In 2007...Christina thought her bad luck had reached its peak when "Jerry the Jerk" slammed into her bumper - but what she doesn't know is that the next ten days are going to be even worse. When Jerry turns out to be the Best Man at her sister's wedding, Christina is determined to stay far away from him and his bad luck. But when she wins $100 from an instant lottery ticket, Christina begins to uncover the truth behind her misfortune - and eventually finds a way to stop it.

**Author notes** This is my first novel so I apologize upfront that it's not as good as my later ones. The idea for this book came when odd things started happening to me in a short amount of time - a fender bender, credit card companies calling for someone with the same name, my tendency to fall on ice, etc. I grew up 20 miles east of Pittsburgh and we often went downtown so it was easy for me to write about my city. I hope I captured everything that Pittsburghers love (and hate) about their hometown. Order your signed copy at: https://marywalshwrites.wixsite.com/a...
It was cute, a quick read, but I felt the story had a lot of detail missing. The ideas were there, loved the Pittsburgh references, but there just wasn’t enough detail to hit all the ideas. I can’t explain it. It was a just my luck with Lindsay’s Lo kinda vibe. If you are from pa it adds a star for sure.
Christina was having a bad streak and it all started with Jerry running into her. She had horrendous things happen to her and she related them all to him.
Jerry was a sweet guy caught up in Christina's bad run of luck, but one meeting of bumpers and he can't stop thinking about her and their paths keep crossing.
Is the good of meeting Jerry able to outweigh the bad run of luck? This was really a cute a read and I loved it.
