I was curious. Saw him speak on PBS. This is the Coles Notes version - a “short & sweet” explanation of the science behind his ideas. Makes some sense but I have heard a lot of criticism about it. It would be difficult to eat this way forever. I will take some of his suggestions & modify some of my food choices. Many of the supplements he recommends I already take. I do agree that our long term health & vitality can be maintained with better food habits.
