With a bow to Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Little Pigs, this is the pilot episode in a clean and lighthearted fairy tale series.
Episode 1: True love was supposed to be kisses and sighs, not blood and beast.
Happily ever afters everywhere have just gotten a new case manager. He's small. He's grumpy.
He's a little jerk.
But some pitiful soul has uttered those desperate words: I'll never fall in love. Love’s Avenging Agent aka Tad Thatch to the rescue.
Only he's got his own problems to deal with. His true love needs wooing, he's a bit short for a Prince Charming, and the creatures Lady Love has forced on him are nothing more than pests masquerading as implements of justice. He never asked for this gig but now his happily ever after is at the mercy of helping everybody else get theirs. By any means necessary.
A woodcutter and a warrior woman in a red hood?
This first assignment seems easy enough and Tad sets off to get the deed done before nightfall. But as the moon rises on this open-and-shut case, a frightful discovery has him wondering if true love is really worth the battle after all.
