This booklet was my "homework" from my doula. It was a very helpful and informative book with three main sections:

1) Labor and Birth (what to expect, baby positioning, the stages of labor, etc.)
2) Comfort Measures (tips and techniques to cope with labor)
3) Life with Baby (all about common newborn procedures, postpartum, recovery, and breastfeeding)

While I wouldn't describe this book as a real *fun* read... It was very informative and I'm definitely glad I read it!
