This academy is going to hell... There can only be one king of hell, and only one fallen angel to hold the title. I didn't know that until my angel fell into hell for me. Morgan challenged the current king, with the whole of DA bought to hell to watch. The winner not only gets the title, but he also gets control of everything hell holds. Including me. I just hope my angel doesn't lose too much of himself to save me in the end. I won't let him. I can't. With my wolf, my demon princes and my angel, I should be able to survive hell. Right? Once the fallen fall, they must never rise again...18+ RH and the final book in The Demon Academy Series.
G. Bailey is a USA Today bestselling author of books that are filled with everything from dragons to pirates. Plus, fantasy worlds and breath-taking adventures. Oh, and some swoon-worthy men that no girl could forget. G. Bailey is from the very rainy U.K. where she lives with her husband, two children and three cheeky dogs.
It was good but I felt like things were a bit rushed during some scenes.
Savage As Hell is sadly the last book of The Demon Academy series. Who knew I would fall in love with another book written by G? I did - I totally did. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved and devoured these books. Yet, I just felt like the whole thing with Lucifer kind of ended too quickly for me. I mean he was a douche canoe for a while so I knew that something was bound to happen...but I don't know.
Maybe I'm just being weird about it all. It was still really good and the ending was rather adorable. I was very glad that all got to be happier in a way. I can't wait for my next adventure with G. Bailey's books.
Just when you think you will know the whole story and Poof !! Nope you have more questions to find out the answers, such a remarkable, extraordinary and awesome series, never a disappointment to read always has you guessing and wondering what the heck is gonna happen now and will they be able to have their happy ending. You have your very hot steamy mates who will do anything for their Queen and mate , and you have some heartbreaking moments.. Hold on tight this is gonna get very interesting... This book was reviewed by a Book Loving Vixen.
I loved this series and I really loved the cross over with the Lost Time Academy with Madi and her mates. This entire world is complex and creative and by the end of this series, the author has set it up for another spin off and even more with the hint of a major war coming that will effect all the characters involved. I love reading series like this where there are spin offs and the chance for all the spin offs and their characters to actually come together at the end for an even greater story.
The concept of the four horses/mates was not very detailed except for the fact that her mates will help her in freeing the souls of hell. There wasn’t a lot of explanation, it was just explained as “this is how it is”(not a direct quote, just the vibe I got when reading). It just was...I’m terrible at explaining things 🤦🏻♀️ When the 4 horses concept was first mentioned, I expected it to be tied more closely to the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse but that connection was never mentioned. If it is connected, then I would say it’s loosely based on that theory since they didn’t bring about the apocalypse nor did they have specific powers related to pestilence, famine, war, and death.
Overall it was a good series but it was short. I read the entire series in a day. I loved the creativity that the author has created, but her unique storylines and world building is something I always expect from her books, and she hasn’t let me down as of yet.
I was disappointed with this one as the writing was so rushed that it felt like we were just being taken through the motions of the bare outline of the plot. It was also incredibly predictable, there were zero surprises. I also found it ridiculous that the main characters didn't know what the horse marks were after she learned about the 4 horsemen prophecy in the previous book. And as with the 2nd half of the 2nd book, context and transitions were lacking so that the plot often didn't make sense and was confusing. Things happening out of nowhere with no buildup or explanation. Typos galore.
I really liked the first book so I'm sad that the series fizzled and wasn't done justice.
I'm usually not a huge fan of bully or academy books but this one was amazing. I'm so sad this series is over. I really loved Alexandria and her men. I was so excited to see Madi and her men from the Tales books in this one. I hope to see them and Alexandria and her harem when we get the Angel academy series . This is a series I will definitely read agAin and again.
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this series and one thing Gem does that always leaves me intrigued, is to find out more about the next spin off series because you know it’s coming!!
This is the finale in Lexie’s story and she obviously gets a HEA but it’s how they get there that is exciting. We also get to see some familiar characters you’ll be glad to see and a glimpse into the near future, I can’t wait for more !
Lexi is now in hell...but so is Morgan who being a dark angel fell for her. He's no longer able to go back to earth just like her. Now if she can just stop him from going crazy like Lucifer. Her mates and hell the whole school is in Hell thanks to that a-hole Lucifer. Lexi is feeling the pressure to set things right and kill that mofo. Can it be done? Not to mention the challenge between Lucifer and Morgan for the title of Hell and their Queen.
Let me start by saying I have enjoyed this series. There were parts where it needed to be fleshed out more. This book I was expecting more of a sonic boom at the end with the grappling between Morgan and Lucifer. It was over pretty quickly once Lexi did her thing. So, a little disappointing. However, I am glad it ended happily. Not everyone survived but thats how it is. Dude her Grandmother I mean really? She didnt want anything to do with her because she looked like her son and blamed her Mom?! Blah Lexi is better off without her in her life anyways.
5 stars for Savage as Hell by G.Bailey This is the third and final book in the Demon Academy series. This book picks up right where the cliffhanger in book two left us. “When angel blessed enter hell, they can never leave for the mark will take their soul. Alexandria can never leave hell now, or it will be true death for her.”Wow what an ending. I loved how G. Bailey brought in some characters from her other stories. This series was complex and intriguing in the best ways. I wish there were more details about the whole her mates/ four horse part of the story but it didn’t take away from the story. I just wanted information about that. Just when I thought I knew what was going to happen, the unexpected happened. I enjoyed everything about this series and all of the characters. I could read more and more about them and not get tired. This was another great series from G. Bailey.
Ok, so the first book started out choppy, with slightly awkward dialogue, the second book improved and had a lot more character development, and the third book was a lot better, with a believable flow and plotline. I still feel like the books were to short, and with a little more detail and more scenes between all of our characters you could have gotten a much better emotional connection. However all in all, by the end, I was pleasantly surprised to find I enjoyed this series. The concept has a unique spin to it, and while some of the bigger scenes were a little anticlimactic, it was still well written. If you're looking for a completed series, that's a quick read, this is right up your alley.
Lexi is in hell and she doesn't have a lot of time before Lucifer makes her his bride. With Morgan suffering as a fallen angel, and her three other guys on earth, they all need to figure out a way to survive and kill Lucifer. I also love how sassy Amethyst is and her love for her sons.
I noticed that there is a crossover with characters from another series—which I haven't read yet— who they play a part that together with Lexi and her four guys build up somewhat to a new mystery. Maybe a new series?
I read this series all in one day because I couldn't put the books down. I'm certainly going to read more books from this author.
RH romances are my new obsession, I'm not even kidding. Once upon a time, I used to not like this trope at all, but all it takes is the perfect book to get you into it. And sigh, these days RH is all I enjoy(before I need to move to something else coz I van never stick to one thing for too long). There's also something about academia books ya know?
I inhaled this series, not even kidding. I finished all three books in a day and a half(counting the time taken to sleep, eat and contemplate life.). I only wish lucifer got a more brutal death. Huh.
And, umm, I don't want to name any favorites but, who doesn't love a fallen angel? 👉👈
This was my first series by G. Bailey. I liked the first book of this trilogy even if the ending was unexpected. Everything seemed to go downhill from there. The love interests never felt well established, even with the epilogue. I enjoyed the entry into this world and Alexandria discovering about her heritage at the Academy, but the addition of Lucifer’s story arc introduced so soon kind of ruined this for me. I also wasn’t a fan of how he was defeated with the plot mechanics. I was disappointed with this ending since the premise and book 1 had so much promise. (3/5 rating)

I actually loved this series. It's such a different world than I've read before. I also see such a possibility for spin off series within the different factions of this world. For example, I could easily see a series about the wolf pack or the fairy tale world.
There were some very sad and angering scenes in this book, and I shed a tear or two at some of the loss. However, I very much enjoyed the ending and how everything ended up for the main characters of the series.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys paranormal romance, especially reverse harem.
It's official: my favorite G. Bailey series so far! I loved everything about this series, from the unique topic, to the smoldering guys, and to the badass main character. The last books in Baileys novels always feel so short, but there is so much involved in the storyline.
I now need to read the Tales series as I have met those characters, and I need to follow up with the angel series.
This collection of novels is one that I am going to read and reread many times in the future :)
It took me longer than I'm proud to admit to finish the final installment. Felt like it took forever to get to the interesting fight scenes and altercations and when they finally did, they ended within a chapter. Disappointed is an understatement given that I was expecting a start to finish nail biter, and instead got book i was barely interested in picking up, unless there was absolutely nothing else to do.
Went how I expected it to, and finished with an interesting twist - as per usual with this trilogy. Liked seeing the Hell side of things, but there wasn’t a lot of world building and I didn’t really feel like there was much of a difference between the Academy and Luc’s castle. Still, it wrapped up most of the plot threads and we even got a nice little epilogue that ended on a most peculiar note.
This read like a novella! Such a quick read and the plot was solved in 0.05 seconds. Oh well, it was still a fun read I just wish I didn’t feel so rushed throughout the series! If all of Bailey’s books have this style of writing, it’s simply not for me. I just need MORE. More to the plot, more to the relationship building, more secrets, just more. Also the fade to black twin threesome was just blasphemous and that’s all I can say about it.
The ending to Lexi and her guys was satisfying to say the least. It was very very emotional and my heart honestly broke there in the end. But in the end all the love, pain and heartbreak paved the way to Lexi's happily ever after and it made for a very exciting read.
This is the first book I read in this world and I can't wait to catch up on Angels and Fairy tales and everything else.
When Lexi's fallen angel Morgan challenges Hell's king, everything's on the line power, survival, and even Lexi herself. With her wolf, demon princes, and angel by her side, Lexi must navigate brutal battles, scorching tension, and impossible stakes to protect the ones she loves.
It's packed with intense action, sizzling romance, and heart-stopping twists. Savage As Hell is a dark fantasy must-read that'll leave you breathless.
One throne, one queen, and one epic fight for Hell.
I enjoyed this story about Lexi and her Mates trying to find a way for her to get out of having to marry Lucifer. They are helped by the angel Gabriel who has a soft spot for Morgan. But Lucifer is sneaky and Lexi has to sell her soul to the Devil in order to save her friend.
Well, Lexi’s mates sure do love her. To all follow her to hell, it must be real. And Amethyst is a big surprise. All the characters Lex and her mates encounter in this book are fantastic. Love the way this story turns out. But what a weird ending with Maxi. Now I’ll just have yo read Angel Academy.
The book is short, but in my opinion, it's perfect. It didn't need any more story, and I liked that everything was resolved well for the characters. I won't give away any details about the book so you can discover the story and its characters. If you like reading fantasy with a plot where you don't know how it's going to resolve, this trilogy is for you. I highly recommend it.
I finally was able to finish this series. I decided to reread the other two books first and fell in love with Lexi and her men all over again. I'm excited to read the next series in this world.
I’m sad to see this series end. I loved everything about this series. I’ve become addicted to G. Bailey’s books. Lexi and her sexy as sin mates are absolutely perfect together. There ending was absolutely perfect.
Books 1&2 were great! This last installment kind of fell flat for me. Some of the dialogue was super formal and everything felt rushed. The build up to Lucifers death was also pretty disappointing, there was no closure with his death, he just died and that was it.
“—Alexandria Cameron, verdadera reina del infierno con sus cuatro reyes elegidos.”
Estuvo mejor que los otros dos, me gustó que me dieran un epílogo extendido sobre los hijos que tuvieron y la relación de todos. No fue la mejor trilogía, pero fue entretenida y lo leí en un día.
