Very average book. The FORD was probably the only cool takeaway . Could have focussed more on how to develop skills which are required for small talk. Could have delved deeper into how culturally different people have a difficulty connecting on FORD topics and what the best way is in those scenarios- there is so much to explore here.... Unfortunately I was left wanting for more insight into this.. is there any other book which perhaps focussed on this??
