This started out okay but went downhill from there.

I like a Hot and dirty book as much as the next guy but this one read like a bad porn.

Again it started out okay and there was a bit of a story, at least enough that I wanted to know how it played out but I found myself skimming the book for at least the last 50% because I just wanted to know what the outcome would be.

It had potential but ended up completely missing the mark. Sorry....might just be me!

I thought I'd risk this despite that title being as I can't read enough office-based 'affair with the boss' tales but this was dire.

Quite how she found his lusty panting after her attractive was a mystery to me, it felt uncomfortably like sexual harassment. Nope, moving on.

Dnf'ed at 80%. I just couldn't take it anymore. Moving past that this reads like an standard workplace sexual harassment with a little bit of desire from the girl because yeah I know it's the genre. But there was no depth. I've read shorter insta loves that had more depth and gave an idea of why you like someone? This guy? Every perspective from him was like he was sleeping with a lubed up sex doll. At 80% when he used her being wet as like the 12th excuse why they should be together I was just done.

My Boss Can't Get Enough is a quick, flirty, sweet read about a CEO and the assistant that catches his eye. When Baker sees his colleague's assistant during a meeting, he has to have her. She's under-appreciated and mistreated by her current boss, so he'd be doing her a favor right? Maybe not... Baker snatches her up and makes an enemy in the process.

I like a guy who knows what he wants and Baker knew right away. Even when threatened, he still protected and cherished Taylor. Taylor felt the connection with Baker too. This book had very little angst.

Overall, this ran kind of bland for me. Nothing special hooked me about the story and I wan't really feeling anything for the characters. It might not be the same for you so if this sounds like your thing, check it out!

Good story 3 1/2 stars - the office drama draws you in and keeps you there. You know Taylor and Baker have to be able to make it through the scandal even if it doesn’t look so good. Carol, their nemesis, can’t get away with her cruel plans. The only thing the story lacks is a bit more development of Taylor and Baker’s characters. They are immediately engaged together at the office with Baker’s need to have Taylor but, there is no background and no real relationship development except for their amazing, intense, naughty sex. I would have liked more so I could really get into the story.

This is a steamy office romance that you will definitely love. Baker has been brought in to help the company but that has upset some people. He knows he should stay away from Taylor who is another manager's assistant but when he finds out she is going to get fired he steals her. The instant attraction between them is obvious but when her old boss wants revenge on Baker things escalate in the wrong direction. A great read.

Baker is the new CEO and sparks fly between him and Taylor an assistant to Carol, who she doesn’t like working with. What will happen when Carol begins nosing around to find out what Baker and Taylor are up to? Fast-paced read with great steam and Carol is a perfect villain. A good read.

Interesting plot terrible execution

I liked the premise of the book but not much else. It’s just a story of repetitive words, cavemen tendencies, sex in excess, a psycho hell bent on revenge and a vast levels of condescending immaturity and an older man. I cannot stress enough that there’s not much of a story except for the excess sex scenes where we read Baker talk about her c**t, pulling hair so tight ( is she bald yet I’m wondering ), perky breasts, tasting like honey, him calling her sweet, and yet she’s so innocent that she gave it up after two weeks and is on knees as he thinks of her nonexistent innocence. There’s no work everything comes easy in the for him and she portrayed as naive but really it’s stupidity. Carol’s revenge is more like a tantrum. And since is the saying we’re here stated we’re there. Makes no sense. Good thing it was free. I definitely would not recommend. Put it this way I skipped the majority and give up around 76%.

Baker Griffin is the new and youngest CEO to be brought into the company to try and save it ,,,, he is also one of the most famous CEO's to take failing businesses and pull them out of trouble without applying drastic cuts ,,, The COO is a Carol Denver ,,,, Baker is still 1/2 a step above Carol, which she absolutely hates, along with her new assistant, Taylor Martin ,,,, Baker and Carol have a chat after the meeting and Baker learns that Carol is going to let the new assistant go, per usual ,,, she goes thru assistants like water ,,,, Baker sees Taylor in the break room, she is looking for her Lamy pen that she got from her grandfather ,,, Griffin talks to Taylor and wants to know if she wants to trade sides ,,, instead of working for the demanding and threatening COO ,,,, if she starts being his assistant, she gets way more benefits with Baker ,,,

Taylor Martin has not been working with Carol for too long, but knows things aren't going well, ,,, she has been talked to already today about several things including the letter she is trying to type for her ,,,,, and now, she goes back to the breakroom to find her Lamy pen that she got from her grandfather and she turns around and finds the most incredible looking nan she has ever seen, too bad he is her boss after Carol,,,, but then he starts talking to her and it sounds like Mr Griffin is trying to "poach" her to work as his assistant, right out from under Carol's nose. ,,,, and Mr Griffin, Baker, says he will rake care of everything, it'll be fine ,,,, but, when the upper management goes to Alaska for a retreat,,,, things get out of hand,,,,

This was another great read from B.B. Hamel ,,,, she has a lot of fun with this book ,,,, there is action, adventure and some really hot scenes,,,, go and grab this piece of work and have a great time reading ,,,, I would so totally recommend this book to everyone,,,,, I have gotten this ARC voluntarily to do an honest review,,,,

Baker is CEO and use to getting what he wants, even if it means pissing his COO Carol off. He decided to take Carol’s assistant from her. He doesn’t care about the consequences; he will deal with them later. Carol has pull with the board of the company and was pass up for the CEO position. Carol already wants revenge for Baker taking her job that she thinks should been hers. She watches Baker like a hawk and does anything to sabotage a model for his new project at a retreat. She finds proof that Baker is having an affair with her old assistant Taylor. Carol sets out to ruin Baker and try to get him fired. She doesn’t care who gets hurt in the process. She just wants Baker to hurt no matter the cost. She even blackmails Taylor in to quitting to make it look bad for Baker in front of the board. Is Taylor strong enough and will to be embarrassed in front of the board of the company from the evidence Carol stole? You won’t be disappointed with this read and find out. Will Baker keep his job or lose it all include Taylor? I voluntarily to read and reviewed an ARC of this book.

To be honest up front, i’m quite easy to please when it comes to romance is. I like the slow burn, the enemies to lovers scenario and even the Insta-love scenarios. This is one of the books. Baker sees Taylor for the first time and he’s intrigued to say to least. If not a bit obsessed. Luckily when he steals her away from her current boss, she’s all to happy to leave the psycho boss behind. Besides... Baker is easier on the eyes. Now... don’t let the rating fool you. This book contained a lot of great steam between our two characters. Unfortunately, I wished we’d gotten a little more outside plot line or a little more conflict. But I’ll continue to read and trust me... you’ll be seeing more BB on the feed.

This is a love story about a young woman, Taylor and a successful CEO, Baker along with a jealous and mean COO, Carol. Taylor���s new job working for Carol is an uphill battle everyday as she is one vindictive person who cycles through assistants every couple of weeks. When Baker sees Taylor in a meeting he knows what he wants, Taylor so he goes and takes her from Carol and maker her his assistant and things go professional to personal pretty quickly! There is a genuine connection between them that develops at just the right speed and while on a retreat in Alaska they discover what the good and bad happens with their growing relationship. Baker does everything he can to keep Taylor safe and go up against the trouble Carol has started against them. Taylor falls prey to Carol and her wishes, will Baker be able to show her what really matters, their love for one another? I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I really enjoyed this office romance. It was fun to read about the dynamics of an alpha boss trying to get his employee (a younger sassy lady) to break office rules and get with him. There was an arch-nemesis in this story and that just adds a whole new dimension to the angst.

The steamy was great, not over powering and I really enjoyed the development of the two characters relationship. The author didn’t just rely on chemistry, she added some great scenes. This has an insta love feel to it, but there is development and “trials” to get to the “good stuff.”

This story is full length so I got to really become attached to the characters and watch them develop. There is no cliffhanger, this is a complete story and it does have a HEA! I think the story is really well balanced. I received an ARC and am leaving an honest review.

Taylor works for Carol as her assistant but nothing she does is good enough for her. Baker sees Taylor during a meeting and knows he has to have her. When he overhears Carol talking about firing Taylor Baker knows that he'll offer Taylor a job with him before she is fired. Taylor is stunned by Baker's offer but worried about what Carol will do to retaliate for her leaving to work with Baker. They think Carol is moved on but just as things heat up between them she pushes back against them. Will Baker be able to handle Carol? Or will they lose their jobs because of her?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Baker the new CEO to his fortune 500 company is instantly attracted to his newest assistant. Baker is a player but he knows he has to be on his best behavior. Since he has to prove he is capable for this new position. So he is not going to act on his lustful feelings.
Taylor. originally works under Carol, who secretly is out to sabotage the new CEO, When Carol realizes that Baker is attracted to his assistant she will do anything to get his reputation smeared & out of the company, She knows she deserves the promotion that was bypassed & given to Baker.

Taylor & Baker have such intense emotions. This book has some silly aspects' of the story plot. Like the instant fooling around. But because you want the characters together. You cannot put the book down to read the chemistry, jealousy and deceit that this story brings. Lets not forget the full of sizzling sexy scenes.

A fast enjoyable story about a young woman, Taylor, who becomes the assistant of the new CEO of a transportation technology company. He has been brought in to straighten it out; she was hired as assistant for the COO, a horrible woman, Carol, who is angry she didn’t get the CEO job. Baker took her away from Carol to be his assistant. The story has a warm affair that develops between Baker and Taylor, as well as a lot of skullduggery pulled off by Carol to interfere with the relationship of Baker and Taylor, and to try and get him fired. It is fun to read, and both characters are strong and interesting. I received a free copy of this book via Bookfunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Carol was a year round grinch, looking to spoil anyone and everyone's day. She was like a loaded gun ready to fire and just as volatile! A backstabbing disgruntled employee sets about getting their own way with corporate espionage. I can't believe how low she was willing to go. After her hard @$$ approach with Taylor she comes asking for a favor to make Baker look worse to the board. Brass b@lls in triplicate!!! As I read, more and more I had bile in the back of my throat waiting to erupt due to all the heinous sabotage. I was hoping Taylor would stand up with her man, instead of caving! I'm destroyed! Check it out and see if Taylor mans up for her man.

Loved this wonderful story!!!

Baker can't take his eyes off his rival's assistant, Taylor. He knows it's not smart to poach her away from Carol, but he just can't seem to help himself. Once he gets Taylor to work for him and he knows she feels the chemistry between them and he can't bring himself to care that Carol is ticked off that he took Taylor. But they should be wary of Carol and her vindictive ways, she's not planning on letting Baker win. Will they be able to survive what Carol has planned? Is what they have strong enough to conquer whatever comes their way? Grab this exciting book today and find out!!!!

Mmm Mmm

I loved the book except for the heroine, Taylor. I think that she was a naive twit. Really, how dumb and immature can you be? Carol with all of her sociopathic behavior was more interesting than Taylor. My biggest complaint about so many contemporary romance books with older man younger women theme is that too often the woman isn’t a woman. She’s in her early 20’s and not a woman at all but a child. I’m not totally opposed to the 20 somethings just give them some substance. I know I’m not by myself when I say that I prefer to read about grownup characters 30 and up. I’m off of my soapbox now. I’ve read a good bit of BB Hamel. When I just want a quick dirty read they’re always good. They’re never anything that happens in the real world and once you accept that, they are awesome quick reads. This one has to be the worst one I’ve read. I just couldn’t get over how stupid the girl was and at 80% I was mad that I had to read how much of a moron she was but after I’ve read that far how could I not finish? And she only got more annoying and stupid from there. This won’t spoil this authors books for me. I’ll still pick them up for a quick and raunchy read but I hope the next one has a girl that isn’t so annoying.

I received an arc for an honest review. This was a good read - Baker is a new CEO, and instantly takes a liking to another employee's assistant (Carol). Taylor is her name, and she is a new hire, and really hates working for Carol, who many in the company thinks is out to get them. Baker and Taylor realize the chemistry they have for each other, and try to stay away from each other - but that doesn't work. Carol spies on them and gets information that could wreck Baker's work and convinces Taylor to quit. This is a good read.

I thought that this was a good read. The storyline is fun and has a entertaining blend of drama, heat and emotion. I found it exceptionally easy to root for this couple and feel for them while they try to survive all the BS that rained down on them. I liked this story and the character so much but I would have loved to see these characters be developed more. Don't get me wrong, I thought there romance was intense and swoony but I wish I could have known them better outside of just their relationship. This is my frank, freely posted review.

Love this alpha boss! Baker is a corporate fixer and has been brought in to get this company back on track. He has one woman under him who tries to make his life miserable, especially when he poaches her assistant. Taylor hates working for Carol, but she need the job. When the new boss zeros in on her she can't help the chemistry between them, and when he takes her as his new assistant it becomes impossible to resist him. Baker knows its dangerous for his career to be with Taylor, but what Baker wants Baker gets! Love the drama, passion, the characters, just a great story!

Full of sizzle.

This is an office romance that has the new CEO, Baker instantly attracted to the new secretary, Taylor. She starts out working for a very disgruntled employee named Carol who felt she was entitled to the CEO position that Baker had. What happens with the intense chemistry, jealousy and deceit makes this story, fun, full of sizzle and treachery. The characters are strong, independent and smart. Enjoyed seeing Taylor and Baker's relationship evolve and enjoyed their chemistry a lot. How they find their HEA makes this an interesting journey.

Loved it when the wicked witch got her just deserts, but you wonder what can drive a person to such insane personality and the mind boggles, I say life is all about balancing work and play otherwise one losses perspective and lucky for Baker, Taylor arrived in his life just at the right time to stop him ending up like Carol.

This is not just about a corporate romance that scorches the pages, and yes it really, really does!!
It also involves a sinister jealous employee wanting revengue, but its not a scorned woman type of revengue. You'll just have to read it to see what I mean...
