Bully #4

Anthony

Rate this book
During the day, I’m Anthony Brock Cunningham, sex shop owner. By night, I’m Cupid’s enemy. I have a knack for finding my friends their soulmates. I’m responsible for their happy ever after’s. Their ‘I do’s’ and ‘Til death do us part’s.’ Everything was fine and dandy until the day he walks into my shop requesting my services. He’s not my typical match but anything for the name of love, right? Except I couldn’t be more wrong. The more he tries to find his one and only, the more I start falling for the Star Wars quoting, thick, black glasses wearing, super nerdy computer boy. The only way to get Oliver Stark to notice me is to go from matchmaker to matchbreaker.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the one you have all been waiting for... The One, The Only - once seen *coughs* read, never forgotten ANTHONY! *and the crowd goes wild*

One word sums up Anthony: FAB-U-LOUS! *snaps fingers and throws glitter*

Now, considering Anthony only appeared in one chapter of Finn (Bully Series Book 2), to say he left a lasting impression would be an understatement *snorts* I wanted, no scratch that, NEEDED to know more about this colourful character. So, as you can imagine, me being me *shrugs*, squee’d and happy danced (no comment required) when the author announced this Bully Series Short to round off the series.

Adult store owner by day, a modern-day Cupid by night, Anthony prides himself on his matchmaking skills. Only he may have bitten off more than he can chew when he’s asked to help out a certain Oliver Stark. His success rate is about to be severely tested by the adorable, geeky, Yoda-quoting, IT Manager.

“I don’t bite. Maybe just a little nibble here and there.”

Oliver doesn’t quite know what to make of Anthony upon their first meeting *smirks*, but he’s pretty much willing to give anything a go in his hope of finding The One. As Yoda says, “Do... or do not. There is no try.”

As Anthony sets about working his magic on setting up Oliver and potential suitors, he realises he may have mis-aimed his arrow - right at his own ass! Now what to do? *taps chin*

“Halo, meet horns.”

Let the fun commence...

Honestly, Anthony was everything I could have hoped for, and more. My heart swells with so much love for these characters. With laughs galore, and a few face-palm moments - as you would expect. I was left with the sudden urge to binge watch Star Wars *snorts*

Anthony has found the Obi-Wan for him *giggles*

Anthony (The Bully Series, Book 4)

Oh Anthony, you bring out my shiny object syndrome in a big way, and I lurves you! He just makes me happy, plain and simple!

This is a quick read, about our favorite sex shop owner, and lover of all things romantic. When he plays matchmaker with one, Oliver Stark, things get messy in a hurry.

Realizing Oliver has become more than just a client, Anthony sets his sights on creative destruction. Absolutely hilarious and I will never get bored with the shenanigans he ensues.

Will the matchmaker become the matched? Does he deserve his HEA? Full of fun and outrageous characters at every turn. A definate must read for The Bully Series fan. Loved it!

I loved Anthony, he was LOL funny. Oliver is adorable.
A short, fun story of a match maker and his client getting their HEA.
This is the first I've read in this series & it stands alone well.

SHORT & SWEET!

Anthony and Oliver's story is a cute fun read. A sweet play on matchmaking. Anthony is fun and flamboyant, and Ollie is geeky and smart. They make a cute couple! If you are looking for a fun read for your lunch break, I recommend picking this one up!

DNF after Chapter 1.

I haven't read any of the other books in the Bully series, as the blurbs didn't interest me at all, but this one did sound fun. However, the first chapter was just really mediocre - the writing, the story and the character.

Anthony is matchmaker extraordinaire and owns a sex toy shop. He’s the best of both worlds. When his friend comes to him about setting up a friend just in time for steak and bj day. What Anthony wasn’t expecting was a nerdy fandom loving IT nerd to show up and knock him out of his purple 3 piece suit.

Oliver can’t find a date and he’s basically giving up until a friend suggest he uses Anthonys matchmaking services. While one encounter leaves him never wanting to hear the Kardashian name ever again and one studly guy who is afraid of clowns he realizes this isn’t for him and he knows exactly who he wants.

This was a short story packed with some serious laugh and aww moments. I mean come on Wall O’ C*&^% was hilarious!! I loved Oliver mainly because being a fandom loving nerdy girl myself I get him. I want a TARDIS mini fridge.

Absolutely lovely story that we didn’t know we needed.

This is a short, sweet story of a matchmaker who realizes he has found his own match even though they are total opposites.

Every person needs love no matter who they are and Anthony is no different, and when he sets his sights on Oliver then there is no denying it.

Anthony is out there, flamboyant,  loud and proud and Oliver is Star Wars loving, silent geek type .

Perfect!!!
