Bear perspective

It was interesting to read a story with Bear rather than Jack as the central character. This brought a new angle to it and it was good to get know Bear a little better.

LT Ryan keeps the thrills coming

I’ve read all the Jack Noble & Bear Logan books and keep waiting for more. Action packed and can’t put them down

L.T. Ryan does not disappoint. Bear continues as the main character in this story and accidentally teams up with a young but determined reporter who is passionate about the truth. Together they seek answers as they dodge those who are pursuing them diligently. Jack and Sadie get mixed into the situation, and all four work hard to try to resolve the latest situation. It was good to have Jack back and to learn more about Bear, but it only made me want to see more of Jack!

Deep State. L.T. Ryan

Bear Logan and Jack Noble have finally reunited. Jack is still a wanted terroist, falsely accused and Bear isn't in much better shape. They are in Munich. Oktoberfest. A bomb explodes. They both try to help as many of the injured as possible, but They have to leave before the police arrive. Jack wants Bear to contact a journalist in Chicago. When he does what she tells him is hard to believe. Highly placed U.S. Politicians are unbelievably behind the terrorist attacks as well as other influential people. Suddenly the bodies start to fall. Until one key figure in the white house emerges as the culprit, the mastermind. Non stop action, suspense, intrigue. An excellent read! Enjoyed immensely!

I just could not put this book down it was breath-taking, and my favourite character made a comeback and I hope that he is back for good now, so more stories from Bear and his long-term friend, a fast-moving book, great story and lots of twists and turns and unexpected repercussions which is typical with this pair of friends. I love the stories with Bear and his friend, and I have read all the books, and am now looking for more from the same author L T Ryan. He is just a great writer and brings all his characters to life, more like old times when they would sort out the problem with their usual panache and style, a very good read, and anyone who reads this book will want to read all the previous books.

Don't get any better than this!!

This series has got it all!! The characters are all familiar, from the Jack series, which is what pointed me in the right direction. L T. did not disappoint! This was really one of the largest binge reading sessions I've done and not one moment was regrettable. Bear and Jack do their thing which matches and surpasses most everything out there that I've read and that's saying a lot. Do your self a huge favor and find every book with Jack and Bear and settle in for the time of your life... you will thank Mr. Ryan as I'm doing now... Thank you Mr. L. T. Ryan!! (Oh btw... I'm headed over to your just released continuation of Jack's series)

“Deep State” Delivers...

On its “mission objective”. A great plot filled with twists and turns while delivering a bit of suspense and mystery as well.

As Ive followed this series from its beginning, and read all of the “Jack Noble” books as well I’m quite familiar with the major players, and some of the villains as well.

Mr. Ryan, the author, has done an excellent job and I highly recommend it. I would however recommend fo maximum enjoyment of “ Deep State” beginning with book #1 and reading through the series. Each book brings more to the story and to the outcome of this mission.

Thank you Mr. L. T. Ryan. Next “mission”. Please.

This was the best of the four-book series I'd read so far. I have to say that the character build-up and the general storyline seemed to grow more interesting as the novel progressed, as well as more believable, or realistic background development, which helped me stay tuned into the story. (I had problems in the first 3 novels in that some basic descriptions of areas were wrong. That always bothers me when an author writes about a city, or an area and the description doesn't fit reality for the area they're talking about). Much better job of dealing with facts.

Together Again

Finally, Bear and Jack finish a mission on a positive note and in one place. I've truly missed this dynamic duo. They are great crime fighters on their own but they are just that much better together so thank you L. T. Ryan. And thank you for adding Sadie in to the mix as well because she's the perfect female badass to compliment these Globetrotting superheroes. I'm off to read book 11 & 12 in Jack Noble's series. I love that guy. Bear has become another of my favorite characters.

Another action packed mystery!

I like this book because of my love of adventure and mystery. After retiring from the military I had a lot less travel and adventure in my life so reading became my new best friend. Jack and Bear have put a little of that old excitement back in my life. Just when you think you have it all figured out opps not quite have to flip back a few pages and reread something.
If you like action and adventure with a little mystery this is a series you don’t want to miss!

Never ending

Fast paced, Always something brewing, makes me keep reading.
Have been reading these books for awhile. Then stopped because I didn't have any more spare time.
I'm not one for giving reviews because it takes time to create something worth reading by me. I'm not real good at this. I just like the action and the idea someone would be able to make things happen to a good outcome.

DO Not miss reading this book!

Action-packed, fast-paced, intriguing is in store for as you read this book. Bear is at his best. It was great seeing Jack, Bear, and Sadie working together again. L.T. Ryan keeps you guessing and your attention to see what will happen next. It is very difficult to put down this book. This book is excellent, and you do not want to miss reading it. I love Bear and look forward to the next book! Enjoy your reading! 😊

Pop goes the Weasel

Bear is in the thick of it again. Following the trail of bread crumbs of information, he meets Cara Bishop a reporter on a mission of her own. Though the trail is twisted up in our governments secrets, Bear rallied around Brandon and Sadie for a page turning suspense that Jack shows up to help bring the true weasel to Justice. I look forward to the next misson.

When Bear rescued Amber daughter of the Lt. General. The thing was put together excellent over the 4 books. At least Bear and Jack will b e able to kick back drink some beers. The Life of Riley

Bear doesn’t have “the life of Riley” for sure! Shot at, attacked, accused of trying to hurt the country he loves... But Bear keeps going. Riley has a soft spot inside of him. He has kindness too. He is, to me, a very likable assassin! I’m glad he is on our side! I enjoyed this series of 4 books and I’ll continue to look out for Bear in the future.

A Good Read with Many Surprizes

An up to date story line about DC corruption, Terrorism with a different twist, an a new Heroine from The Press, told from Bear's perspective. Moves fast from one set to the next & then back again, keeping some Suspence & Mystery to.keep you turning pages.
Great for Jack Noble Fans, But Also Jack Reacher Fans as well.

I've enjoyed each of the Bear Logan thrillers very much. I like all the characters and the reading is fast paced and captivating. This is the second series I've read from L.T. Ryan, the first being the Rachel Hatch series, and I'm looking forward to more!

Awesome writer.

After reading Deep State, I realized I have read all of LT Ryan's books except the Affliction series. I have enjoyed all of his books to date. I only hope the Affliction series offers the same level of intensity that has been the norm for all previous works. Keep on writing as your next books can't come soon enough.

Outstanding and thrilling.

Bear and a young reporter named Cara get together when Jack finagles a way for them to meet. Terrorist attacks in other countries and rumors of more to come keep Bear, Cara, Sara and more busy trying to find who are involved and how high up the chain the corruption goes. Who is involved? Gets interesting.

love the Bear Logan Series

Read all of the Jack Noble books so good to see him back in the Bear Logan series. L.T. Ryan writes great suspenseful thrillers with enough reality that makes you think all of it is possible. The story keeps you engaged until you get to the end and want more. Can’t wait for the next book!

Another LT Ryan Winner

Haven’t read a Jack Noble book in a while, but this one is more Bear Riley than Jack Noble. Bear meets a young reporter who is trying to solve a conspiracy she has stumbled upon. No spoiler here so I won’t say anything more than ENJOY!

Very disappointing

Have loved LT Ryan books. Jack and Bear have been great. However, this book was terrible. The quality and craftsmanship gone, just a rushed up bunch of stuff that was so juvenile it’s terrible. Gotta rethink more from him.

Killer at the top.

It was great having Jack, Sadie, and bear back together. They are great at solving terrorist plots. No one would think that someone so close to highest position would behind word terrorism. Please write more books with these three together.

A very good read

Deep State is about betrayal by high ranking government officials. There were many twists and turns that resulted in me wanting to keep reading.
I especially appreciated there was little or no profanity.

LT Ryan does not disappoint in this book about Bear as the main character. The story was action packed and brought Jack Noble back into the fold as well as young and inexperienced but passionate about finding the truth. I could not put this book down!
