks meets Pierce Danilov while out with a friend. The chemistry between the two of them is explosive! Naya is usually careful and does something she’s never done before she has a one night stand and leaves without saying anything. Unbeknownst to Naya two months later the company where she works is bought out by Pierce who was not at all happy that Naya left. On top of having Pierce has her boss she has just found out she is pregnant! Watching Pierce and Naya navigate their relationship is fun and intriguing ! They both have issues with relationships that they learn to deal with together.

Pregnant with the Tycoon's Heir by Elizabeth Lennox is book #5 in The Ladies of Burling School book series and is a winner in my book. A totally teed off Naya Banks goes to meet her friends in a bar after being told by her now ex-boyfriend that she is frigid when she meets Pierce Danilov who has heard her rant about not being frigid. Pierce is instantly attracted to Naya and Naya feeling like she has something to prove eventually spends the night with Pierce with unexpected consequences. Have I caught your interest yet, I encourage you to get this book to see what happens next. You will not be disappointed. I wasn't!

Every story of Elizabeth Lennox is easy-flowing, mind-blowing, simply engaging and this story is no exception to the rule! Pierce is a dynamic, caring, persistent and very patient man, while Naya is a willful, hard-working and sensitive woman who is afraid to fully give her heart to him, which has become an obstacle to their relationship... A gorgeous, sizzling-hot romance with twists and turns that got me hooked on its pages!!!

What a great read. Another book that I couldn`t put down until I had finished reading the book.
A WOW book for sure from start to finish.
The characters worked very well together and
I had a great connection with them as well.
I didn`t find any spelling mistakes in the book or any holes in the plot.
I really can recommend this book to people over the age of 18+

Brilliant read. Naya is smarting after being called frigid, while attempting to prove she’s not by drinking a dirty martini she meets Pierce Danilov. Let the games begin! The attraction is instant but they both have “issues” that make their journey to HEA interesting. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait for the next instalment.

Loved this book, Naya and Pierce were just delight. Little bit what was touched about their childhood it seams book needed more in depth of what happen to them when they were kids and how they become people that they are today. Looking forward for Naya's friends story!

Smart woman enchanting focused business man

I liked the story. This series is wonderful. Anya is smart, talented, and beautiful, though she doesn't have much self confidence. Pierce is a very successful tycoon who falls in lust at first sight of Anya. They have a real connection but Anya has so so so much angst. This Story is well worth reading. I love the ending. Linda

I was not impressedwith the beginning. One night stands with no preamble don’t make it for me unless it’s reminiscing about the past. But I liked how Naya got an insight into her mother and learned to heal. Parental relationships can be difficult and as a child it is difficult to understand the decisions adults take. But time gives more insight and compassion. So, it was ok from that point.

Fantastic

Loved this story. This is about Naya and Pierce. She met him in a bar after just breaking up with her boyfriend, who called her frigid. He was having a working meeting and noticed her when she came into the bar. It was desire at first glance.
