Granted some of this is dated now, but if you are looking to make your business family friendly, then this is a great read. Stop thinking about how to keep the kids happy and first focus on what moms (and dads) want for their kids. And then don't forget about the parents too - they need places to sit in view of their kids, good food to eat, etc.

The small insights on how businesses have adapted successfully or unsuccessfully to the modern-ish demands of families was also interesting. Again, this does show some age, but the basics are timeless.
