As a Charlton fan from my youth (my dad used to take me to home matches), this is the first part of a treasure trove of information about the team. Each season’s leading scorer’s story is told, via the season in which they topped the scoring table, but also with background about their career. Fascinating and ending around the time that I started going to matches (also see part two).
