A lethal secret revealed. A shattering moment of truth. A crown stolen from birth.

Scotland, England, France. None are safe for Caterina de’ Medici and James Stewart. But which throne would kill to hide a kingdom-sized secret?

When Caterina returns to Florence without James, she fears she’ll never see him again—even after her power-hungry brother pushes Caterina into a proxy marriage with the Scottish guard.

James survived the attack that killed his aunt and uncle. He escaped the prison at Edinburgh Castle. But can he stay one step ahead of the shadowy enemies hunting him? Or will he lose Caterina—and his life?

The Medici have never worn a crown. Until now. But the secret of James’s birth won’t only change Caterina’s life. It will also upend everything for Europe’s most powerful families. In the shocking conclusion to the Stolen Crown Trilogy, Caterina and James must choose between a crown or their lives.

Book Three of the Stolen Crown Trilogy, an epic historical series on the dangers of chasing a crown.

An epic end to a wonderful story. I love how it was explained how the author came up with the characters in the development of the plot. Using real and fictional characters helped bring everything together!

Dont bother reading this trilogy

This is the most stupid asinine “historical” trilogy I’ve ever read.it should be listed as a romantic farce based on two imaginary characters

The End

Not the ending I expected but probably most appropriate. Tied it up in a neat little bow but left you hanging just a bit. What happened to Zeno and his Ottoman quest? And what happened to James cousin the Scottish King?
