I've seen too many terrible things from being in the military.
War. Death. Destruction.
Good ol' Dr. Annabelle Keyes can make it disappear for a while.
She may be a well respected Doctor while she's at work,
but she is one freak in the sheets.

When Dr. Annabelle Keyes decided to scratch that itch, she thought she'd scratch it at The Barn Door, exclusive club belonging to The Reckless Bastards MC, on Hardtail Ranch. Too bad she changes her mind as soon as she's standing outside the door. Fortunately, though, Wheeler is there, available and more than willing to enter into a little with benefits thing with her. Annabelle certainly knows that Wheeler is not one to get serious about. He's about as dependable as the wind, so she'll just use his very willing body whenever the two are feeling it. Until the day Doc is needed to help The Reckless Bastards by using her medical degree and she's left to wonder if her new life is the one she always wanted - full of violence and a not so serious friends with benefits with a man who refuses to open up to her about the obvious demons she sees lurking in his gorgeous blues.
I loved Loaded. I think Wheeler is just about the sweetest guy yet in the Reckless crew once he lets Annabelle past his asshole facade, and so haunted. I loved how he finally started pulling himself together, not just for Annabelle's sake, but for his own sake. Of course there is the usual suspense and action, and the rest of the MC guys make appearances, making Loaded yet another entertaining, sexy MC ride. I'm not sure which club man's story is next, but I can't wait for it!

I found myself hooked from the beginning. The characters are well developed and engaging. The storyline is well written and kept my attention from beginning to the end.

Safe
I wanna start out by saying that I love Mrs Winterss stories. However this one fell little flat for me. I'm giving it 4 stars only because I don't think it warrants anything below a 3 and a 1/2. I really enjoyed Wheeler and Annabelles story. They're both attracted to each other but Annabel starts to feel like she thing taken for granted. Wheeler is dealing with some really major demons, however he wasn't expecting his attraction to become a safe haven. While they both have to come to terms with their relationship and be honest with each other, I just didn't feel that pull and that attraction that she usually captures with people. Regardless of which way the relationship starts ends or finishes usually she is spot on with that. This was a good story it just felt like it was lacking a little something for me. If you like her other stories though you won't be disappointed

This is the story of Dr. Annabelle and Wheeler, the VP of the Reckless Bastards MC club. Wheeler served his country and returned injured in body and soul. Annabelle patches up the club members without asking questions. She’s definitely attracted to Wheeler, but he’s always got an attitude. He’s definitely attracted to Annabelle, but doesn’t want anyone knowing about his demons. They come to the agreement of scratching each other’s itch - without any strings attached.
When old trouble comes to the Hardtail Ranch, and all of the guys and girls work together to try to work it out. Annabelle has gotten to the point of no longer wanting to deal with Wheeler’s secrets and drug dependency. Wheeler must decide what is more important in his life.

Opposites attract. Annabelle has trust issues. No one has ever been there for her. Whenever she gets close to someone they leave. She goes to the Barn Door at the Ranch for a night of pleasure but chickens out. Wheeler sees her there and takes her home when her car breaks down. She has always been attracted to him, but he is a veteran with PTSD and refuses to get help, is uncommunicative, and surly. Never the less they start hooking up for casual sex. But when she wants more he won’t talk to her about his problems and won’t let her help him. And then there is the threat to her friend Peaches. Someone is in town looking for her, and it is putting everyone associated with Peaches in danger, meaning Annabelle now too. The Reckless Bastards have to put a stop to the threat, but the person threatening Peaches is clever.

I knew the good doctor might be in the next story told by KB Winters, and this story for her and Wheeler was perfect👍 Annabelle finds herself outside the Red Barn, the club the MC have started, looking for some RnR😁However, when Wheeler happens upon her she quickly changes her mind, but finds herself stranded as her car won’t start😢Luckily, Wheeler is still there and gives her a lift home. However, things take a quick turn and heat up quickly between them😅😇
This book is steamy🥵, full of action, a few surprises and hope. Hope that a woman as wonderful as Annabelle will want to be with a man who considers himself broken from all his experiences❣️I received an advanced copy via Booksprout and I voluntarily leave my honest review.

Annabelle, the good doctor and Wheeler, the brooding biker Vet who is having a hard time in his own head.
They think they got a good thing. Scratching itches when they arise. But it's not that simple. He has scary demons and the good doctor has the medicine he needs but he can't let her all the way in. When the risk arises of losing her, will that be enough???
Their story called to me. I love how you could believe these characters. You understand, appreciate and want these demons to be vanquished. Annabelle may be the nerdy woman but she rocks it and managed to see the real Wheeler, when others don't even know all his secrets.
This is one relationship that will have you emotionally all over the place. I received an ARC for an honest and voluntarily review.

Another wonderful book in this great series. KB writes the best books ever and each new one gets better and better.

When he has to drive Doc Annabelle home after her car breaks down then a fire of lust ignites between them He cannot let her in though she is now the only person than his brother who knows his secret As the nightmares worsen will he be able to let her in and find peace. When danger lurks and he could lose her will he finally realise what she means to him. How ill his MC brothers feel when they find out his secret and is it the big issue he thinks it is. Another great book that once you start you won't be able to put it down.

Loaded is about Wheeler and Annabelle. Wheeler is a grade A jerk. Ex military who lost his leg in the war. His brothers in the MC don't know he is missing half his leg as he is great at hiding it. Instead they just know him as the azzhole who tries to keep to himself and work the farm. He keeps his emotions and feelings on a tight leash.
Annabelle is a sweet ER doctor who has self esteem problems. Daddy issues.
When these two get together it's just to scratch the itch. Get it on then Wheeler gets out of there and they keep it a secret or so they think.

Annabelle and Wheeler, what a pair! She's a doctor and he's in a MC. He can be a jerk and she's very caring. They love to hate each other! They depend on each other to scratch that "itch" and after that it's back to taking shots at each other.
Annabelle is there to stitch up the guys in the MC, which also put her in danger. Now they are searching for one of their own and Annabelle is in danger also because of her association with the person kidnapped. Will that love/hate relationship turn into something more when Wheeler actually acts human?
Such a great story that kept me on the edge of my seat! Great characters!!

Story line ok but same as previous books
A good story line but pretty much the same as previous books.... He/ she at odds. He with anger and she with a little hostility but get together for sex anyway. All the Vets have PTSD, Yea a HEA at the end but same ole same ole. So what happened to the flash drive info? Farnsworth, Ken dead. Why were the Diablos MC pulled in? That was left hanging, Ken’s issue was left hanging was it just for the money? Alot of unanswered parts. Several exiting errors as well....
I enjoyed the series but its kinda you read one you read them all

Annabelle is a Doctor who helps out Wheeler’s MC on occasion. They also have a friends-with-benefits relationship and she also helps him fight the demons he has from serving in the military. Helping the MC may have put Annabelle in danger, will Wheeler finally admit the feeling he has for her and be able to keep her and his MC safe? Fast-paced read with plenty of drama, great characters and steamy chemistry. Wheeler was an amazing character who was going through so much. I really liked it.

Annabelle and Wheeler. Wheeler is living a nightmare in his head. Annabelle is there to assist with whatever needs fixin in the MC. Together they are what each other need but it is complicated. When threats are made will it be enough for Wheeler to admit that the doc is the only one who can make it better for him? This story has EVERYTHING. It will leave you breathless and is one of the best books of the series!

If you love MC romances, this one is for you. You have a woman doctor helping the MC and the VP, Wheeler, now giving in to their attraction. It's explosive! But they each have their own demons so there's some dark moments and some suspense. It was fun reading how they were going to navigate their new found feelings for each other.

Dr Annabelle has patched up everyone at the ranch, but Wheeler might be too broken, even for her. Missing a leg and having nightmares that leave him exhausted and ill tempered, he has to figure out why time with the doc helps more than all the pills. Another great story in this series. Beautifully broken characters with lots of steam and drama. Amazing read! Enjoy!!!

Another amazing addition to the Reckless MC OPEY Texas Chapter series! The story line is flawless, emotionally deep, well written, and captivating. There is action, drama, humour, suspense, twists and turns, and steam. The characters are likeable; their chemistry is intense and potent. A truly riveting addition to the series and is a must read.

Vice President Wheeler and the good Dr. Annabelle Keyes
Wheeler is very attracted to Dr Keyes not only sexually but he uses her to get pain killers , he has PTSD and a bad leg. She likes him and let's him do what he wants, but the realizes she has deeper feelings for him. They work together to over come his pain and help each other heal their emotional connection! Recommend with a 5stars review

Loved the book, the story was well written and the characters were intriguing. Once I started I could not get enough, from the start till the end I was engrossed I was even on the edge of my seat with twists and turns, lust and passion, strength. Do yourself a favor and buy the book you want be disappointed.

Doctor Annabelle and Vic President wheeler of the reckless bastards have this odd relationship going on as he's also dealing with ptsd . Now the reckless bastards are also have problems with Farnsworth . Awesome story

I really enjoyed reading Wheeler and Annabelle's story. Annabelle is a doctor that has helped out the MC several times and the attraction is there between Wheeler and Annabelle. But Wheeler has some demons he needs to deal with first. This book is an emotional roller coaster ride, but so worth it.

Loaded - RB MC Opey TX Chapter by KB Winters is a great read, emotional,touching and enjoyable .filled with danger and drama. I really enjoyed Wheeler and Annabelles story,great storyline,strong characters with great chemistry,great addition to the series,well done!

Definitely loaded!! With everything that makes this a an awesome book!! Mystery, suspense and action plus lots of steamy sexy parts. A beautiful realistic love story with amazing emotions that you really feel. A hard book to put down once you start reading. I definitely recommend reading this book!!

Breaking Down Wheelers Walls
Filled with the hot, sexy, alpha men of the Reckless MC and the never end of terrible their women seem to find themselves in. Wheelers battle against his dark secrets and pain can only be calmed by one woman he doesn't want to admit he loves. Filled with streamy sex and hard personal decisions. Great read.

Wheeler came back without a leg after his last deployment and had a difficult time adjusting. He meets Annabelle, they start seeing each other but it's only sexual. Wheeler feels he's not worthy for a relationship with her because she is a trauma surgeon and feels she is out of his league. Will they get together? Get the book and see.
