Hi, I'm M.M. Crumley Your Author Extraordinaire (Also Known as M.M. Boulder)

As M.M. Crumley I write Urban Fantasy books full of supernatural action, nail-biting-mystery and; laugh-out-loud humor. Why? Because stories, myths, and legends have always been a huge part of my life... As a child, I liked nothing better than to lose myself in a world where magic and heroes were part of the fabric of existence.

As my pen name M.M. Boulder I write psychological thrillers and murder mysteries that bring the darker impulses we may not feel completely comfortable with into the light. My stories are full of lies and deaths, but there is always justice. A type of justice that's not afraid to get its hands dirty. I write morally ambiguous characters who are pushed to their limits and take matters into their own hands. In my world getting away with murder has never been so much fun!

No matter what I write every one of my characters are real to me. They exist. They are three-dimensional beings who demand that their stories be told. If I were to turn away from them, they would haunt me; and so I don't. Instead I chase after them and write down everything they say!

I have several series to help you scratch your itch for adventure:
THE HOUSE OF GRAVES Series
THE IMMORTAL DOC HOLLIDAY Series
THE LEGEND OF ANDREW RUFUS Series
JANEY FALKE: SAINT KILLER Series (Coming Soon)

5 Like A Question Mark Wrapped In An Enigma Shoved In A Burrito Stars

Burial Ground is the fourth book in The Legend of Andrew Rufus by M. M. Crumley.

This is my absolute favorite book so far. Andrew and his mother had to recover from her shock over hearing what he faced and her learning the truth. That was a really painful portion of their journey to experience. They both hurt so much, and it just seemed like they were adding more and more pain onto their shoulders for a while there. I'm glad when this book ended they were able to find common ground, and work through the strangeness of Andrew's new abilities and reality together.

Wow. The zarmy was legitimately the most amazing and frightening antagonist they have gone up against thus far. Ooh, or the weird cacti and shadows, were a family close second. Meli got really creative with the agents and traps she laid to try and kill either Pecos or Andrew this time. And she finally showed up personally.

Andrew's power is morphing into something else, something more. Maybe in a temporarily uncontrollable way. It's something to be concerned over; for all the extra abilities he seems to have over the others, it takes a heavier toll as well. I wonder how he will come to harness it in a safer or more manageable way?

It was nice to learn more about Doyle. I'm sad to be right, to learn the truth of the family he lost. It was also intriguing to see the man under the mask, as it were. He and Andrew share a certain bond that is only growing. For all that Andrew believes he is nothing special, it's difficult not to notice the impact he has on the others. His influence over the way they behave adds to what their already were. I think he can only make them stronger for it.

The legend grows

This series keeps improving as Andrew is growing up faster than modern teens usually do. This story finds Andrew back in the wild West and having to deal with truths well out of the modern comfort zone. For fans of American folklore, this is turning into a magical tale of a young boy becoming a young adult in a harsh, magical world.

Wow, this one gets dark. And I do mean dark! Even I, the esteemed author, was somewhat surprised where this one went. But I love it! Pecos is super heroic in this book, but it turns out he needs Andrew. Just enough, in this case, isn't quite enough.

Trapped in time

I didnt think I would like this series. But I am now starting the next book after a two day reading by bender. I am sucked back in time with andrew wondering what could possibly happen next. That being said, start with book one.

Need more

Couldn't put this down. As soon as I finish one I start another. Some parts are very simplistic and formulaic, but other parts descriptive of raw emotion are so visceral. Next please.

Great heroes

Pecos, Joe, Charlie, Doyle and young Andrew fight monsters sent by Meli. She simply wants to remake the world. All I want for Christmas is a war horse named Widow Maker. And to play poker better than Charlie.

I can't get enough of this woman's books. I can't stop reading. Then I'm mad because I don't know what to do when I'm done. May have to read them all over. Her characters are such good people. Can't say enough about her.

And the plot thickens. I just wish the kid would stay in the past and get on with things.
