I really enjoyed this story. It's my first by this author and now I will have to check out her other books.
Saint and Lyra are great characters and their interactions make you want to smile. Saint is a police officer. Lyra is a car thief. They are a very unlikely couple, but somehow they work. The angst is resolved in the best way possible so that they can be together. Loved the happy ever after. Definitely recommend reading this book.

The detective and the car thief................what a great couple!!!!
I was waiting for Saint's story and boy does he end up with a good one. Saint Rivers is a tough as nails detective who works in the auto theft department and has been working on gathering enough information to take down the largest luxury auto theft ring in the city. This one case could make or break his career in Auto Theft. He is going undercover to meet the top guy, Max Hendricks, posing as a fence. But Max is not at the meeting and in his place is Lyra Michaels. Lyra is a car thief and is really good at that and also making distractions so cars can be stolen. She used to be involved with Max but even though their relationship ended she still works for him because he keeps threatening her with blackmail, and also physically assaults her. When Lyra sees Saint she recognizes him immediately from a previous meeting two months ago when Saint was gathering intel on Max at a dive bar the Triple Six.
Saint and Lyra definitely have a major connection, "My soul feels put together with you here." Saint will do what he can to protect Lyra both from Max, as if she talks he will try to kill her, and from prosecution because of her past criminal activity. Even though Lyra feels the connection with Saint she will have to decide whether she can trust him to keep her safe or whether she is better off going back to Max and a life she was about to get out of.
Saint is super alpha protective and also possessive of Lyra. He only wants to make sure she gets out of the situation with Max and he knows that this can only happen if Lyra flips on him and the organization. Lyra is a young woman who as she says "did not chose this, it chose me." She is a super talented artist and wants to be a graphic designer. She has plans to leave and start over in a different city. But will Saint let her go now that he has found the other half to his soul? Will she be safe from Max?
This is another fun and really enjoyable story with more than a few super steamy and sizzling sexy scenes. I am looking forward to the next book in this series and would recommend this book to others.

Really good series!
I recommend reading these in order because there are some people that pop back up for previous books. Plus, the cop that gets his story next always plays a part in the previous book. Saint is undercover trying to bust a really bad guy. Lyra is the bad guys fall girl. She endured a lot of abuse that is hard to read about, just a forewarning. It's not terribly graphic, but graphic enough that you know what she went through.

An outstanding and compelling second chance read! The story line is well-developed, emotionally deep, well written, and relatable. There are twists and turns, suspense, danger, and more that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Amazing and strong characters with off the charts chemistry between them. Definitely recommended! Soulmates!
This is the first book I've read by Mazzy King and it was a nice quick read. The storyline waś developed along with the characters. At first I found the pronouncement of Love to be too much right off the bat but I do believe in soul mates and the way the rest of the story played out I am glad Saint and Lyra got their HEA.

Saint Delivers Lyra From Evil
Saint sees Lyra and falls instantly for her. Even though she's on the opposite side of the line than he is. This is book 3 of this series, revolving around police and the women they instantly fall for. Another hot, quick read. I read this through the KU program.

I like seriously loved the last book in this serious so I went into this with high hopes and it was a bit disappointing. I realize these books aren’t realistic but trying to fit everything including a trial in a short book just didn’t work. It was lackluster and in fact pretty boring. Eh. I still plan on reading the next one.

Another great book
I think you wrote these books with handsome and protective hunks so we'll fall in love with them. Job well done. Each story is exciting and thrilling. Love the connection between Saint and Lyra. Again the descriptions of the scenes makes you see them in your mind. Thanks for such good entertainment. :)

I'm really enjoying these little short stories. I'm glad Max didn't get to hurt Lyra again and Saint and the others took them down before they could get away. That woman that came in the police station and attacked Lyra sealed the deal for them.

Saint is HOT!
This was by far my favorite! Saint is amazingly hot. And Lyra is one lucky girl. Their chemistry is on point and you will definitely be rooting for them the whole way!

Just incredible! Loved the plot and Lyra and Saint together. The way they love each other and respect and inspire each other. So good!
