Starting Line by Kay Marie is a prequel to the Savage Menaces MC series. This was a fast paced heartfelt short story about the relationship between Jase and Cami and the start of the Savage Menaces MC that he started with his best friends. This story was a poignant portrayal of the love between Jase and Cami and what transpires when a turn of events change their lives forever. Can't wait to read the rest of these books abou the Savage Menaces MC. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Enjoyed reading Jase and Cami's love story and how it all came about and the children they created. Jase and his best friends create their own MC to be run differently than his fathers. Was sorry for their ending though. Was going to read the next book, but changed my mine, too many gaps about what's going on, not fluid to me.

What a wonderful way to start a new series. This story introduces us to the leader of the Savage Menaces MC, as well as his family.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Short, quick read which I don't normally mind, but this book had several gaps and the pace was off. I will not continue with this series.

Read a bit like a grocery list (first we did this, then this, etc). I'm not sure if. the prequel was meant to be read first but it didn't make me excited to continue the series.

Kay Marie is a new author to me and I was drawn in by her writing from the very start. What a great story of young love I was so happy for Cami and Jase and then my heart broke for them. I can't wait to see what happens next.
