Hunt Brother #4

Dismantled

Rate this book
It's all out war. And my only ally has already betrayed me once. My brother went back to my adopted father. My adopted father put me on the streets and took all my money. Only Layla will take me in. Life can't get any worse. But that's good news. Because I'm used to being alone. I'm used to being in the corner. And I'm used to fighting to get whatever I want. From here on out, I vow only three things. To destroy Edwin Hunt. To destroy Morgan Hunt. And to repay Layla Taylor for standing by my side. I just have to hope that rewarding Layla doesn't cost me my revenge. Because without it, I lose.

ARC's given to me by Author through Booksprout. My review is given voluntarily.

I gave this storyline 4 stars.

So this story is something a little different than what I'm use to reading, not as romantic as your typically simple love story boy meets girl!
The storyline does spread throughout all 5 books starting with the 1st book Flawed, 2-Bruised, 3-Corrupted 4-Dismantled and finished with
5- Crushed ....wowza!!!
This is the order of reading them you really must read all 5 they tell the complete story of the Saga of the Hunt brothers
This was quite an adventure intense storytelling with family dynamics heartbreaking, unforgivable betrayals, corruptions galore, really raw emotionally I did cry a lot, steamy sex, Chance does tend to flip flop from one woman to the other (which I didn't really like that much) the story as a whole might be a bit to long in my opinion I skimmed some sparts, but I have to be honest I did get hooked in story as a whole, and kinda binge read the books for hours.
Love, Forgiveness, Understanding, Family and Retribution does prevail in the end which I must say felt really, really good!
These books are cliffhangers, so you need to read all of them to get to the conclusion of the story. Each book is in-between 16-20 chapters. They each take you on a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs, twists and turns.
Overall I did enjoy them!

OMG, have you been following the series? Have you read the teaser to "Dismantled"? Part of me is just broken-hearted over the devastation that Chance has had to go through and the other part? That part wants to take him by the shoulders and just shake some sense into him. And Layla? She's betrayed him once already. I'm not sure I'd have the capacity to trust her as fully as Chance does. This was such an emotionally driven adventure that just sucked me in and the characters have me loving them one minute and completely disgusted the next. I'm anticipating reading "Crushed" to see what happens next.

This is the 4th book in the series, and I do recommend reading them in order. Chase was betrayed once again by his brother who went back to his father. Now he is on the street with nothing and only Layla is there for him. Will he get revenge on his brother and father? Fast-paced read with loads of suspense and drama. The characters have lots of depth and the story is great. I liked it.
