This book provides lots of information about astronauts, and the space suits they wear. I LOVE how some of the words that may be unfamiliar to kids are broken down, and the definition of that word is provided right at the bottom of the page. There is also a small dictionary in the back of the book for other bigger words that students may not be familiar with, where the definitions are not provided on the page. This book's format is layed out really organized, making it easy and convenient for young readers to navigate through, even though thier are some big, challenging words. The author does an amazing job explaining the different parts of the space suit and labeling them in pictures, as well as teaching the purpose of them. I will definitely be using this book in my classroom to teach a lesson, and I can have students label the different parts of the suit on a diagram, and then draw their favorite part of the space suit on another paper.
