Okay. I’m ready for my review. I needed a couple days to digest this amazingly written story by Danielle James. I’m so glad that Ms. James took a step out of her comfort zone and wrote a completely different style and genre of writing than what she normally writes. Her dedication, research, and willingness to try something new one million percent paid off.
As always, the writing, plot, and depth of characters was outstanding. I knew, as always, when picking up a Danielle James book, I won’t be able to put it down until I’m finished with it. I stayed up all night finishing it and then Tallulah and Basil was still on my mind days after.
Their story of enemies to lovers, destiny, and past lives is one I don’t think I’ll ever forget. These two are my absolute favorite of Ms. James! Hands down the best two characters she has written to date.
🔥 Basil. Oh Basil. I fell in love with him within a minute of his first chapter. He’s strong willed, loves his Grandma, and sexy as hell. Especially when he is able to rein in his powers of manipulating fire and uses it to protect the ones he love.
💦 Talulah. I also loved her from the get go. She’s stubborn, strong, beats to her own drum. She doesn’t take anything at face value and creates her own pathway to what she wants. She’s such an intricate character and I absolutely loved that about her. She isn’t scared to be who she is, even when faced with evil so close to home.
💦 🔥 When Tallulah and Basil learn that they need one another, the chemistry between them explodes into other dimensions. And their magic is beyond what their world is ready for.

Thy Will Be Done is in my Top 5 list of 2019 reads and it’s my favorite of Danielle James to date.

This book is amazing, so different from anything else I have read by this author.
Thy Will Be Done - Very well written, and the storyline flows like water and contains some amazing hot sex scenes that will burn you from the inside out!
A battle of wills, will good overcome evil - read the battle between blinkered views and enjoy the hot donuts in action.

This book was everything! It has sex,love,pnr,and so much more! Tallulah was brought up in the Catholic Church even though she always felt differently her father tried make her think he was doing god’s work. Theirs so much more than just religion in this story it’s about finding yourself through the lies and deceit! This was definitely not your typical love story or even paranormal romance but it was definitely worth reading!!

Speechless!
This is so different from the other Danielle James books I've read, and I'm amazed! Don't want to give much away, if you are a fan; this is a must read! Tallulah and Basil were gold! Just wow! 👍👍👍
