this book was everything. this is the type of book you read all at once bc of the emotional buildup, but still emotional nonetheless. the history behind this, the heart of these two young boys who never once lost hope of finding their other half, and them discovering the drawn out line of racism, that we are much more than the colors of our skin. All of these things were key for their perseverance to finding not only themselves but their other half.
