This is a cowboy romance, and this is the 2nd book in the Gold Valley Vineyards series. I have also read and review the first book in this series https://www.goodreads.com/review/show... This is about two people that where broken finding each other and learning to love. It is a short and fast read. I really enjoyed this book. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (Harlequin Desire) or author (Maisey Yates) via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review about how I feel about this book, and I want to send a big Thank you to them for that. ARC provided by NetGalley and Harlequin in exchange for an honest review.

This is a love hate relationship. But for me the hate seemed to be more prevalent in this romance.

Hero and heroine cannot stand each other.

Continual fighting and bickering between the two MC.

But deep down they are attracted to each other. They are forced to work together.

They give into their attraction and there are ramifications.

Wren is determined to raise the child but Creeds past will not allow him to be an absent Father. So the two work on figuring out what each roll the other will play and what their future will look like.

I usually like Maisy Yates books but I struggled with this one. I found the dialogue and interaction between the two muddled and confusing during certain points of the story. Especially the dislike they displayed for each others. It made the characters unlikeable during some of these scenes. This one was a miss for me. But I will continue reading MY books as this is not the norm for her.

An intense sexual story. Both Wren and Creed hate the sight of each other. But they both cannot deny the attraction that they have for each other. When a night spent resulted in Wren getting pregnant, creed give no option to wren. It is all about marriage for them. Due to his past, he tried to ensure that he play a big role in his future child upbringing. Wren not knowing anything about his past, is determine to raise the child alone. But Can she?

This is the heartwarming love story of Wren Maxfield and Creed Cooper. Their pasts have kept them from loving ….. themself or another. Follow them as they find their way to each other. I loved every minute of this book and didn't want it to end.

Very good interesting book

It kept me reading. I found that the second book Ranchers weld secret was very similar to the first but I have read them separately so it was not really a problem
