Kennedy Anders has been through hell in the last year, and she has the mental scars to prove it. She came very close to signing off on the destruction of the world, and even though it wasn’t by choice, she can’t forgive herself. Now there’s a sexy Enforcer trying to show her how to move past it, but she can’t let it go. How can she, when that chapter in her life still isn’t over?

Blake Olsen pours his all into leading his Enforcer crew. Sometimes it feels like the weight of the world is resting heavily on his shoulders, but he wouldn’t trade his life for anything. And then a timid dragon shifter crashes into his life. Showing her she’s not as broken as she thinks is no hardship—although he suspects that his interest in her is far more than that of an Enforcer and his charge.

Blake’s finally starting to help Kennedy overcome the trauma of her past, but then danger comes knocking on their door once again. He relishes the opportunity to finally take the enemy down for good, but will the war do more emotional damage to the woman he’s falling for? Or will she prove she’s even stronger than either of them suspected, and fully embrace her future?

Who knew that a bear and a dragon could burn up the pages of a story. Let me tell you the dance of love was hot. I am not talking about the sex, although you might want to get a fire extinguisher for that as well. I am talking about the journey to discovery and mating.

If you have read the previous B&B books, you will remember that Kennedy is a dragon that was rescue from the Evil Dragon (Fernandez) Lair and taken to the B&B Enforcers. Her Dragon was suppressed and couldn't guide her. Intuition led the way.

Blake is a grizzly of a bear shifter. His job as leader of the Enforcers was his everything until it wasn't. He couldn't keep his eyes off Kennedy. He noticed everything and hated her chose exile. Little efforts go along way for the characters and in my heart. So many Awwwww moments.

Blake has a lot on his mind. Until Fernandez is captured his mate and the other female dragons won't be safe.

Read this book for the shifters. Enjoy this book for the romance. Devour this book for the best shifter fight I have ever read. I flinched. I shuttered. If it was a movie I would have covered my eyes and just taken a peek. The fight was epic. Hoorah for the hero of the day.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...I'm so sad that this series is over, but I can't wait for the next one! Each series and book Grace Brennan puts out is better than the last and the Blood & Bone Enforcers was no different. It was fitting to save Blake for last showcasing the type of leader and person he is by making sure all of his Enforcers we happily mated before he finds his own mate. Kennedy was the perfect mate for him and I loved seeing her overcome her problems and find her spunky self again. The book really showed how this group is more of a family than just friends and coworkers. Plenty of emotion and romance and just a bit of action because what would the Enforcers be without battling a bad guy. The rescued dragons finally started to come out of their shells and I can't wait to see what the future holds for each of them in the next series.

Burned

Burned is about Blake the fierceness leader of Blood & Bone Enforcers MC. Kennedy will be his leading lady, she was rescued by the Enforcers is book 5 Ghost. Burned is a good story with intense scenes, humor, sexy time between the sheets and personal empowerment. Kennedy has to find her inner strength to come to terms with being held captive. Brennan does an amazing job showing Kennedy's inner strength growing from chapter to chapter.
Overall it's another hit for this author! Happy Reading!!

What a fantastic ending to this series!!

Oh, to see Blake, the big, bad grizzly shifter, turn into a marshmellow for his mate! I loved this book, and after Control, I do believe it's my new favorite of the Blood & Bone Enforcers books. Kennedy is amazing, intelligent, with a heart of gold who just needs her dragon and her confidence to be the true mate and perfect match for Blake. It's so gratifying to see Fernandez finally get his due!

Finally!!! I've been waiting for Blake's story for what seems like forever. That's not completely true I'm just impatient when I get stories I love. Grace Brennan didn't disappoint with the final installment of her Blood and Bone Enforcers. Blake is the leader of the Enforcers and was more than happy to see his group of Enforcers grow with each new mate. He didn't really think that he'd find his mate among the rescued dragons, but he did and she fits him perfectly. I loved the story, the wonderful happy end (and the continuation for the other rescued dragons) and the wonderful characters that have grown on me since they were first introduced. One could probably read this as a stand alone, but I would highly recommend starting with Grace's first story and read them all, they just keep getting better.

I typically enjoy Grace’s writing. There were a few parts where the dialog or writing pulled me out of the pages and made me remember I was reading a book. Dialog is hard.

Overall, I enjoyed it. And it’s an intriguing plot and world and characters. I have read a lot by Grace, and I’m sure this won’t be the last.
